By the time Seraphina and I arrived in Aurathia, I was exhausted. Despite us sleeping for a couple of hours the ride here was draining. All I wanted to do was find a bed and crash, but that had to wait.
Seraphina told me that she had to speak to her parents about us getting married so that she could get their approval. I was a nervous wreck after she told me that and all the sleep and weariness disappeared once she started to lead me towards their destination.
"Do we have to do this now?" I asked, wanting nothing more than to think about different ways to get out of this. I wasn't sure if I wanted to talk to her parents so soon, what if they disapproved of us? Then what will happen?
