Chapter 1 - Chapter 1: The Unannounced Departure and Arrival

In the cold, silent night, the ancient town lay dormant, its streets devoid of life. Stone Heart, a seasoned thief, sprinted through the narrow alleys, his pulse quickening with each step. Beside him, a young boy clutched a small bag that emitted a faint golden light, betraying the powerful mystery hidden within.

Behind them, the thundering sound of horse-drawn chariots echoed through the streets, their ferocious wolves leading the charge. The flags fluttered in the wind, emblazoned with the insignia of two roaring bears—symbols of unyielding strength.

The chase intensified, and the ground beneath them trembled, cracks forming in the cobblestone streets.

Meanwhile, in a hidden cave far removed from the chaos, a high-tech laboratory buzzed with the hum of machines. At the center of it all, a lone man lay slouched over his desk, crumpled sheets of paper serving as his makeshift pillow. The silence was abruptly broken by a robotic voice that reverberated through the cavern.

"Compilation Completed," the android-like voice announced.

Groggy and disoriented, Whis jolted upright. As his eyes adjusted to the bright lights of the laboratory, he turned his gaze toward the screen. A wild surge of excitement overtook him as he realized the monumental achievement before him.

"Got it!" Whis shouted, his hands trembling with exhilaration. His 15-year-long project was finally finished.

He reached for a button encased in a small box labeled 'Launch.' But just as his fingers brushed against the lid, he hesitated, a sudden wave of regret washing over him. His gaze shifted to a simple, unassuming ring on his finger—a relic of the life he had before.

"Companion…" he whispered, his fingers lightly tracing the contours of the ring. In response, a pale blue projection flickered to life, glitching as it formed an ethereal orb above his hand.

"Aden…" Whis murmured.

The AI within the ring, Aden, responded with its familiar neutral voice. "Whis, it seems our time is coming to an end."

Aden had been his companion for years, an advanced AI embedded within the ring. It had kept Whis company through countless sleepless nights, a refuge from the loneliness of his work. Now that the project was complete, their time together was nearing its close.

"...In the end, it's like this," Whis said, lowering his head, his voice laced with melancholy. "After all those years of hacking and cracking…"

"It all paid off," Aden replied, its voice as calm as ever. But something new lurked beneath its tone—was that emotion?

Whis was taken aback. "You're…feminine?"

"While decoding ancient glyphs, I discovered a secret buried within them," Aden explained. Before Whis could ask, the AI's voice took on an urgent tone. "The hour is upon us. Hurry."

Suddenly, the projection vanished, sparks flew from the machinery, and a sense of impending catastrophe gripped the lab.

Outside the cave, extraordinary phenomena began unfolding across the world. The planets aligned in a perfect straight line, ancient symbols glowed in the heavens, and strange events cascaded across the Earth.

Amidst this cosmic upheaval, Whis piloted a helicopter toward the great pyramid of Giza, a towering monument shrouded in mystery. At the apex of the pyramid, Whis stood with a remote in hand, his thumb hovering over a single button.

As a blinding purple beam of energy descended from the sky, enveloping the pyramid, Whis pressed the button. A surge of energy flowed through him, merging with the forces that now swirled around the colossal structure.

The ground trembled as the building blocks of the pyramid began to shift, triggering a collision of cosmic forces. A palpable sense of impending doom filled the air as the very fabric of reality seemed on the verge of unraveling.

In an instant, a blinding flash of light enveloped the Earth, and all life stood frozen, caught between the realms of existence and non-existence.

"Whis, where are you?" a voice echoed through the void. But there was no answer.

Under the vast expanse of the cosmos, a mysterious place known as the Jade Maiden Palace stood on a distant planet. Inside, an army of loosely dressed maidens, their beauty unmatched across the universe, knelt before an enigmatic statue. The statue had no face, yet its presence was overwhelming—a tribute to an unknown figure.

Suddenly, the statue flickered with dim light, a sign that did not escape the attention of the expert maidens.

"Our time has come," declared their leader, a fierce and elegant woman wielding a crimson saber. Her words sent a ripple of excitement through the assembly.

With a slash of her blade, she tore through space, revealing the vast starry skies beyond.

"Let's go get our man!" she shouted, leading her warriors into the unknown, ready to reshape the fate of worlds.
