Stars of light : Complete Annihilation
"Alright, here's what we'll do. One of you, go gather all our mages and guards. We need to prepare our defenses." Aria commanded
She turned to the second guard. "And you, ring the alarm bell at the tower. We need to alert everyone in the mansion."
The guards nodded and rushed off to complete their tasks. To Aria's surprise, Harrison rose up immediately and grabbed the katana sliding it into its sheat and ran outside.
"Harrison, wait!" Aria called out, but he was already gone.

With all his strength Harrison rushed outside, but as soon as he reached outside the scene in front of him left him speechless..
As soon as he got outside a large quake shook the entire field. This earthquake was even strong enough to make him lose balance but he regained it immediately.
The hell ? He cursed looking at the scene before him .
Their defense should have been impeccable for this level of monsters, but now it isn't it's like the barrier has weakened beyond all reason.
In the first place, why the heck are monsters rampaging here ?.
First, there's a barrier surrounding the building making it impossible to be detected, and second the mansion was in a forest far from the people.
This barrier has the ability to keep the mansion from both humans and beasts sight. Additionally the only ones aware are the king and queen ,
"Or don't tell me that they …no it's better not to think that way" . He said perishing the thought.
As he was still contemplating two knights approached him . As they approach him he quickly recognized them, but they both had worried looks on their faces .
"Captain" ! They both exclaimed.
"Orion, Lucas , Report' ! He commanded .
"Those monsters are stronger than expected, and we haven't been able to deal a real damage on them sir" Lucas said while panting.
"We suspect that they are Fifth rank beasts "Orion completed.
"Fifth rank ? Isn't that … he paused for a second before continuing.
Okay, I'll hold back the monsters for now , you all should get everyone to safety and then all knights and mages should report here.
"Roger" ! They both saluted .
Now then let me see how tough they are . Harrison said as he headed towards the monsters direction and gained their attention, being fifth rank monsters they all had some intelligence plus being controlled by Xandros they all pursued Harrison (Not that he knows)
After drawing their aggro Harrison rushed towards them and tried to slash one of them .
He unsheathed his katana as it flashed under the moonlight. He tried slashing the monsters who came at him which were two black panthers.
They both came charging ahead so he slashed their throats, killing them in the process.
"Guess they weren't so though huh" ?
Soon he heard the bell ring loudly and how all the maid and workers were all rushing out .
They were all safe .
The knights and mages were now in front of him and Aria.
He felt relieved.
Yet .
Yet.
Why does he feel like he's missing something very important here ?.
With all the monsters gathered around they all let out a roar .
Roar !!!
What ? Why are they roaring ?
After they roared they began to charge towards them again.
Mages, fire ! Aria commanded.
Hearing this all court mages unleashed their spells.
Fireball, Air cutter , water slash.
Countless spells descended upon the monsters, it was awe inspiring , but…. It wasn't doing damage.
Even after their relentless assault the monsters weren't harmed the slightest and even now their mana were depleting.
Seeing this Aria decided to take action herself.
The monsters were all fifth rank it would make sense why their attacks weren't doing much damage.
She stepped forward as she commanded the archers .
Archers fire ! , Even though the attack won't deal damage to these rampaging monsters , the plan has changed they will only buy her time to take action herself.
As the countless arrows descended upon the monsters they successfully drawed the monsters aggro and started moving back.
Seeing this the monsters ran after them but the archers managed to outrun them and buying time for her in the process..
Just as the monsters were running after the archers a golden light shined in the everyone all looked to the source which was Aria of course.
Looking at her now, she was like a goddess of light that descended in the battlefield.
At this moment she stopped chanting and looked at the monsters ahead before muttering,
"Stars of light"
As soon as this spell was cast, it released a burst of pure white energy this energy in turn takes form of glowing stars that descended on the monsters for total annihilation.
Ever since the start of the battle Aria always felt something was off, from the invasion of these monsters, to them all working together, it was off .
Firat of all the barrier that covered the mansion was one that prevented monsters and humans from noticing the mansion,
Second monsters don't work together, they lack the intelligence to organize themselves in groups unlike humans only when these monsters reach a certain rank could they possess intelligence that rivals the humans.
if it hadn't been like this the Great human - beast war would have been a different case .
The only thing that monsters were born with was bloodlust, but what kept them together here was more than bloodlust, it was as if they were being controlled.
Looking around the disheveled building that surrounded the mansion and into the woods, she could feel a string of darkness element that was attached to the monsters, this was also the reason she used one of her aces in the hole .
Boom boom boom !!!
The Stars of light rained down as the monsters met their doom .
Unlike other spells, a spell with light element will deal 100% damage on darkness element monsters. However, the special spell stars of light was a spell that dealt 150% damage.
As the spell rained upon the monsters it immediately severed the sting attached to the monsters.
After this there was only one path open for them, Complete Annihilation.
