Garp called Midoryia to say something " Midoryia , you cannot use you Quirk in that match " Midoryia was confused that why will Garp Stop him from using his quirk when finally was able to control it. It did make sense to him . Garp looked at his confused face " Look I know you are able to control your but you just started to get hang of it . "
Midoryia asked " but why ? " Garp said " I know what type of friendship you and bakugo have . " Midoryia understood that Garp knew that he wanted to prove himself , Garp continued " you want to prove yourself but you just started to get control of your quirk and this battle is not going to be just physical . There will be emotion and a person always lose control of situations in blind emotions and gravest mistakes .
Even the Strongest people are most vulnerable when they are emotional . I don't you to loss control of your quirk against bakugo because you that direct punch of 100 percent power could do to bakugo and if you miss the tide of battle will be turned against you . " Midoryia understood what Garp was saying even All might have to pay big price of letting his emotions take control of him and he was paying it to this day .
He said " I will keep this in mind Garp san , thank you . " Garp smiled and " good luck and I said you are not allowed to use it for attack not defence of distraction . " And gave him thumbs up . Garp went to the screen room and Midoryia went to building in which battle training was going to happen .

Ida and bakugo were in weapon room while Midoryia and Urakara were outside the building with building blueprint . Meanwhile in moniter room Garp was with other students and All might .
All might said " Watch closely and try to learn everyone ! " ' Midoryia kid ! You are just another student here !! No favouritism for you when it comes to trying . ' Midoryia and Urakara successfully infiltrated the building and Midoryia was thinking that he is not allowed to used quirk against but he can use for defense so, he will have to make do with his natural strength against bakugo and Urakara zero gravity .
They were around corner when bakugo did sneak attack at him . He was barely able to Dodge it and got some damage that distroyed his suit . Garp could tell that bakugo was filled with rage and but he still be a dangerous opponent because he will damage them enough to Ida can win .
Ejirio said " that's low bakugo !! sneak attackes are unmanly !! " All might said " Yet they are valid strategy !! This practical experience ! " Pink girl said " wow that Midori can dodge . " Garp look at Ejirio said " Scums out there don't care about honour . Ejirio , I single sneak attack can decide the fate of a match ."
Midoryia started to use his quirk but it was difficult with bakugo attacking ,Garp understood what was happening ' kid need focus to use his Quirk and bakugo is not giving him time . So I need to teach him how to quickly activate his Quirk and Dodge to . He should have activited it from start . ' All might also looked troubled because he also knew what was the problem here .
Midoryia was thinking how to buy him time but it was not working meanwhile Urakara was able to sneak away from bakugo and Deku fight . Midoryia knew that he made mistake by not activating it before entering the building and now all he had was his natural strength .
This went for some while , bakugo attack and Midoryia dodging . Garp knew that this will not enough when he saw Midoryia say something to bakugo while shouting ,kid was emotional and Garp knew it will happen because Ace made this mistake when could gone and lived and Coby almost got himself killed by that fool Akainu .
Garp looked at All might face and understood that Midoryia was trying to stand up against Bakugo and saying that he can also be a hero and is not weak anymore . Then bakugo also shouted at Midoryia and Ida tried to contact him . Garp looked at Ida room . It was clean ' Ida made good move there , he understood that if bakugo want all out Midoryia then the person that will come here will be definitely Urakara so , he moved the thing that she could use against him .'
Ejirio looked confused at silent shouting and said " What're they saying ? Fixed cameras don't have sound !" All might explained that they were talking through Micro Transreceivers that they were given with building blueprint and capture tape that was needed to wrapped around enemy to make them surrendered but hero time had limited time and no info of weapon location .
Pink girl said " so , hero team is at real disadvantage here . " and All might looked her and said " It's like Aizawa said , say it with me " " PLUS ULTRA " . Garp simply smiled because Midoryia was thinking straightly in this fight . But that alone will not win him the fight .
Other were amazed by how good was Midoryia performing against Bakugo but Garp and All might knew why is that . Garp thought ' Kid like him are always first to jump in front of trouble to protect others because of that they have excellent choice for future hero's because they set good example and do the right thing instead of following orders like mindless idiots .'
All Might thought ' From start,he was great at making split second choices decisions . All that info he collected into his book is soaked into fanboy brain of his . ' Midoryia was doing good so far against bakugo he needed to show those who supported him that he will win this . So, he need to come up with a strategy and he ran towards the corner to buy time .
Bakugo was even more angry at him and went straight after him in pure rage . Someone point out the obvious " he is really angry . " All might thought ' Midoryia told me that bakugo is as conceited as they come . Guess his head is sollowen up but to much hmm . '
Meanwhile Urakara reached the floor in which weapon was and sneaked into room. Ida was listening to bakugo talking to Midoryia and said that he needed to take on the villain role seriously as well and said " I AM ULTIMATE EVIL " this caught Urakara off-guard and she laughed which gave away her sneak attack opportunity .
Garp thought ' there goes her chance to sneaking to weapon . The girl need to take things serious when on Mission , losing such good chance could turn the battle around since there is nothing to use for her as weapon . ' Ida also explained that he calculated that she will come instead of Midoryia so , he removed the object that she can use as weapon against him .
She told Midoryia that Ida found her and gave the location of weapon .Midoryia looked up and thought that small amount of time was left . Bakugo also caught up to Midoryia and was standing against him saying something while aiming his gauntlet at him . All might looked troubled and Garp also knew that direct hit from that attack would be very bad from instinct alone .
All might said " Bakugo stop it kid , are you trying to kill him. " Bakugo didn't listen and said something and Garp knew it was something like that if can dodge then he will survive . Bakugo removed the pin and there was huge blast that distroyed the building . Ejirio paincked and said " I thought this was just practice ? " And All might was trying to get Midoryia feedback .
Midoryia survived but bakugo was looking like a battle hungry beast . Garp was looking at his face and thought ' Kid will lose his life against equal strong enemy because of his this temper .'
For hero's to win they have to capture the weapon of secure the weapons .but villains Would win , if they capture the hero's or the time limit runs .
The explosion shaked the whole building and Ida got distracted form it. Urakara saw the opportunity and went after the weapon but Ida was most fat then her took it away form her . Garp was looking at Ida and Urakara fight when Ejirio asked All might " sensei ! Shouldn't you stop him ? Bakugo crazy he will kill him !!"
All might said "NO" then used mic to give bakugo warning that he can't that move again or he will stop the match and distroying the base means losing points . Garp looked at Ejirio and said " he can't stop the fight because it's something personal that need to be resolved between those two and that can only happen with one one fight because it will only hinder them in future .''
Ejirio looked confused first but Understood latter what Garp was talking about. All might thought " it's my duty to Stop the match as teacher but I can't so thanks for making them understand Young Garp' but Garp continued " this a fight between a kid with too much Pride and kid that want to prove himself and currently they both are Letting there emotions get control of them .
I helped Midoryia learn how control his Quirk but he need to focus , so he should have activited it before entering the building but he didn't and currently before bakugo used his big attack he had time to activate it but he let another opportunity slip through this hands. " They looked at him surprised and pink girl said " wait a minute , you taught him hwo control his monsterous strength ? "
Garp Looked at her and gave sma smile and said " yeah , but he can't use more the five percent of it for now . But in a fight even 5 percent can make a big difference . " All might looked at them and said " Yes , students Young Garp is right. Midoryia let two important chances slip through his hands and in real battle this could result in life and death and remember to make sure never underestimate your opponent form looks or waste opportunity given to you like Midoryia did . "
' Garp is quite smart when it comes to battle , he has quite sharp eyes for a person weakness . ' All might thought and Todoroki also thought that Garp is someone he can win with just raw power alone now he showed that he was very sharp when it comes to battle.
Bakugo used his explosion fly towards Midoryia and attack . It too fast to dodge and Midoryia tried to counter attack but last minute Bakugo used an small explosion to flip over him and made a explosion at his back which caught Deku off guard. Garp pointed " like now Deku would have dodged it if he used earlier opportunity to activate it and if it was real fight and Bakugo was real villain ,he would have used earlier move from second gauntlet and Deku would be dead . "
They looked at him and understood that missing given opportunity could ended up as there lose . Todoroki then explained how bakugo did current attack " he used first the explosion simultaneously feint and change his attack then followed with another . "
Momo said " he doesn't look like a thinker but that strategy was fairly intricate ."
Garp said " appreance are the last thing you should believe in world that filled such different looking people because mostly you will ended up getting wrong . " He said this both as lesson and because he read that here was also discrimination against mutant types humans like fishman tribe , All might understood what Garp meant by it .
Bakugo then followed with right hook on Midoryia shoulder when he was recovering form earlier attack and then grabed his shoulder and used his explosion to boost his speed and slammed his body on floor . They all started to get worried about Midoryia now . Garp said " Bakugo is using his head now he know that Deku can only either try to counter him or take explosion but now using this opportunity to end with will only end in bakugo failure because Deku also know that he have only those to option and it's up to him which one he chooses. "
Midoryia started to run towards wall . Pink girl Said "he is running ? " then Ejirio said that's now manly but what other option he have . Hmm it's odd ? ." Garp Looked at him and said " don't judge from looks you will get played by your enemy ." Ejirio was confused and pink girl tried to said " but Garp san -- ? " But she was cut mid sentence when garp pointed towards screen.
All might was thinking ' As a teacher I should stop this battle but I can't take this away form him .I haven't seen his this pumped since " I wanna be a hero " thing . The future he thrive for ... This battle is absolutely necessary !! " Midoryia and Bakugo said something to each other and went for attack .
They all were worried for Midoryia well being but Garp saw through his future sight what was going to happen and just smiled . Midoryia used 100% of 'One For All' to attack shouting " DETROIT SMASH " And aimed the punch last minute upwards . Bakugo one other hand used his explosion one Midoryia face as direct hit .
All Might was about to Stop them when Deku shouted Urakara , who was grabbing a pillar . Garp was keeping eye's on both battles and knew that Midoryia amde her move at pillar which was now direct up at his head . The air pressure from punch made holes in building and Urakara has used her power on pillar and used it as bat to launch rumble from Deku's attack at Ida who was not in balance from attack was caught off guard .
Then she rushed towards the weapon and touched it and Weapon was secured . All might made the announcement " WEAPON IS SECURED , HERO TEAN HAVE WON !! " Bakugo was in shock from announcement and smoke settled down revealed Midoryia who was holding his arm up saying something to bakugo.
The moment have match was announced its end , All might rushed in full speed to the battlefield . Garp looket at screen and just smiled at Midoryia who was now being taken by Robot to recovery girl . All might said something to bakugo but he looked in total shock .
Later they were brought in screen room and All might declared Ida as MVP of match and Momo explained to them why and Garp said " In short , bakugo was a rage blind fool , Midoryia let a good opportunity slip which resulted in his injury and Urakara gave her location away for not being serious which she could have used as advance to make herself float and attach to sealing of floor and quitely get at the head of weapon and ending match early with surprise attack which would not ended in Midoryia getting injured .
And for Ida ,he did better than anyone but they would lost at bakugo first big attack because he got distracted if he didn't have speed advantage . " All might only gave them thumbs up saying " Exactly "and thinking ' they explained better then I ever could . '
Then few match went by normally and Garp's team turn came , they was against laser boy and invisible girl and they were given different building and Garp team was villain team .
( Let's see what happens in next battle and it might be small one because its Garp . )
