[El-Melloi II: "This workshop was designed to harness the power of the Fae by using the fairy eyes of Wills."]
["Using my fairy eyes?" Wills asked in disbelief.]
["Yes," El-Melloi II explained. "The Leylines here are used to activate the Fairy Eye, drawing out its power. That magic is then channeled into the dead, turning them into the cores of artificial fairies."]
[El-Melloi II glanced at the summoned fairy and added, "Isn't that correct?"]
["Indeed, child of man," the fairy replied calmly.]
["Master, what's going on?" Gray asked, looking at El-Melloi II with concern.]
["Trevor is the murderer," El-Melloi II stated with certainty. "And the murder weapon is this entire workshop. I had this theory from the moment we arrived."]
["So, the lightning strike wasn't an accident… it was premeditated murder," Wills said, his face pale.]
["That's right," El-Melloi II confirmed. "This workshop is essentially a killing device."]
[He continued in a grave tone, "The Marburry Workshop attracted the Black Dogs, which killed numerous people. The killings occurred on nights when the positions of the stars and moon enhanced the connection between the underworld and the earth."]
["Fifteen people over three years," he explained. "Those victims were turned into artificial fairies—Black Dogs—by the workshop, which used the power of the fairy eyes and the Leylines."]
["A demon dog that devours souls?" Sisigou muttered, his expression hardening.]
["Trevor built this workshop to create and control artificial fairies as tools," El-Melloi II said, his voice tinged with disgust. "And he didn't care how many lives he had to sacrifice to achieve that goal."]
Tohsaka Rin: "Killing so many people… just for this?"
Waver: "What a bastard."
Darnic: "Welcome to the Clock Tower."
Kayneth: "You're hardly in a position to talk, Darnic."
Artoria: "If I were there, I would end this evil with a single stroke of my blade."
Mordred glanced at Sisigou suspiciously. "Hey, you're a necromancer too. Could it be…?"
"Don't lump me in with scum like that," Sisigou replied calmly. "I'm just a bounty hunter. I only take jobs for money, and I don't waste bullets."
["So, this fairy and Wills' Fairy Eye are integral to the workshop's functioning?" Sisigou asked.]
["Exactly," Reines interjected. "But Trevor is dead. Couldn't that have caused the workshop to spiral out of control?"]
["...I killed him," the fairy admitted softly.]
["What?!" Wills exclaimed, his voice rising in shock. "You killed him?"]
["The magus deceived me and disrupted our order," the fairy said, turning its gaze toward Wills. "So I punished him."]
["But you couldn't stop the workshop from running, could you?" El-Melloi II interjected, his tone sharp.]
["That's correct," the fairy admitted with a disappointed expression. "The power had already been activated. I couldn't stop it. I knew what would happen, but I was powerless to change it."]
["You…" Wills started, his voice trembling.]
["I didn't want to hurt you," the fairy said softly.]
["You didn't want to hand the workshop over to someone else… because she's still here, isn't she?" El-Melloi II asked pointedly.]
[Wills' eyes widened. "How did you—"]
["You're infamous for disliking women," El-Melloi II replied. "People who can see fairies often find themselves enthralled by them."]
["It may seem like a tragic love story," Hishiri Adashino remarked coldly, "but in the end, you could say Wills' fairy eyes were responsible for Walletta's death."]
["He was manipulated," El-Melloi II countered. "A tool used by someone else."]
Shakespeare: "Ah, the love between a human and a fairy! What a compelling subject."
Brynhildr: "Another love story doomed to end in tragedy."
Darnic: "This Wills is in trouble. The Clock Tower won't let him off easily."
Tohsaka Rin: "Why? He didn't do anything."
Danic: "He's still the catalyst. The families won't let him walk away from this unscathed."
Waver: "Tch. It all comes down to fighting over the Leyline."
Chihiro: "That's human nature."
["Boom…"]
[Suddenly, the workshop trembled violently, cutting the conversation short.]
["This isn't good," Sisigou said grimly. "The spirit vein's movements are erratic!"]
["Everyone, get out now!" El-Melloi II commanded.]
[The group hurried to the entrance hall, only to find a swarm of Black Dogs outside, slamming into the workshop's barrier with relentless force.]
["So that's what's causing the tremors," El-Melloi II muttered, his expression darkening.]
["What's happening, Lord El-Melloi?" Wills asked, panic creeping into his voice.]
["The workshop's power has gone out of control," El-Melloi II replied through gritted teeth. "And my earlier ritual only made things worse."]
["I should've caught this earlier," Sisigou muttered bitterly.]
["It was inevitable," El-Melloi II reassured. "The dead attract more death. The Black Dogs are transforming into the Wild Hunt."]
["The Wild Hunt…"] Hishiri Adashino murmured, her eyes narrowing.]
[In the distance, a shimmering portal opened in the air, a kaleidoscope of colors swirling within.]
["That's the gate to the fairy world," El-Melloi II said gravely.]
["Awooooo!!!"]
[At the portal's entrance, a massive Black Dog howled, rallying the smaller ones into a frenzied assault.]
["It even has a leader," Sisigou muttered in disbelief.]
["They want to add us to their ranks," Gray said quietly. "Turn us into one of the dead."]
Tohsaka Tokiomi: "The situation has completely spiraled out of control."
Emiya Kiritsugu: "And there are far more than fifteen of these Black Dogs."
Sisigou: "This is beyond troublesome."
["I'll take responsibility for this," Hishiri Adashino declared, stepping forward. She wrapped the workshop in a reinforced cloth barrier, slowing the onslaught of Black Dogs.]
["Leave Reines to me," Hishiri added, as Reines overwhelmed by the active Mystic Eye was unable to move.]
[Meanwhile, El-Melloi II, Sisigou, Gray, and Wills stepped outside to fight.]
["Swoosh, swoosh, swoosh…"]
[Gray's scythe cleaved through the Black Dogs effortlessly, each strike precise and deadly.]
["This is the price of my father's sins," Wills muttered bitterly as he conjured twin bayonets, holding off the Black Dogs with practiced efficiency.]
["Not bad," Sisigou commented with a grin, firing round after round at the oncoming horde. "You've got the skills of a true Spiritual Evocation department elite."]
["Lord El-Melloi, do you think the Clock Tower will reimburse my expenses?" Sisigou asked as he continued shooting.]
[El-Melloi II, releasing small bursts of magical energy to fend off attackers, was already winded. Combat clearly wasn't his strong suit.]
[A Black Dog lunged at him from the side, but Gray intercepted it, slicing it cleanly in two.]
Iskandar: "Boy, your strength is lacking."
Kayneth: "You'll need more rigorous training."
Waver: "〒▽〒"
["I'll submit the reimbursement request myself," El-Melloi II managed to reply between labored breaths.]
["Alright then," Sisigou chuckled, still firing away.]
[Despite their efforts, the Black Dogs seemed endless, their numbers overwhelming.]
["How many people did he kill for this?" Sisigou growled, frustration evident in his voice.]
["Judging by the number of underground mourning halls, Trevor must have hidden far more victims than we initially thought," El-Melloi II said grimly.]
["That bastard," Sisigou muttered, tossing a grenade infused with some grotesque core material. The explosion eradicated a large number of Black Dogs in one fell swoop.]
Illya: "Wow, that's amazing. Even more intense than Kiritsugu's fighting style."
Kiritsugu remained silent, mentally taking notes on Sisigou's methods.
[Despite their combined efforts, the Black Dogs kept coming.]
["We don't have a choice," El-Melloi II said, his gaze locking onto Gray. "Gray, it's up to you."]
["Understood," Gray replied firmly.]
[Gray stepped forward, her scythe transforming back into Add, which hovered ominously in her hands.]
["What is she doing?" Sisigou asked warily.]
["She's using the Holy Lance," El-Melloi II replied, his tone serious.]
["Are you serious?!" Sisigou exclaimed in disbelief.]
["We'll cover her," El-Melloi II ordered.]
["Gray, Rave, Crave, Deprave. Grave me. Grave for you!" Gray chanted, her voice steady as Add began to glow.]
[The Black Dogs, sensing the immense power radiating from her, all turned their attention toward her, charging with feral intensity.]
[Just as one leapt at Gray, Sisigou intercepted it, shielding her with his body.]
