Nevian's POV
Her facial expression made my lips twist into a cynical smile while her expression deepened.
"I'm sorry, I honestly didn't mean to do that. I mean… I was excited, uhm… you know…" To save her the hassle of trying to explain herself, I turned my back on her and then left her room.
Replaying this scene over and over again in my head, I began to drum my fingers against the table.
"You're in a good mood today." Percy, the bartender said as he refilled my glass.
After that little encounter, I decided to grab a glass of drink in a bar about two kilometers away from home.
This bar had been my favorite since I was still in my early days and I have stuck to it up till now, not minding the distance between it and my domicile.
"Of course I am." I replied, downing the content of my glass in a go. "I finally struck a deal with my crush." I shrieked.
