What Jason had just employed was the use of a guided generalised statement along with a kinesthetic feeling. He was telling her that she and him were clicking into place. And then when he asked if she was feeling it, and she said yes, she made it impossible to deny.
It was a clever use of wordplay, but by now it had lodged itself in her mind, and she would not be able to escape it no matter what she did.
They continued speaking for a few more minutes, with Isabella continuously getting more comfortable with touching him, and Jason letting her, even rewarding her good behaviour with more attention. By this time, the hotpot was empty, and as the evening slid into the night, they left the restaurant.
Outside, Jason called another taxi, this time holding the door open for her as she slid into the backseat. Jason looked at her from outside, giving her a playfully stern look as he said, "What do we say, little girl?"
"Thank you… Daddy," she said, the words slipping out of her mouth even before she could realise what she had said. Her eyes widened in surprise as she turned to look towards him as he stepped in the car, chuckling to himself, and her mouth opened wide in protest.
With a triumphant smile, Jason slid next to her and right before she could even complain, he wrapped her hand around her and kissed her on the forehead. "You're so adorable, oh my god!"
"Stop~~!" she said, beating his chest.
"Hahaha~~!" Jason laughed triumphantly as he sat there. And then when he saw the flash of blue in his vision, he knew that his System was calling onto him. Had he already completed the mission?
Opening it up as Isabella tried to explain her actions away, Jason realised that he still had some work to do. No... He still had a lot of work to do.

He had gotten the notification for making it to 50%. Jason thought he was done, but he still had quite a bit of work to do. Anyway, from now on, things will be much easier. After all, he knew what behaviour to model to affect her in a way that was beneficial to him.
And then when he glanced at Veronica's mission only to notice that it was at 4% now, he inwardly smiled. Was this a principle of absence making the heart grow fonder? Women were very good at fantasising, Maybe she was doing that about him.
"Uhh, sorry, where are we going?" said the driver to the two people in his backseat who had been flirting cutely. These fucking couples. He knew exactly what was going to happen next. As long as they didn't do their business in his car, that was fine to him. He would never allow another couple to get his backseats wet with some white stuff.
Jason gave Isabella a sly grin. "What are you waiting for angel? Tell him your address so that Daddy can tuck you into bed like the good girl you are," he said, his voice low and warm.
Isabella tried to frown, but the blush on her cheek and the smile on her face showed how she truly felt. She turned to the driver, relaying her address. And then when Jason pulled her closer to him, she could barely contain her smile.
"You're a good girl, aren't you?" Jason murmured playfully, his fingers brushing past her hair.
"Fuck you!" she said to him, flashing a middle finger that he grabbed playfully with his other hand. And then as the playfight began, she soon calmed down, saying, "By the way, that never happened… I never called you Daddy, just so we both understand what happened."
Jason turned to her, gazing at her face that was glowing in the lights of the city. She was teasing him. Well, he would play along.
"Of course… That was in an alternate timeline. It was fake. We're back in the real timeline now."
"That's right! I don't even know what that means, but yes! Totally!" she said, raising her fist in the air. Jason chuckled when she saw this, bringing her even closer to his chest so that she could breathe more of his scent in. The more time they spent in close proximity, the better.
"You don't believe in Daddies? Well, let me tell you a story…" Jason began, kissing her forehead. "This story is about a girl… She grew up in a terrifying place. She was in the woods. She had nobody. As far as she remembered she was alone. All she had was the trees that gave her sustenance, and shielded her from the elements."
"What is this a bedtime story?" she said gazing at him with a smirk as she recalled what he said before. Jason frowned due to the interruption and he then pinched her cheek in response.
"Just listen to the story. I won't need any bedtime stories to tuck you in. I told you you'd experience my wonderful hands didn't I?" he said with a smile. She complained about her cheeks with a smile on her face and soon Jason was allowed to continue his story.
"Anyway, She grew up, strong and brave without ever knowing the warmth of being connected to someone special. But one day, she met a man who made her feel safe, and loved. He became the person she needed. He became the shade of the trees above her and the provider of her sustenance. He showed her what it means to be loved and protected. She had always imagined what it would look like for her to have a Dad. And now that this person was in it, she couldn't help but imagine him as that."
Isabella laughed softly as he said this, but with a look from Jason, she became quiet again, allowing Jason to continue. "And then one day… she unconsciously called him Daddy."
Isabella drew in a breath of air, but before she spoke, Jason gave her another reprimanding look, this time she whispered saying, "You're just making a story about me!!"
"No, I'm not~"
"Then who write that story?"
"Roald Dahl?"
"Pfft Hahaha!!"
Jason kissed her on the forehead and continued his story soon enough, saying, "After she called him Dad, you know what he did? He kissed her on the forehead and accepted her as his own. It's what I said before. Life is a special thing." Jason intertwined his hand with hers again.
"We meet people sometimes, and we never would have known we needed them, but we definitely need them. And then when things just click into place, it feels scary. But because it feels scary, that is why we should move on with it. Because we know just how special this thing we have is."
With that, he gave her hand a soft squeeze, his eyes locking into hers. In the tender silence, she looked up at him and Jason leaned in and pressed his lips to hers, slowly, deeply, as if sealing whatever she was about to complain about.
When they finally pulled back, Isabella was breathless, and she had that characteristic shy smile and blush coming to her. "Wow… I've never been kissed like that," she admitted, her voice barely a whisper.
Jason's arm wrapped around her as he chuckled softly. "What? Too breathtaking?" he teased her, brushing a strand of hair behind her ear. She nodded, laughing to herself. "Literally. I don't know why but I can't catch my breath when I'm around you, Jason. You take my breath away."
Jason smiled and again he leaned in for a kiss, this time making sure that it was more hurried, more passionate, more needy. This was the time for him to express his intentions. And from how receptive she was, he was sure that he would be let into her room.
