Devourers are infinite beings. They possess supernatural abilities, akin to those of wolves and vampyres. Recent research has clarified that these creatures, previously undiscovered, are rare and deadly entities that have existed for centuries, undetected. Those unfortunate enough to have encountered such creatures often met with misfortune or, perhaps more terrifyingly, became one of them.
Security camera footage has captured chilling scenes of humans vanishing from streets, leaving behind scant evidence of their existence a dropped cellphone, an abandoned purse, a lonely wallet on the pavement.
The speed of a devourer defies comprehension. Even the swiftest supernatural beings, vampyres and werewolves...pale in comparison. As a precautionary measure, humans are now advised to restrict their movements at night. This directive stems from the alarming discovery that devourers seem to prefer human prey over other races.
Unfortunately, the devourers' weakness remains elusive, though research continues unabated. Government agents stand ready to protect citizens, yet none have successfully captured a devourer.
Dr. Kerp C. Osman,
Date of birth, the 14th of November 1941,
Status, Physiologist.
The paleontologist twins, Franchis and Franco, unveiled a startling mystery hidden within fossils buried millions of years ago. Their findings pointed to the existence of devourers in ancient times, supported by compelling visual evidence. The fossilized remains bore a disconcerting resemblance to human form, yet distinctly alien, grey in color, with blurry markings etched into their skin, intense eye color, and completely hairless.
Some might have mistaken these beings for ferals, but their form differed significantly. The fossil bore no resemblance to any known creature, leading to the conclusion that it must have belonged to a devourer, thereby confirming their existence long before the present day.
Tragedy struck when both scientists were found brutally murdered on the floor of their laboratory. Dr. Osman, a renowned scientist and researcher who had partnered with these experienced paleontologists, became the first human to witness a dead devourer, dedicating himself to studying these enigmatic beings. His pursuit of knowledge was cut short when he was poisoned at the age of 60. All three scientists met their untimely demise on the same day, the afternoon of February 21, 2001.
Subsequent investigations into these deaths yielded no results, declared unproductive by authorities.
