On the temple above, Yuujin, Goku, Chi-Chi, and Vegeta, cloaked in blazing energy, soared into the skies.
In space, the battle between Earth's military and Frieza's army continued fiercely. With the assistance of the Red Silk Girls, Earth's forces had gained an overwhelming advantage. It was now only a matter of time before Frieza's army was annihilated.
However, with the arrival of Yuujin and his group, Frieza's forces, which had been holding their ground, crumbled instantly.
It was almost laughable—without their true powerhouse, Frieza, the so-called "Frieza Army" was nothing more than a rabble. Even Chi-Chi, the weakest among Yuujin's group, could have easily obliterated them all!
"Y-Yuujin-sama?"
Seeing Yuujin, his entire body enveloped in golden energy with even his hair transformed into a golden hue, Krillin and Chiaotzu were visibly stunned.
Sensing the overwhelming, almost absurd aura radiating from Yuujin, they were left utterly speechless, shaken to their cores.
Although Krillin and the others had always known that Yuujin was exceptionally strong, this level of power was beyond anything they could have imagined. Yuujin's current energy was dozens of times greater than before, and its suffocating intensity left them nearly breathless.
Good heavens, what on earth had happened?
"Krillin, the battle here isn't over yet?"
Yuujin couldn't help but feel slightly amused by their shocked expressions. After scanning the surroundings, he inquired.
Krillin and his companions had been tasked with combating the Ginyu Force, Frieza's elite squad. However, while looking around, Yuujin didn't see the Ginyu Force but instead saw Tien and Piccolo engaged in a fierce, earth-shaking battle.
As if recalling something, Krillin suddenly appeared anxious.
"This is bad, Yuujin-sama! Captain Ginyu has stolen Piccolo's body!"
After Krillin's hurried explanation, Yuujin quickly understood the situation.
When the battle began, Krillin and the others faced off against the Ginyu Force. Despite the Ginyu Force's strength, Krillin and the others had grown considerably stronger after training with King Kai. By using the Kaioken technique, they managed to dispatch their opponents with ease.
However, Piccolo, who had been fighting Captain Ginyu, encountered an unexpected turn of events.
Piccolo, one of Earth's strongest fighters—second only to Yuujin, Goku, Chi-Chi, and Vegeta—should have had no trouble dealing with Captain Ginyu. Initially, this was the case; Piccolo completely overpowered Ginyu with just half his strength.
But then things spiraled out of control. Ginyu used his unique ability to swap bodies with Piccolo, catching him off guard and seizing his body. The tide of the battle shifted dramatically.
"Ginyu…"
Narrowing his eyes, Yuujin recalled this peculiar individual. Indeed, Ginyu had the ability to exchange bodies with others.
Originally, Ginyu's own body was incredibly weak. However, he rose to prominence within Frieza's ranks by swapping bodies with powerful warriors across the universe. Even Goku, in the original Dragon Ball, had nearly fallen victim to this ability.
"Interesting!"
A trace of interest flickered in Yuujin's eyes as he glanced at Piccolo, who was being supported by Yamcha and flying over. Yuujin couldn't help but tease:
"Piccolo, this is so unlike you. To think you'd be brought to such a miserable state by an opponent far weaker than you."
Currently inhabiting Ginyu's injured body, Piccolo looked utterly battered. Ironically, the injuries were ones he had inflicted on Ginyu, but after the body swap, Piccolo was now forced to endure them himself. For the always-cautious and prideful Demon King, this was undoubtedly humiliating.
Turning his head away in silence, Piccolo's frustration was palpable.
Knowing how thin-skinned Piccolo could be, Yuujin refrained from further teasing and shifted his focus to the battlefield.
In the air not far away, Tien was fiercely dueling Ginyu, employing the Kaioken technique. The two exchanged powerful blows in a heated battle.
Since Ginyu had only recently taken over Piccolo's body, he couldn't yet unleash its full power. However, as the fight dragged on, Ginyu's control over the body improved, and Tien was visibly struggling to hold his ground.
"Tien, stand down."
Yuujin's voice rang out. Tien, hearing him, quickly disengaged and retreated to his comrades.
"Y-Yuujin-sama?"
Just like Krillin and the others, Tien was left dumbfounded upon seeing Yuujin's golden transformation and sensing his overwhelming energy.
"You're the Saiyan who defeated Lord Frieza earlier. What… what happened to you?"
Ginyu, still in Piccolo's body, flew over. Upon seeing Yuujin, he frowned deeply.
"This is a Super Saiyan," Yuujin explained casually. "You can think of it as an evolutionary form of Saiyans."
"And I have to thank your Lord Frieza for this. Without him, who knows how long it would've taken for me to achieve this transformation."
Yuujin's smile was calm, but Ginyu's expression turned to one of shock.
"A Super Saiyan? Thanks to Lord Frieza?"
"Where is Lord Frieza? What did you do to him? Answer me!"
Ginyu had heard of the legendary Super Saiyan in passing but was more concerned about Frieza's fate. The fact that Yuujin had returned alone filled him with dread.
"That guy? He blew up along with Mars. He's probably dead by now."
Yuujin spoke nonchalantly.
"Ridiculous!"
"Lord Frieza is invincible! How could a few mere Saiyans defeat him, let alone kill him?"
Ginyu's voice was filled with disbelief.
"Believe it or not, it doesn't matter," Yuujin said coldly. "Enough chatter. Return Piccolo's body, now."
In a flash, Yuujin appeared before Ginyu and delivered a punch to his abdomen.
"Argh!!!"
Ginyu spat out a mouthful of blood as his eyes bulged in pain.
Though Yuujin had struck casually, it was enough to leave Ginyu, even in Piccolo's body, severely injured.
How could anyone be this strong? Could Frieza truly have fallen to them?
"This was just a greeting. The next move will finish you," Yuujin said icily. A deadly energy ball formed in his palm, its power radiating dangerously.
Sensing the mortal threat, Ginyu instinctively activated his ability.
"Body Swap!!!"
Damn Saiyan! You think you're strong? Your body will be mine! Your power will be mine!
"Yuujin-sama, watch out!" Krillin and the others shouted in alarm.
However, a sly grin appeared on Yuujin's lips. In a swift move, he grabbed Piccolo and placed him in front of himself.
"What?!"
Ginyu was shocked, but it was too late to cancel his ability.
A blinding light enveloped the area, and Ginyu's and Piccolo's souls swapped back to their rightful bodies.
"Piccolo, he's all yours. If you lose again, you might as well end it yourself," Yuujin said mockingly before calling out to the others.
"Tien, Yamcha, Krillin, Chiaotzu, let's clean up the remaining enemies."
"Yes, Yuujin-sama!"
After tossing Piccolo a senzu bean, Yuujin and the others flew off to another battlefield.
Having regained his strength, Piccolo's face was darker than ever. Meanwhile, Ginyu, drenched in cold sweat, tried to flee in panic.
"You think you can escape?"
"Die! Special Beam Cannon!!!"
