Chapter 32 - Gratitude

It was a success! Vonn had slain the monster and felt the Blessing rushing through his veins. Although minimal, he could tell there was a difference.

Seeing the aftermath of their battle—or rather, the one-sided battle that had occurred—he couldn't believe what he had just done.

"Do I excel in torture? That was… I guess still a necessary attack on the butthole," he muttered, cringing as he watched the monster from his mission slowly disintegrate. It turned to dust, leaving behind a treasure for him to claim.

His gain wasn't just the Blessing but also the treasure equivalent to the giant monster's form. Its ugly and domineering appearance couldn't possibly leave behind nothing of value. A treasure indeed.

Picking up an axe-shaped treasure with a wooden handle and a stone head, Vonn inspected it with curious eyes. He had never heard of a treasure like this before.
