Chereads / Mated to my Ex Mate Daddy / Chapter 4 - Party

Chapter 4 - Party

FIONA

The following day when I went to school, I was pulsing with the knowledge that preparation from my mating ceremony was taking place as we speak. After I told Mom I wasn't angry to reject Alpha Xavier, she had been disappointed and even called My Dad on me hoping he might get me to change my mind.

But Dad was happy, he couldn't believe his daughter would be getting married to the Alpha Xavier he has been trying to get access to for the good of his own pack. This made my Mom even madder, she hated when me and Dad were on the same side.

I went to school that Morning with Milena and Jake, only to hear the biggest scandal ever. Apparently my ex mate has been spreading rumours about me, saying I was the one who cheated on him with his Dad!

Milena pulled me aside before I lost my temper and attacked anyone, Jake excused himself saying he had to get to class. "Is he being for real? The nerve of that guy! He was the one that cheated on me!" I screamed to whoever cared to listen.

"You think deep down they don't know that? Let's pretend he isn't also ruining Alpha's reputation with these lies he's spreading. Most of them are just jealous, you are the one getting married to their dream guy." She replied.

"I knew this would happen but I never knew Jeremy would add fuel to the fire. I'm not letting him get away with this!" I turned to go but she held me back, just in time as some girl approached me.

Bracing myself for the worse, I folded my arms waiting for her to state her business.

"I know you are getting married tonight but I was hoping you could come to my party after school, due to your popularity people might be interested in coming." I stared at the huge invitation card she still has with her.

It was obvious why no one would come to her party, she didn't fit into the beauty standard, she had braces and was wearing glasses, everything about her screamed nerd. I was sick and tired of people judging others!

I took three from her and passed two to Milena. "We will be there..." I looked at the invitation to see her name. "Janice."

"Thank you Fiona!" She gushed, hurrying away.

"That was very nice of you but...you are getting married tonight, you can't be at her party." She pointed out. "Don't tell me you plan on ditching Alpha Xavier, he's the Alpha, you cannot do that."

"Relax Milena, he already threatened to expose the fact we hooked up if I try to run away, I'm just making an appearance at her party. Hopefully, I'll be so drunk I won't think about the fact that I'm marrying my ex Dad." I retorted.

"Well, getting drunk was what got you into this mess in the first place." She pointed out and I couldn't argue with that.

I tried to ignore the rumors flying around for the rest of the school hours, the name callings and being shoved aside as I walked down the school hallway. When school finally dismissed, I was out of there, eager to get away from everyone.

"Hey Mom!" I called out to her as I entered the house, hearing her move about in the kitchen.

"Er... You have someone waiting up there for you." She gestured towards my bedroom. "Please keep the door open, he might be an exception but the rule still stands." She glared at my wooden door.

Puzzled by her words and too tired to ask, I went to my room. Her words finally made sense when I opened my bedroom door and saw Alpha Xavier in my freaking bedroom!

My heart nearly leaped out of my chest at his presence, he stood up making the whole place look small. "What are you doing here?" I asked, taking a step out as he walked closer to me.

He likes playing these games, I thought when the corner of his mouth quickened up. He likes the fact that he makes me nervous, I stopped moving as my back bumped against the stair balcony and there was no more room to move until then did he stop.

"That looks interesting, what is that?" He gestured towards the pink invitation card I was holding. "I don't suppose this is an invitation to our wedding?"

"Stop saying that, like it's something to be happy about. I'm only marrying you because you blackmailed me." I informed him.

"Your Mom hates me." He smiled. "I also don't want my soon to be wife hating me too. I came to tell you that you cannot attend any party, especially today." He walked past him, expecting me to take his word like that.

He was so arrogant! I mused watching him go. "I think you will really need this lesson, you can't control me Alpha Xavier, not now, not when we are married. Especially when we are married, I'll be your equal so...don't order me." He stopped, looked at me and smiled as if he knew something I didn't.

Eyes lingered on each other, I couldn't look away even though I wanted to until he broke the stare and let himself out the door. Mom emerged from the kitchen then, smiling at me with approval, I blushed realising she must have heard me.

Since there was no way I planned on listening to my new mate, I got dressed and went to Janice house where the party was taking place. And Janice had been right, the place was packed, Milena said Jake couldn't make it.

As we looked around, finding a spot, we came face to face with Willow on Jeremy's arm. He however mistook our silent exchange as me being jealous because he smirked, letting go of Willow arms.

"I'm aware of the lies you are spreading in school and frankly it just makes me see you as a pathetic cry baby." I looked at Willow then. "And you are letting him still cry over his ex? Raise your standards." I advise pushing past them.

I stopped when I noticed Milena still behind staring at our other friend. "How could you?" Her eyes were dark with anger, it was the first time since I've seen her this mad.

"This is between me and Fiona, not you Milena." Said Willow which caused Milena to snap and before I knew what was happening, they were both on each other, pulling, biting, clawing at each other.

I tried to get away but people poured into the room screaming on top of their lungs, I felt someone pulling me away from the crowd. When we finally made it out, it was Janice. I immediately felt terrible, the poor girl's party was probably ruined.

"Janice I'm so sorry okay? I'll get Milena out of here, just give me a minute." I told her.

"No, I have a better idea. I'll pull the smoke alarm, that should separate the fight and keep everyone out of here." She responded and I immediately followed her, instead of leaving the house like I thought we were going upstairs.

But then everyone had different places they store their fire alarms. She opened the first bedroom and pushed me inside. "I'm sorry Fiona, you were nice to me." She yelled, slamming the door short.

Trying to figure out what the heck was happening, the door opened behind me and Jeremy stood there, by two other guys I didn't recognize from anyone. I looked away from them to face Jeremy.

"You paid Janice to lock me in a room with you?" I demanded, trying to keep my temper in check. I wasn't foolish enough to attack him, the other guys here weren't for decorations.

I have always been good at hiding my emotions, I recalled yesterday in Xavier's office, I cried in his arms while he held me. Jeremy might be Xavier's son, well not biologically but he was nothing like him.

"Oh Fiona, what did I tell you? You should have listened to me and called off the wedding when I asked you to. I told you it's never going to take place, didn't I?"

"What are you getting at? I'd prefer you get it over with...My wedding is in a few hours." I replied which annoyed him.

"You are never going to get to that wedding Fiona, by the time I'm done with my.plan you will be so ruined, you won't ever show your face in public ever again." He motioned to the guys, who immediately started towards me.

I turned to the door, "Help!" I screamed, twisting the handle as the men grabbed me. "Jeremy stop!" I cried. "Whatever you plan to do, remember you are also hurting your Dad." He laughed at my words.

"You think he cares for you or anyone?" I noticed the injection he was holding. No matter how much I tried to struggle, it was fruitless against the men that easily overpowered me.

"Jeremy, please don't do this, I know you are angry..."

"Do you? I don't think you do. The thought of you with my Dad makes me sick! Knowing you are going to let him fuck you enrages me!" He snarled, sinking the needle into my arm.

"In here, I'll have you however I want, then I'll send the pictures to my sick Dad, let's see if he wants to marry a whore then." The rest of his words faded as the drugs started to kick in. I was aware of a loud sound in the background but nothing made sense as my world went dark!
