Chapter 3 - 3 - Yamauchi's Demise

100,000 Yen per month..? That's like a lot of money... They're being so generous... Is this what it means to enter one of the best schools of the nation?! No—the best school in the whole world!!

Sae-Chan-sensei looked around the room.

"It seems like no one has questions. Well then, please lead a good student life."

Wait! Me! Me! I have a question! Are you single Sae-chan-Sensei?!

"Real smooth man." Ijuin said.

"Why's he already calling her Sae-chan-Sensei in his head?" Hondo asked.

"That's typical stalker behavior." Miyamoto added.

"Dude... This school is fucking amazing! I can't believe we're going to get 100,000 Yen every month just because we passed the entrance exam!" Ike shouted while shaking me back and forth.

"I know right! I'm so glad I made it in! There's so many things I wanna get, first two I can think of being a personal gaming console, second a tablet so I can read manga on! What are you planning on getting Ike?!" I shouted back at him.

"MMmmm, Probably a laptop first? Some new shoes maybe? I haven't really thought about it yet. More importantly, you lost our bet, Hehaha."

"Huh? Bet? I don't know what you're talking about."

"Don't play dumb dude, you owe me a large combo." Ike said.

"I don't even rememb—"

"You're really pretending like you didn't just make a bet with him?" Ishizaki said.

"Seriously, how pathetic can he get?" Kondo added.

"I'm getting embarrassed just watching him, like how on earth does one person become this retarted?" Said yabu.

"You would think he'd have a sense shame, but he does this all without caring." Manabe said.

"Just buy him the damn food Yamauchi, I heard you accept the bet, so don't be a little bitch." Sudo, who had overheard them making the bet, said annoyed at me.

"C-cmon dude, I was just j-joking around with him, haha, I was always going to buy him that."

"He really is such a loser." Inogashira said.

"It was pretty obvious he was going to fold immediately, that's the same way it went with the bus driver, you can literally see the panic in his eyes." Mori added.

"Right? It's like, why does he even bother lying so much? Why would anyone want to be friends with a Narcissistic liar." Shinohara said, looking over at Ike.

"H-huh? Oh... Um... I-I knew he'd lie about a lot of stuff, but most of them were super obvious, so we never took him seriously. Plus we didn't know about any of his crimes, so..." Ike replied nervously.

"I can't believe you're still defending him after all this?! It's one thing to lie about stuff, but the criminal stuff isn't something you can just forgive!" Shinohara yelled at ike.

"Eh? I'm not defending him! I'm just saying that we didn't know he was that bad back then! Sure there was some perverted stuff... But he never acted like a criminal when we were hanging out!"

"So you were fine with him constantly lying to you then? He's a compulsive liar too!" Sato asked.

"I know that! But most of the stuff he'd lie about was so obvious, that we just thought he'd be joking about it. And he wouldn't lie about normal things like what he liked, only about his achievements or skills. It'd be funny to watch him fail after claiming to be the best at something too..." Ike replied.

Yamauchi had began glaring Ike, revealing the true darkness in his eyes, biting his lip till blood started leaking from it, and his veins bulged in anger at Ike's betrayal.

Safe to say Ike wasn't scared of the dark.

"That does sound pretty funny watching Yamauchi pathetically fail at life." Hashimoto added.

"Sure, sure, let's go get some food then, before we do any shopping." Ike said smirking.

The majority of the class erupted in chatter, all overly excited over their new allowance.

"Ne ne~, don't you want to go see those shops? Let's go shopping!" Someone shouted.

"Un. With this much money, we can buy anything. We should go shopping right now~"

"So anyway, how'd you guess she was going to be out teacher Ike?" I asked him.

"Oh, I overheard her talking to the other teachers and they mentioned her class, ahaha." Ike said shamelessly.

"Wait so you cheated to win? Ahahaha that's hilarious Ike." Hondo said.

"Yeah I'm surprised you were paying attention to anything they were saying at the entrance ceremony. Oh actually, I guess you might because she was super hot." Ijuin said, whispering the last part.

"I mean it's not like I was trying to eavesdrop on them or anything, I just happened to overhear them while they were talking, and thought I'd get free lunch with it, haha." Ike replied.

"Still, good on you for scamming him like that." Miyamoto added, smiling.

"What?! Y-you bastard you totally scammed me! There's no way---"

As I was screaming at Ike for his betrayal, a boy with dirty blonde hair, and average height spoke up, attracting the attention of all the students currently in the room. (Likeability 6)

"Looks it's you Hirata-kun!" Mii-chan said excitedly, looking forward to not having to continue watching only Yamauchi.

"Yea, haha." He replied shortly.

"I can't believe how different you look from them Hirata-kun!" Shinohara said.

"Really? I think he looks mostly the same." Sato said.

"Oh, I knew Hirata-kun doesn't have it in him to seriously hate anyone instantly, but his likeability for Yamauchi's already at 6? Stand proud Yamauchi, you've done something that most people would find impossible." Mori said unserious, laughing a little.

"Everyone, can you guys listen to me for a bit?" He asked.

Damn, I can already tell this bastard is going to be an Ikemen.

"He hears one sentence from Hirata-kun and he already hates him. So petty." Mii-chan said.

"It's not that surprising he just met him and already are jealous, really shows off how miserable and pathetic your life is." Inogashira said.

"Yeah, seems like he can't handle whenever there's someone more popular than he is." Haruka added, looking insanely bored of watching Yamauchi's POV.

"Yamauchi becomes very insecure when he meets someone he considers better than himself, that's why he's automatically starts hating on Hirata." Keisei stated.

"Starting from today, we will be in the same class for the next three years. So, it would be great if all of us could introduce ourselves and become friends. We still have time until the entrance ceremony, so what do you think?"

Tch! It hasn't even been 10 minute yet all the girls all already falling for this pile of shit.

"Couldn't be anymore obvious, you so wish you were in his position." Kaneda said, pushing up his glasses.

"Not even 10 minutes in, yet his rage and jealousy towards Hirata doubles." Nishino said.

"His face was already ugly, but when it's being distorted by jealousy, it reaches a completely different level of unattractiveness." Yamashita stated.

"I agree! After all, we don't know each other names, let alone anything about each other."

No shit retard, we just started school, no one knows anything about each other yet.

"Already acting like a smart ass on the first day."

"Wouldn't be Yamauchi if he wasn't secretly shitting on everyone around him."

"This is getting super boring, they're isn't anything to talk about anymore, mostly just short sentences that are being repeated, I think we should just stay quiet so this dumb video could end. Unless of course, you really feel the need to talk about something." Said a random female 3rd year.

"Yeah, that sounds good."

"That's just sounds like like a lazy cop out." Said a random male 3rd year.

"What do you think we should do then? We've watched only around 5 minutes of the video, yet we've already spent several hours, because people keep talking mid video. If we keep talking about every shitty but not terrible thing he says or thinks, we're never going to finish this vi. I think most people would rather hurry up and finish Yamauchi's POV, don't you agree?" Said the female 3rd year.

"Ugh... Fine, fine, whatever." He replied.

"My name is Hirata Yousuke. Because I was often called by my first name, Yousuke, in middle school, feel free to use my first name. Although I like all sports, I like soccer in particular, and also plan to play soccer at this school. Please take care of me."

Dang it! He's letting them call him be his first name this early on?!? And he plays soccer too? He couldn't be more obvious!

There's no way he isn't just saying that so all the girls will be all over him!

"Well, if that was satisfactory... then, can we start self introductions from the beginning?"

"M-my name Inogashira K-ko—" she stopped talking, the anxiety had gotten to her.

Geez it's just an introduction. Quit acting like a pussy and finish already... buuuut you know, she's kinda cute. Too bad her breasts aren't big enough to be on my professional radar.

"Did he just say has a fucking professional rating radar? Like he's secretly rating girls by their chest size?" Kei said loudly, sounding both disgusted and repulsed.

"What kind of guy thinks it's okay to rate people like that? Fucking pig probably views every girl as an object!" Shinohara said.

"The more we listen the more revolting things we learn about him." Matsushita added, with other girl nodding along.

"He's such a creep!" Mii-chan said loudly, for the second time.

"What does he think he is, some kind of connoisseur? It's sad enough he's obsessed with girls but just how far gone is he? Earlier he rated Chabashira-sensei as a good piece of material—meaning he doesn't even see girls as other people, and he rates them by their bust size, I don't think I've ever heard of anyone more disgusting!" Maezono shouted, protecting her chest.

"Thank god they showed how terrible of person he was, I don't feel comfortable not knowing how much of a scumbag, he was while still being allowed in our school." Onodera said.

"SHUT THE FUCK UP ALREADY! I bet you dumb broads are only saying that because you were never on my radar, angry that I would never even bother looking at the fucking small tittee committee bitches!" Yamauchi shouted, seemingly having enough of being constantly criticized by the whole school, starts arguing back.

"Jealous?! Of not being looked at by a creep like you? The only thing we would be grateful for is not being on your perverted radar!" Shinohara shouted.

"As if! If someone as 'DisGUstINg' and 'DEsPEraTE' as me considers you bitches second-hand garbage, then that really says a lot a about how ugly you losers are!" Yamauchi yelled back her.

"I'd rather be invisible than be considered high-value material by you, pervert!" Mii-chan said.

"Exactly! You called us 'second-hand garbage', but the only trash here is you!"

"It's terrifying thinking about all the things he could of secretly done while sitting next to me." Haruka said, thinking about whatever else he might of been doing to her.

"Can he get any lower? He's already far beyond redemption, but his 'defects' keep getting worse and worser." Matsushita said.

"It makes me wonder if he's ever thought about a girl in a normal way." Ichihashi said.

"Nee~ Nee~, Yamauchi-senpai, I heard loli-senpai had gone on a few dates with you! What would you rate her on you're professional radar?" Ichika asked smugly, talking about Sakayanagi, who immediately glared at her.

"What?! I never ever went out with her! She's just a flat-chested loser who thinks she's smart!"

"Wow really! I thought you too would of been a great couple! That's disappointing~" She replied.

(edit)

Sakayanagi didn't bother responding, silently plotting their disappearance in her priority seat, and moving her glare from Ichika to Kamuro, who was giggling at Ichika's words.

"Weren't we supposed to cut the yapping short?" Someone asked without getting an answer.

"Do your best~"

"It's ok if you don't rush~"

Though the two girls claimed to be supportive, their tone suggested they were actually mocking the girl they were addressing.

"Doing it slowly is fine, don't rush through it."

The angel said, clearing up the anxiety for the Inogashira girl.

"My name is, Inogashira... Kokoro. Um, my hobby is sewing and I'm good at knitting. P-please take care of me." She mumbled.

Thank God she finished, I was worried we were going to be waiting for her all day.

Now more importantly, it's time for my ultimate introduction, which will definitely surpass all of the other garbage introductions made today!

"I'm Yamauchi Haruki. In elementary school, I played table tennis at the national level, then was the baseball club's ace in middle school—I had uniform number 4. But since I got an injury during Inter High recently, so I am currently in rehab. Nice to meet ya."

"Playing table tennis at the national level? Come on, couldn't he come up with a better lie?." Kaneda asked, curious at his choice of lie.

"You can see nobody in the class believed that, lol." Nishino said, pronouncing lol out loud.

"Do you really think someone as dumb as him would think that? He probably just thought all the girls would fall for him if he claimed to be a professional athlete." Ishizaki replied.

"You keep talking as if you're any smart than him, Ishizaki, You probably did the same thing during your introduction." Ibuki said.

"Hey! I didn't claim to be a professional athlete; I just said I was good at fighting and video games, I did a normal introduction."

"Yeah right, don't act like you weren't trying to get with one of the girls in class before Ryuen started his dictatorship, I still remember you asking out Kinoshita on the 2nd day."

"That's totally different thing! I wasn't going around lying about everything I did like Yamauchi does."

"I easily beat your ass in a fight, clearly you were lying about your abilities." Ibuki said blankly.

"Look! All I said was I had potential, who wouldn't brag a little? It's called confidence!"

"Kukuku, she got you there Ishizaki." Ryuen added.

"Does he always have to laugh before talking or what?" Morishita asked, not getting answer.

AHAHAHA THAT'S RIGHT, THAT DUMB BLONDE BITCH ISN'T THE ONLY JOCK IN CLASS! NOT ONLY THAT I'M THE FUCKING MVP, SUCK IT BLONDY!

It's so obvious by their lustful stares that I've already charmed most of the girls in class. Sorry not sorry hirugly-boy, but there is not enough girls in this classroom for two harems.

"HAHAHAHAHA, HE SERIOUSLY THINKS THEY LIKE HIM?!" Hosen shouted from across the theatre, laughing at Yamuachi's delusion.

"The only looks he's getting is doubtful glances or disgusted glares..." Nanase said confused.

"I know he's incredibly stupid, but how on earth does he gaslight himself into believing he's competing with anyone for a harem." Tsubaki adds.

"Well, he certainly has an powerful imagination—to trick himself like that." Yagami added.

"Then I'm next, right?" (Likeability 9)

"Her likeability was only 9..?" Yamauchi muttered.

"Why the fuck is it so high? I was worried it be in the high negatives, so that's good for me but, still..." Kushida muttered, confused at the score.

"Wait, wait, Kushida's favorability towards him is only 9? She's likes everyone, yet for Yamauchi it's on the super low end, Hahaha." Mori said.

"Imagine getting a 9 on favorability scale from Kushida, that's a new low." Haruka said.

"I guess even Kushida only barely tolerates him." Inogashira added.

"You've really outdone yourself Yamauchi-kun, to have someone like Kushida be almost indifferent to you requires real skill!" Onodera said sarcastically.

"Wait, does this mean Kushida barely likes me too?" Ike whispered.

A cheerful girl with short beige hair, a large bust, and a fairly short skirt, spoke.

"My name is Kushida Kikyou, and since none of my friends from middle school came to this school, I want to get to know everyone and become friends!"

Of course I'll be your friend Kikyou-chan. You can rely on me for absolute anything! Especially if you need some help carrying those two heavy melons, hehehe.

"Can't he go five seconds without thinking something perverted?" Maezono said, not expecting an answer.

"Probably not, it's like that's all he can think about in that tiny brain of his." Ruri replied.

"Yeah, it's like he's incapable of having a normal thought." Mii-chan said.

"He's beyond help." Matsushita added.

"First of all, I want to become friends with everyone here. After all of you are done with your introductions, please exchange contact information with me! Then, during vacations or after school, I want to make memories with many people, so please invite me to many events. I've been talking for a while, so I'll end my self-introduction here."

Oh my God, she's literally perfect.

That's it I've already decided, you, Kushida Kikyou, will be the first girl in this school I've picked to enter my harem.

"There's no way Kushida would ever fall for somebody like you." Shinohara said.

"He's got to have a mental disability of some sort." Mori added.

"Hey, hey, Yamauchi-senpai~ I'm kind of curious so I hope you don't mind me asking buuuuut... Before this special exam started, how many girls did you manage to get into your harem? Two? Three?" Ichika asked, glancing at Sakayanagi and Kushida.

"Tch." Yamuachi clicked his tongue attempting to ignore her.

"Oh? Was it perhaps... Nobody?" She giggled, clearly overly enjoying this situation. "Awww, that's so sad Yamauchi-senpai, I was really rooting for you! I thought for sure Loli-senpai or Kushida-senpai would of been in it!" Ichika continued hoping for a reaction from either.

Kushida, who had been quietly observing the exchange, stayed silent, tightening up his fists in annoyance at Ichika's words.

"Amasawa-san, it's very cute how interested you are in Yamuachi-kun, But you know, aren't you a little too invested into creating a harem for him? Why is that exactly? Earlier you seemed to be very approving of having 'friends with benefits', could it be... there's something going on between you two?" Sakayanagi spoke, her voice calm.

"Oh, no, no, Arisu-senpai. It's just that I'm very interested in love, as any other high-school girl would be! Romance is such an exciting thing to think about for me, and I can't help but try and set people up that I think are good matches for each other!"

Ichika replied with such genuine sincerity, her eyes sparkling with an unwavering honesty, as she continued speaking her feelings from the deepest part of her heart, without hesitation.

"I thought Yamuachi-senpai would be a perfect fit for someone like Arisu-senpai or Kikyou-senpai~! I've always considered myself to be great at reading people, and got a good read on both of your personalities, so after learning about Yamauchi-senpai, I just knew that you deserved to be together! Truly a match made in heaven!"

Kushida, who had been silent for most of the exchange, gave a small sigh, and was given worried looks by the students next to her.

"Fufufu, is that so? Perhaps you should re-evaluate your people reading skills. Although, personally speaking I think you'd be a better match with him, after all you're both failures." Sakayanagi said, her eyes smiling at Ichika.

"Typical Arisu-senpai, you're too kind! But unfortunately I already have my soul-mate you see~ " She said, smiling while looking over at me. "I think my assessment was very accurate though, weren't you already—Oh! I understand now! You two must of already been dating before, right?! I was wondering why Yamauchi-senpai responded so defensively when I talked about you two dating. Sorry, Loli-senpai~! I should of known, it was rude of me to bring up bad memories."

"Bad memories, you say? It's interesting how quickly you jump to conclusions."

"Ah! Sorry senpai, I guess you'd want to keep something like that a secret from everyone else, my deepest apologies. No need to worry though, I promise I won't tell anyone about you secretly dating and breaking up with Yamauchi-senpai, my mouth is zipped!" Ichika's voice loudly echoed throughout the theatre, as she metaphorically zipped her lips.

"I know I said this already, but man that first year girl is crazy." Miyake said after they finished talking.

"That's what I was saying." I added.

"Then, the next one is───" The blonde haired rat was cut off before he could finish.

"You guys idiots? I don't wanna introduce myself, just leave me alone."

Sudo's face turned a little red in embarrassment as his classmates stared at him for his past introduction.

"You really were scary back then Sudo." Hondo said.

"Yeah, you've really come a long way from that, Horikita's influence, I assume." Ike said, and got punched in the stomach by Sudo.

"Honestly, it's like you're a whole new person Sudo, waaaaay better than before." Shinohara said.

"O-oh, um... thanks, haha." Sudo replied, surprised by her compliment.

"She's right Sudo-kun, out of all the people in class, you're by far the one whose improved the most." Horikita said.

"Hehehe, you think so?" Sudo replied, rubbing the back of his neck.

However, Horikita had quickly lost interest, much to Sudo's dismay.

Damn, he's super scary, but I'm glad he told that poser Hirata to fuck off, the ugly bastard.

"I can't force you to introduce yourself. But, I don't think that it's a bad thing to get along with your classmates. If you thought I was being unpleasant, I apologize."

"Isn't it fine to do a simple self introduction?"

"Yea, yea!"

They're right, but I don't wanna be agreeing with the blonde haired turd.

This is definitely an odd situation. I think the redhead should stop whining like a loser, and do his stupid introduction, but no one is going to want to be friends with him anyway. Plus, he isn't a cute girl, so his name doesn't really matter.

"Typical Yamauchi."

"As shallow as he is stupid." Onodera said.

"Right? I wonder how he and Sudo even became friends., although he acted like a delinquent, he didn't seem as perverted as Ike or Yamauchi." Mori added.

"I don't think anyone is going to want to be friends with you anymore now." Sato added.

Hirata hearing that, thought about saying something, but ultimately kept his silence, knowing there wasn't any point in saying anything.

He might hit me if I say anything, so I guess I'll just keep quiet. Who's bright idea was it to let this delinquent bastard in this school anyway? There's no way he passed the entrance exam, even someone as smart as me barely passed it.

"The real question is how he passed it. We know now that Sudo was accepted because of his athletic ability, but from what we've seen of Yamauchi through video, and being in the same class as him, there isn't anything I've seen that explains his acceptance." Matsushita said.

"Yeah, I'm still waiting for the big reveal on that." Hondo said.

"Hah? Why the fuck are you speaking up Hondo, you're dumber than me retard!" Yamauchi shouted, glaring at him.

"W-what? My OAA score is higher than yours, that's obviously not true." Hondo nervously responded, surprised that Yamauchi's aggressive reproach.

"No it's not you fucking you idiot, you're at 38 and I'm at 39—overall score, dumb ass. If anything I deserve to be here more than you do!"

"T-that's...." Hondo stopped talking, unable to come up with a decent come-back.

"..."

"Guess no one cares enough to defend Hondo." Miyake added, laughing at them.

"I just wanna finish this video, it's insane the amount of time we wasted watching Yamauchi's POV." Keisei said, annoyed with the video's content.

"Seconded." Haruka agreed.

"Mmm." Sakura hummed agreeing as well.

"No. I don't want to pretend that we're good friends."

As if you could make any friends.

"They're not bad people. I'm also at fault since I asked them to stay out of my own selfishness."

"Hirata-kun did nothing bad. Let's just leave those people alone."

Some students left after the small argument between delinquent-kun and ugly blonde bastard, yet the remaining students continued to go around and introduce themselves.

"I'm Ike Kanji. The things I like are girls, and the things I hate are ikemen. I'm recruiting girlfriend at any time, so nice to meet you! Of course, you better be cute or beautiful!"

"PFFFTHAHAHAHA, That's the funniest introduction I've ever seen!" Nagumo said, unable to contain his laugher produced from Ike's attempted girlfriend recruital.

"It certainly is... memorable." Asahina added.

"You've gotta admire the confidence, he's kinda similar to Yamauchi though." A random class 3B student said.

"I don't know how he thought that'd be a good introduction." A class 3A student said.

Spit facts, my brother, cuteness is a must have in a girlfriend. Nobody wants a ugly bitch, or a bitch with no titties either—like that dumb broad, Shinohara, she fails in all 3 subjects. If I were to rank them it'd go, their bust size, their face, then their personality.

"What the fuck did you just say Yamauchi?! You're honestly such a disgusting, shallow, and worthless piece of shit! Ranking women like they're some kind of object for you to judge? Fucking cunt!"

"HAH! Don't lie Shinougly, you already knew I rated girls like that! You're just mad that I've always rated you like garbage, a 0 out of 10, the ugliest chick in school, so lowly that even someone like me wouldn't be interested in you if you were the last bitch on earth!" Yamauchi's yelled back, smirking maliciously as he dissed her.

"Yamauchi-kun..." Kushida said.

"Satsuki..." Sato muttered.

"Yikes, that might be Yamauchi speaking but that's still going to hurt her confidence..." Matsushita whispered, worried about Shinohara's reaction to it.

"You seriously don't know when to shut up, do you Yamauchi?!" Ike angrily yelled at him, barely being held down to his seat by Sudo.

"W-who the hell do you think you are?! You're a joke Yamauchi! A loser, who as of today, lost all the little respect and friends you had! You can't talk like that when you can't even get a girl to look at your ugly face!" She shouted back, with a small amount of tears coming from her eyes.

"Yamauchi, I understand why you would be very angry with everyone, but that was beyond cruel, you can't treat other people like that even if your upset." Ichinose added disapprovingly.

"Shut the fuck up! You assholes don't have any idea what's it like to be me! You weren't saying anything while I was constantly being criticized because of a stupid fucking video that I never agreed to be showing! I get harrassed over thoughts I had one and a half fucking years ago! Yet as soon as I say something back I'm the criminal!? What kind of hypocritical bull-shit is this?!" Yamauchi shouted his heart out, angry over the 'unfair' treatment he's been given.

Except for the sound of Ichika giggling, the theatre had turned quiet, the students were silently listening to the major argument.

"Yamauchi, the real issue here is that while some people insulted you for your perverted thoughts early on, it wasn't until your criminal activities were revealed on video that most people started commenting on you. There isn't any way for Ichinose or anybody else to defend you for that." Manabu said coldly, looking apathetically towards at the red-eyed boy.

Yamauchi hesitated, his anger still clear, but seeing the entire theater against him, continuing to argue would end up terribly for him. He chose to bite hi tongue and sat back down.

"Tch. Whatever." He said, as the theatre stayed silent.

"Wow, so cool~. Ike-kun, you're so smooth" I said, my voice completely devoid of any emotion. (Accuracy 59%)

"IT'S ME NEXT?!" Matsushita yelped, instantly covering her face in embarrassment.

"Hehehe, seems like it." Sato said.

"On the bright side, it can't be any worse than Yamauchi's" Mori added.

"That's not a very high bar though..." Matsushita replied.

"Oh thank god his POV is over, they couldn't of chosen a worse person to watch." Onodera said.

"Better brace yourself though, Matsushita-san, it really is difficult to handle having your thoughts broadcasted." Ichinose said, talking from experience.

"Yea, haha, nothing too embarrassing happens here... I think?" She added.

"Who knows, more importantly the special effect for this is the 'accurate reading scale', which works as it sounds, it measures how accurately the protagonist gets a read of someone. If the protagonist is very intelligent, it will increase the scales difficulty as well." Satoru added, vaguely defining the measure.

"Quick question about that, how would you quantify getting a read on someone exactly?" Horikita asked.

"It's going to be a rather situational scale, during the introductions, It will be referring to how well the protagonist can tell what someone is truly like. Usually, this will mean that someone who has social anxiety, is a very complex person, hides a lot about themselves in public, or does a lot of things on a whim, would be difficult to read. Naturally this scale leaves a lot to the imagination as to why someone's score may be low, so I do ask you to take all scores with a grain of salt." Satoru said.

"Kuku, finally something interesting." Ryuen said, as Kushida started sweating bullets.

I mean, who on earth thought an introduction like that would be a good idea? You're totally asking to get put on the 'He should just die' list, not that I expect this school to have one.

"I was really surprised when I learned this school had one too, you'd think it was mostly full of really smart and disciplined students, but apparently not." Haruka said.

"Yeah, Ike and Yamauchi were both ranked pretty high on that list, easily overpassing the senior students." Sato stated.

"Practically guaranteed himself the spot with that intro." Shinohara said.

"Really, really? Wow, I thought I wasn't bad, but... hehe." Ike-kun rubbed the back of his head nervously. (Accuracy 72 %)

"HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA—"

"PFFFFFFFFFFFFT—"

"KUKUKUKU—"

A large number of student in the theatre erupted in laughter as Ike hide his face in shame, just now realizing the true meaning behind the words spoken that day.

"Oh my god, you've got to be joking, he really thought they complimenting him?" Ashahina said, clutching her stomach from laughing too hard.

"Her voice sounded about as emotional as a robots." Kiriyama noted.

"Poor guy was just happy he could get a girls attention." Mii-chan said.

"It was so obvious too, I have no idea how you didn't catch on man." Hondo added, looking towards Ike.

"I don't know what to say man... heh... I guess I was just glad someone reacted nicely to my introduction." Ike replied with a nervous laugh.

"The reading scale really can change quite quickly." Miyake said.

"Pffttt, is he serious?" Onodera-san whispered, giggling at Ike-kun's stupidity. (Accuracy 57%)

"He's not just a pervert, but a total idiot." Mori whispered back. (Accuracy 45%)

"Wow, everyone, he's cute, and he's recruiting girlfriends!" Shinohara shouted rhetorically. (Accuracy 78%)

"Oh hey, Ike-senpai! Can I ask you something suuuuper important?" Ichika asked in the silent viewing room.

"H-huh?" Ike replied nervously, scared of what the newly infamous girl wanted. "Umm... What is it"

"Hmmm, well you said that you were recruiting only 'cute' or 'beautiful' woman as girlfriends, right? I heard you and Shinohara-senpai are dating, was she the first girl you managed to recruit with that?"

"W-what? That was... at the start of the first year... I wasn't really in the right mindset back then. B-but I've changed a lot since we started dating, that isn't what happened..." Ike responded anxiously, unsure where she was going with this.

"You see, I remembered hearing something about her from her middle-school days." She said, causing a few students that had a decent memory shivering. "Just some silly rumors from a first year friend of mine who claimed to go to the same school as her. Something about Shinohara-senpai being a bit desperate for a boyfriend... Word has it, that she'd failed spectacularly at that, and soon after started going out with boys in her class for a bit of extra pocket change." Ichika said, an innocent smile plastered on her face.

Ichika's behavior today has been unusually suspicious; while she normally enjoys provoking students, doing so in front of the entire school is self-destructive—it wouldn't make sense for her to purposely turn both the staff and students against her. It's likely she has extra information on this special exam, where it won't matter if she becomes disliked by the majority.

The tension in the room sky rocketed. Ike, Shinohara, and a few other students faces in class 2C went red with anger at what she was implying.

"Yoooooo." Miyake whispered in disbelief.

"Did she just say what I think she did..." Haruka whispered back in shock.

"Don't you dare talk about Satsuki like that! You have no idea what's she's like, so keep your bull-shit rumors to yourself!" Ike shouted at her.

"He's right! Don't just make terrible things up like that, you could ruin someone's life! How would you feel if someone did that to you!" Onodera added.

"Kukuku... it's interesting you bring that up Ichika, I recall hearing rumors like that last year as well. If a first-year student, unaware of said rumors, happened to say the same thing, there's a strong possibility those rumors were true, don't you think?" Ryuen added ignoring Sato, he seems to be really enjoying playing along with Ichika's whims today.

"Can't say I didn't hear similar stuff. I guess it'd make sense if someone like Ike was the one dating her, I'm sure she could use the extra the points." Hashimoto said, agreeing with them.

"Seriously?! You guys are just gonna keep throwing around these baseless rumors like they're real?! That first year, if they even exist, is obviously a massive liar, so why don't you keep your lying mouths shut!"

"I don't know man, we've all heard the rumors last year too. It doesn't make sense for a first year like Amasawa or her friend to know about them unless one of them went to her same school."

"Shut the fuck up, Yamauchi! You have no right to be talking!" Ike shouted back, clutching his fist, his voice trembling with anger.

"What? I'm just speaking the truth." He replied with a massive smirk on his face.

"Enough! All of you stop this! Amasawa-san, Ryuen-kun, Hashimoto-kun, Yamauchi-kun, you mustn't throw around rumors about someone like that! Spreading rumors like that is harmful, it doesn't matter on whether or not it's true, you can't do that." Ichinose yelled, but wasn't angry, sounding as seriously as she's ever been about something.

"I don't know why you keep accusing me of such a malicious thing Ichinose. Kukuku, I'm just trying to help her confront her weaknesses, it worked out great for you didn't it?" Ryuen said sarcastically.

"Helping her? You're only doing it for your own amusement Ryuen-kun." Ichinose replied sternly, her fist placed atop her chest.

"Kukuku, You think I'm doing this for amusement? That's so mean of you Ichinose, I'm not an underhanded person, I can't believe you'd accuse me of such a terrible thing."

"I think you're being a bit too dramatic Ichinose-senpai, pressure is what builds diamonds, right? Whatever doesn't kill you makes you stronger!" Ichika added.

"That's not something for you to decide, you can—"

"Now, now everyone, I believe we've already had a rule made in the past year about spreading malicious rumors about somebody, so unless you would like to be punished accordingly, I'd recommend you drop the subject for now." Satoru said, not instantly punishing them for the rule break.

"Haaaaaaiiiii" Ichika replied

"Kuku, is it really a rumor if it's the truth, teach?" Ryuen asked.

"If you're unable to prove it currently, then yes it would be a rumor, hence spreading it would be a violation of the rules." Satoru replied,

He's gonna remember this two years from now in the shower and die of embarrassment.

"Well, one and a half years from then." Miyake said, resting his cheek onto his fist.

"He'd been spoiled for that legendary moment it seems." Sotomura added.

Actually... Thinking about this school again—And, I'm not trying to be rude, but my classmates don't really seem to be... the elite type. There were already so many people that I'd never expect to get accepted into this school.

"We we're all pretty clueless at the start, haha." Sato said.

"Yeah for real, I was barely keeping up with my middle-school classes, yet I didn't find it at all suspicious being accepted into ANHS." Ike stated.

"I guess you'd figured that out pretty early on Matsushita-san." I said, setting her up.

"Eh, I wouldn't go that far Ayanokouji-kun, I was definitely a little suspicious about the reasoning behind that, and I'm sure I'm not the only one." She said, narrowing her eyes at me. "But I hadn't put anything into investing my suspicions which is why we ended up with zero class points."

"Is that right?" I replied back.

"I'm surprised she noticed that, guess not everyone in that class is a massive defect." Yahiko said.

"Are you a masochist or what?" Hashimoto retorted, confused as to why Yahiko was making it incredibly easy to turn his own words against him.

"Huh? The hell are you going on about Hashiomoto?" He replied, just as confused.

Let's start off with that short-red haired delinquent boy, I understand that you're not supposed to judge a book by his cover, but did he really pass the entrance exam? I'd maybe understand if they included a physical aspect to it, he'd totally dominate there, yet he seems like he'd pick a fight with you if you looked at him weirdly. And how did he pass the interview? Were all the adult's interviewing him high or something? Is that it? (Accuracy 72%)

"Wow Chiaki, you found that out really quickly, I guess you're secretly pretty smart huh?" Sato said, glancing at her suspiciously.

"Ehehe, like I said before, I did think something was a bit off, but it didn't really matter if I was suspicious since I did nothing with that suspicion." Matsushita replied unable to look her in the eyes.

"That's a really good observation, you read him mostly accurate, Matsushita-san. But thinking the interviewers might have been high to accept him is a bit much don't you think." Onodera added, defending Sudo.

"Maybe... I wasn't seriously thinking they were high, just that it was weird for ANHS, one of the few high-schools in japan who conduct interview with each of their students, to accept somebody who obviously looked like a delinquent." Matsushita replied.

"Sudo didn't just look like one, he totally would act like that in front of the teachers and staff too, It really doesn't make any sense for him to have passed the interview." Ike added.

"Hah? The hell are you trying say Ike?" Sudo retorted slightly Irritated.

"It's like I'm wrong, am I? That's exactly how you would of acted back then right?" He replied, unbothered by Sudo's tone.

"I-I mean, I guess so, but still..."

"Kukuku, really shows how they'll accept just about anyone if a monkey as dumb as him made it through." Ryuen said, looking at Matsushita.

Sudo groaned, once again managing to ignore Ryuen's insult.

And then there was Yamauchi-kun, where do I begin with him... Let's start from the beginning; the entrance ceremony was were I first noticed his... rather inappropriate behavior towards women. Him and another boy were both acting like horny monkeys, lecherously staring at girls private parts and rating them—Which they didn't even try being low-key about it, they were basically yelling for Christ sake, all the girls in class heard them, girls in other classes could hear them—I could see them staring, and even our homeroom teacher was looking at them like pure filth that shouldn't exist in this world. (Accuracy 89%)

"Ugh, I remember that" Inogashira said.

"Why did you have to think about him again? I'm hoping to forget he ever existed." Mori said.

"God, the way they were looking at everyone, I knew they were both scum from the start." Kei added, glaring disgustingly at Yamauchi.

"I didn't notice it before, but even Ms. Chabashira wasn't hiding how much she was disgusted by them." Sato said, while looking at the quick flashback.

"Yup, I'd disagree with it being true with Sudo, but the interviewers must of been high when they decided accepting Yamauchi into the school would be a good idea." Onodera said.

"I don't know why we didn't get rid of him when we had the chance."

Moving on till we reached the class, I can skip his reaction to getting 100,000 Yen a month, it was surprising even for me, but his introduction was interesting to say the least.

If I remember correctly, he said he played table tennis at the national level in elementary school, and was the baseball club's ace in middle-school, but was forced into rehab from a injury received during Inter High.

The chance of anything he said being true is around 0% and it doesn't take a genius to figure that out either. He doesn't look like he's worked out a day in his life, there's no way he played any sports, the number 4 doesn't have any meaning behind it in baseball, why did he even bother telling us that? And Inter High is competition only available for High School students, you can't participate if you're still in Middle School. It didn't seem like he was trying to be funny either, he was shamelessly lying about it all, and couldn't come up with anything smarter.

"I don't think there was a single person in that room that believed what he was saying."

"Right? What does he think we're stupid or something?"

"Um, can you introduce yourself" Hirata-kun asked after the girls had gotten bored of teasing Ike, looking at the blonde haired boy. (Accuracy 56%)

Oh, we're continuing the introductions? Who's next?... It's... Koenji... no point in listening. (Accuracy 68%)

"Yep, no point in listening." Ike said.

"Hm? Did you and Koenji know each other before school started, Chiaki?" Mori asked.

"I wouldn't say we knew each other, but I had heard of it a few times, being known for his eccentric personality, and even attended the same party once." Matsushita said, reluctantly, likely it was going to be brought up anyway.

"Anyway, that's enough thinking about Koenji. Chiaki... You don't talk about your background much, but are you, or your parents, actually super rich?" Sato asked curiously.

"Uhhh... I wouldn't say we're super wealthy—more like moderately wealthy or upper-middle class. I only met him because my parents were invited to a party through their work, and I saw him do some things there, and got told some rumors, though I never spoke to him directly."

"But you got a decently high-score on the reading scale on Koenji..." Sato replied.

"I think that's just because Koenji always speaks his true thoughts, he's the type of person to be sitting on a priority seat, but reject giving it to an old woman when asked—I don't actually know him very well." Matsushita replied.

"That... actually happened." Kushida added.

"See." Matsushita said.

"Fu~. Ok." Koenji-kun said.

Next is Ike, like I said earlier, he was the other boy that has been acting like a perverted monkey. Luckily he's doesn't appear to be as far gone as Yamauchi is, but his introduction, looks, and intelligence are all below average. Though his looks don't really matter, I guess.

Koenji-kun moved his feet on top of his desk, before starting his self-introduction.

"My name is Koenji Rokusuke. Being the only heir of the Koenji conglomerate, I am a man who will be responsible for Japanese society in the near future. Pleased to meet you, ladies."

"I know he was weird, but was that seriously his introduction?" Asahina asked

"He only introduced himself to the girls in class." Tachibana said.

"So he's basically the male version of Kiryuuin, except he was placed into the right class." Kiriyama said.

*Sigh* Of course he directs his introduction purely to the girls in class, I don't know why I expected anything else.

"From now on, I will relentlessly punish anything that makes me feel uncomfortable. Be careful in that respect."

And finally, from what I've determined so far to be the biggest anomalies we have in class, Koenji, his introduction, that I've been only partly listening to, speaks for itself.

"Eh... Koenji-kun. What do you mean by 'anything that makes me uncomfortable'?"

And while I don't doubt his abilities, someone like him, who should be rejected by 10 out of 10 interviewers, passed the interview? This school is literally insane.

"Ok yeah, this right here may be the biggest mystery in this school. You could argue that Ike, Yamauchi, and Sudo, all tried acting on their best behaviors during their interviews, but Koenji would never do that. He'd totally act like himself during the interview and should of been rightfully rejected." Sato said.

"Well, Koenji being accepted makes sense as his abilities in a way could make up for his poor attitude and behavioral issues, if we we're ever able to convince him to help us at least."

"I know that he was accepted because of his abilities, but still, how do you think his interview went exactly, I really doubt his abilities would make up for how terribly he acts." Sato replied.

"That could be true... He's supposedly going to be the heir of Koenji conglomerate, so it's not impossible for him to act as the staff wanted him to act, he'd have to do so anyway in the future, It just doesn't feel like something he would ever do." Matsushita replied back.

"I guess that makes sense, if in the future, he acts like he normally does in school while making business deals there's no way It'd go well for his company. We don't know him very well, so It's not that unlikely now that I think about it." Sato added.

"Exactly as I said. But if I were to give an example───I hate unattractive things. If I saw something ugly, like Yamauchi-boy over there, I would do as I said." He spoke confidently, pointing at Yamauchi-kun as he described something unattractive.

"Hah?! The hell's supposed to mean?!" Yamauchi-kun yelled, going ignored by everyone.

"Haha, he really called him ugly straight out of nowhere." Miyake said laughing.

"Yeah, and he even made sure to point him out too, Koenji's normally annoying but that was pretty funny." Haruka added, also giggling.

I'm thankful that's all he did during his introduction, repeating what he did back 'then' would be insane. He doesn't seem very interested in any of his classmates, so I get why he'd do his intro so lazily.

I wonder why he applied here though, his parents forced him in, maybe?

"O-oh, um... thank you. I will make sure to be careful."

"Um... the next person───please introduce yourself." Hirata-kun asked to the boy who had been sitting in the back corner seat in class.

"Eh?" (Accuracy 7%)

I guess he also stopped paying attention during to the introductions.

"Oh it's you again Kiyopon. I'm kind of excited to see this."

"M-me too." Sakura said.

"It's best you didn't get your hopes up too much, I didn't exactly do very well." I replied.

"I'm sure it's not that bad, haha." Miyake added.

"Wait the reading accuracy meter is only at 7%? That's super low, like you got nothing right about his personality." Sato said.

"Yeah, I always thought he was a shy silent boy but it seems I was wrong about that. Do you care to explain exactly what I was wrong about Ayanokouji-kun?" Matsushita asked me.

"Well, I can't be sure exactly what you thought about me back then, so I'll refrain from saying anything for now." I replied.

He pushed his chair back to stand up, but it got stuck on the floor, and he awkwardly pushed it harder, causing it to start making skidding noises.

Oh poor guy, he hasn't even started yet he's already messing it up.

"Well ... Um, my name is Ayanokouji Kiyotaka. The, er... there's nothing particular about me, I will do my best to get along with everyone, uh, nice to meet you."

*Clap* *Clap *Clap* "Woo! Senpai! That was so cool! Very ordinary and awkward!" Ichika shouted, jumping up and down obnoxiously, and waving her arms around like a cheerleader.

I could see both Haruka and Miyake struggling to hold back their laughter while turned away from me to hide their faces.

"I-I think it was a pretty g-good introduction Ayanokouji-kun, it was much b-better than mine would have been if I didn't leave." Sakura said and I replied with a nod.

"Yeah, If I'm being honest it pretty bad." Keisei added.

"The fuck was that garbage?" Ryuen said, clearly disappointed. "That was seriously utter dog shit, one of the most pathetic introductions I've ever heard."

"That was pretty harsh Ryuen-kun, not everyone needs an introduction that makes them stand out, a simply introduction like that works good too!" Ichinose replied back.

Most of the theatre had chosen to remain silent after watching my awkward introduction.

The classroom was dead silent.

PffffftWait no! I can't laugh.

I quickly slid my hand over my mouth, blocking any noise from coming out, but he had seemed to have already seen my accidental smile.

Did he see? He's totally looking at me, I might smiled without knowing.

*giggle* Oh no...

Sorry, I'm so sorry Ayanokouji-kun, but you can't blame me, your introduction was so terrible I couldn't stop myself from laughing at it.

"Ahaha... Sorry Ayanokouji-kun. I tried my hardest but couldn't stop my self from laughing." Matsushita once again half-heartedly apologized in person this time, still giggling.

"Don't worry about, my introduction was pretty bad after all." I repied.

"Huh? I thought you're introduction was perfect though Ayanokouji-senpai~!" Ichika shouted.

"Y-yea, it really wasn't that bad Ayanokouji-kun, no need to feel down about it." Ichinose added.

"Thanks... I guess?" I replied back.

I feel so bad though, no one else laughed, they just clapped awkwardly for his awkward introduction. I'll try and make it up to you in the future Ayanokouji-kun, for the social confidence I may of accidentally taken from you today, no promises. (Accuracy 6%)

And too make his introduction worse he's just standing there silently, his face is still the same. If it were me, I would hide my face in shame and embarassment, but he's staring back at us for some reason. (Accuracy 5%)

"Nice to met you Ayanokouji-kun. I also want to get alone with everyone, so let's do our best." Hirata-kun said, to the currently frozen Ayanokouji-kun. (Accuracy 4%)

Well, I commend you for your poker-face Ayanokouji-kun, not many people could have done what you did today, even if it was just because you froze, it was mad impressive.

Actually, now that I'm getting a good look at it he's one of the prettier boys in class, I'd rate his face higher than Hirata-kun's. Not being a pervert would give him some added points, but it's too early to tell that yet, and his personality seems a little dull.

"Oh? What's this about Ayanokouji-kun being prettier than Hirata-kun, Matsushita~?" Onodera asked Matsushita with teasing smirk.

"W-What? I'm just saying he's got a nice face, that's it! H-he was rated like 5th place on the hot guy tier list, It's an objective opinion." Matsushita replied

"Then why you are you stuttering so much?" Onodera continued.

"Well... It' just you're being so loud..." Matsushita retorted, her face slightly red.

"So you do think he's cute too, huh." Sato added.

"There's no way he's prettier than Hirata-kun, his face is too gloomy, and he can't even talk to people." Shinohara added, annoyingly cutting into the conversation.

From my small interactions with Matsushita I didn't notice anything suspicious that would implicate she had feelings for me, so I don't see why she would be so nervous, unless something else is coming up.

If he hadn't totally flopped his introduction he might of been fun to mess around with.

"OOH?! What's this~? I thought you were saying you didn't have any feelings for him Matsushita-san? If that was true, what did you mean exactly by this?"

"I-I didn't mean it like that! I just... I don't know... It was just an intrusive thought alright! I don't have any feelings for him!" Matsushita yelled back, her face much more red than before.

"If that's really true, then why are you blushing so much for someone who isn't interested Matsushita-san~?" Onodera continued teasing her.

"Damn it, you can't expect me not be to be embarrassed when my thoughts are being shown to the whole school, showing how I thought some boy was cute, and thought if he wasn't so quiet, he might be a little fun to hang out with!" Matsushita continued shouting back, getting more and more embarrassed with each word coming out of her mouth.

"Sure, sure~" Onodera replied, intending to stop her teasing.

"But, Matsushita-senpai~, you thought he would be fun to mess around with, not hang out with him~! If you weren't intending on doing anything serious with him... and you thought he was the cutest in your class—were you perhaps planning to become... another one of his friends with benefits?" Ichika questioned with a mischievous glint in her eyes.

"Wha?! No! I n-never thought that! W-what kind of person do you think I am!"

"Eh? But you were totally thinking of messing around with him, what else could you mean by that?"

"I-I already said I don't know okay! It was just an intrusive thought!" She replied.

That kind of makes it sound like I'd go out with boys, just to mess around with them, but what I meant was... Never mind, it's not I need to justify myself in my mind anyway.

"See! I told you it was never anything serious!" Matsushita once again shouted.

"Right..." Onodera replied having lost interest.

"Oh come on!"

Ch 2 End

double the length of my last longest chapter ah chapter (14k words)

In case you can't tell, I like ichika, so expect a lot of her.

Suggest any special effects here (Currently have 15 total, which some are just slight changes)

Suggest any future reaction text here (If you include where in the LN it happens I'm more likely to add it in)

Suggest any original content idea text here (I'm adding original content for the reaction part as the regular introduction has been done a million times so I wanna do something different. also again, there isn't any order to the reaction content shown, so u can keep )

Should I put less text in-between the reaction? I put a ton of random shit, so it took a while for this chapter to come out, mainly cuz I didn't know what to write a lot, the actual reaction text is much harder than the Original POV text.

That's also why the later half is once again, subpar compared to the start, cuz I was lost on what to write and don't really care enough to make it perfect, so i just published it with the end being pretty mid.

There was supposed to be a bunch of other notes down here but i forgot most of it already so just ask any questions if u have any. probably should of wrote them down earlier lol.
