10 years ago. Random portals around the world has suddenly appeared with no clue of purpose. The professionals calls it a gate. A gate to where?

Not until a few weeks later after that Interview, a gate has open in Tioman Island, Malaysia. Unidentified entities starts scaterring everywhere the seconds they got out of the gate. The scene turns into a massacre within an hour.
These entities fed on human flesh and blood. They never get full, these things are always starving, that's why they hunt people non-stop.
Malaysia's Defense Rangers tried to kill and stop the entities with guns and bullets, however, that didn't do anything. Bullets could penetrate their hardened body but it isn't enough to harm them completely.
Acording to Khadīgah Abdullah, a 34 year old male scientist from Saudi arabia. He figured that these entities are called ghouls. In ancient arabic folklore, ghouls (ghūls) belonged to a diabolical class of jinn (spirits) and were said to be the offspring of lblīss, the prince of darkness.
The difference is these creatures dont appear like a spirit. They have heartbeat, temperature, a body of monsterious being. The bigger problem is that some of them also has their own abilities which added the difficulty to stop them.
Abdullah also figured that there's Two types of portals. The violet one is a "Gate," he reviewed the footage of gates opening in mentioned countries and observed that they only come out in violet portals.
Red portals are called "Dungeons," Two of these has already appeared in United State and Philippines and they are already opened. However, no ghouls came out because it is blocked by some kind of barrier from inside.
In general, "Gate" is where ghouls enters the human realm. Ghouls can pass, humans can't. "Dungeon" is where human enters the Ghouls realm, ghouls can't pass, human can.
Once the gate released the horde of ghoul. It will disappear.
They can be killed. We just don't know how.
After hearing this news, people starts to worry for their safety. Many citizen were force to evacuate from their home if they are located near a gate. Eventually, a few of them had start opening. In China, Peru, Mongolia, and India. People believed its the end of the world, we could do nothing but pray and give up.
Not until hope has arise. A Hybrid was made, Half human, half ghoul. Base on the interview, Reigan De Lima, a 28 Filipino worker has encountered a ghoul with ability. He figured that ghouls with ability has brains, they can communicate with humans.

Now, the spirit of the ghoul are now living inside the guy's body. They become one. Reigan can use the ability of the ghoul, and with this. He can kill a ghoul. The negative effect is that Reigan has lost interest with regular food, now that he's a hybrid. He now also crave human flesh.
Many years go by, a lot of people become hybrid and fight the ghouls to protect the humanity.
