Chapter 12 - Chapter 12 – Direct Training

Peter walked closer to her and suddenly touched her hips and waist, adjusting her posture slightly while muttering to himself. He was thinking how to adjust her movement properly without wasting energy.

"Look here." He held her hands and made her bend her elbow a bit before letting her go. "You need to make your elbows firm and strong when you dodge."

Continuing, he went to her thighs and made her bend her knees a bit. "You need to bend your knees and be flexible enough to dodge incoming attacks in different ways. Don't lock your knees and don't let it too straight."

"W-Wait, coach."

"Don't worry, Tanya. This is part of my training."

He patted her thigh while looking at her reassuringly before moving his hand to her chest, making her blush.

He knew that Tanya would get shy if he touched her there, so he just gently pressed it with his palm.

"Breathe in and out slowly. Your chest needs to be firm so you can defend yourself better."

The blonde girl turned red and didn't dare to move for a moment. She panted as she got a little bit aroused from his large hands touching and exploring her body.

The smell of sweat was thick in the air, making her more aroused than usual. She almost asked him to touch her more, but she regained her composure and decided to continue the training instead.

'What am I thinking?' She scolded herself mentally as she tried to focus on the training. 'What kind of woman would ask for more if her coach is just helping her with training?'

But she couldn't hide the blush on her cheeks as she let Peter adjust her posture and movements so she could improve them more.

"Try it now." Peter let her go and went back to his spot while crossing his arms, "Remember, your posture should be firm and strong. If you need to dodge, do it in one smooth motion without stopping your movement."

Nodding, Tanya repeated his explanation in her head over and over again. She remembered how his hands guided her body and helped her to get into position. His touch was gentle and warm, making her heart beat faster than usual.

Shaking her head, she focused on the training once again and did the 'Waiting Game' move. Surprisingly, she managed to do it easily this time. Her movements were faster and more fluid, making her look like a different person altogether.

She immediately turned to Peter, a smile formed on her face as she waited for his feedback.

"I did it, coach!"

Peter nodded approvingly at her improvement. "Good job, Tanya. Let's continue our training. You're improving fast."

"Yes, coach!"

His praise made her happy and motivated her to continue their training session. The next hour was spent on practicing some close-quarter combat.

In the middle of it, Tanya requested for a direct training with his Trainer Hands skill activated. She wanted him to guide her while touching her body directly instead of using a mat as usual.

Upon hearing her request, he looked at her with a raised eyebrow before chuckling to himself. Her progress indeed became faster when he directly guided her, so he didn't hesitate to do it with her.

Peter stood behind Tanya and held her hands with his while showing her how to do a proper jab and hook. She didn't resist his touch or even seem bothered by it. Rather, she seemed to enjoy it as she always leaned into his hands while he guided her through the training.

"Coach... Can you show me how to breathe properly?" She asked him again while panting slightly in between her words, "Press my chest to imitate it. I want to know the correct way to do it."

"Sure." Peter smiled as he stepped forward and pressed his chest against her back. He wrapped his arms around her stomach and applied some pressure there as he took a deep breath with her. "Do it like this. This way, your Mana circulation will get smoother."

"Thank you... That's helpful."

The blonde girl blushed slightly as she leaned against him, enjoying his touch as if she wanted him to embrace her more tightly. Peter could feel her breaths become more ragged as she moved her body against him. She didn't apply the technique he taught and instead enjoyed his company.

At that moment, he heard the door open with a screech and a voice of a girl.

"What the- Tanya!"

The voice made Tanya flinch and turned her head toward the door after separating herself from Peter. A girl with bright orange hair was standing there with an angry expression on her face while looking at Tanya in disbelief.

"What the fuck did... Who are you?" Her attention divided as she looked at Peter with a slightly surprised expression on her face before turning back to Tanya who was now blushing furiously as if caught doing something bad.

"Ah! I am Peter Huston, a new trainer here." Peter smiled as he greeted the orange-haired girl who was looking at him suspiciously. "And you are?"

"I am Alice Duvals." She answered while narrowing her eyes, "You're a new trainer? Are you sure you're not a gigolo? Your face and action just now didn't match with your position as a trainer."

Her words made Tanya turn redder than before and started to panic while waving her hands in front of Alice as if trying to calm her down.

"No, Alice. He helped me get out of my slump and break through my bottleneck. He's a real trainer." She explained with a flustered face.

"Helping you break through the bottleneck?" Alice raised an eyebrow in suspicion as she looked at Peter up and down. "By touching your body? Hah! Sounds like bullshit to me."

Her accusation made Tanya's expression change. A frown appeared on the blonde's face as she muttered something. A chant of light magic.

Suddenly, she glowed in a blinding light that made Peter and Alice cover their eyes instinctively. When they opened their eyes again, Tanya was standing before them with a stern expression on her face and a light sword in her hand.

"See this." She raised the sword in front of Alice who was surprised by her sudden change in attitude. "This is the new skill I learned after he helped me. I managed to do this just today! Because he helped me! Don't say bad things about him, Alice!"
