"What are you doing here?" They both said at the same time, clearly out of breath but he replied first.
"Well, I can't fail my missions." He shrugged his shoulders, dropping his cup of noodles on the table.
Sirena nodded in understanding.
"Oh, right. So, you had to rush down to the outskirts of the city. Must be stressful. You look a bit–" She tried to explain and he understood. At least he knew what he looked like. He looked messed up, like he just came back from a tough war.
"Disoriented? Well, this one was a hassle. She refused to let me paralyze her so I had to pin her down. I still don't understand how she woke up." He complained bitterly while looking away absentmindedly like he was thinking about how it happened.
"Right. Must be an interesting job. Sleeping with women everyday."
"Well, a mission is a mission." He shrugged it off like it was nothing. His face didn't portray hate or love for his job, just pure stoic.
