Adventure is a major part of the lives of adventurers in Orario, especially in the early stages, where a lot of adventuring experience is required to improve skills. However, once they reach the advanced stage, adventurers need big achievements to continue leveling up, so their frequency of slaying monsters will decrease.
Altair was currently in the early stage, so he needed to exterminate a lot of monsters.
While relaxing at home with Hestia was fun and tempting, unfortunately, he wasn't strong enough yet. Therefore, he needed to continue exterminating monsters to level up quickly.
After resting for a day and spending time with Hestia, Altair prepared to return to the dungeon.
At his feet, there were two high-frequency vibrating knives, two Lightsabers as well as two Desert Eagle at his waist, with a series of magic grenades on his shoulders and rockets on his back. The rockets and other ammunition were stored in a backpack on his back.
In the church hall, Altair was heavily armed, but Hestia didn't care at all, instead hugging Altair's neck tightly, her body hanging on Altair so that he had to hug Hestia to keep her from falling.
"Altair-kun, come back safely as soon as possible!"
"Take it easy, my dear wife, I'll be home before dinner."
During his several trips to the dungeon, Altair always left and returned on the same day, never spending the night in the dungeon. To him, sleeping in the dark dungeon was nothing compared to going home and hugging his soft and fragrant wife at home.
After stroking Hestia's black hair, Altair asked her to come down, and Hestia obediently released his embrace and descended to the floor.
As soon as Hestia stepped on the ground, Altair knelt and held Hestia's soft face with both hands, pressing his forehead against Hestia's, while the tip of their noses were also touching. With such a close distance, Hestia's eyes could only see Altair's face.
"Wait for me to come back."
"Yes, Altair-kun. I will wait for you at home!"
After rubbing the tip of Hestia's nose, Altair left the church with all his equipment, while Hestia looked at his departure expectantly.
Altair took a small path from the abandoned church and joined the stream of other adventurers on the main street. Although his appearance was a bit conspicuous, people's attention was short-lived. In the end, Altair was just one of many adventurers, so they quickly returned to focusing on their own business.
After all, this was not the first time Altair had appeared with such weapons. Ever since he first entered the dungeon, he had been carrying these weapons. Although now all the weapons had been modified with magic, their external appearance had hardly changed. The only thing different was the addition of two Lightsabers.
Some adventurers who had seen Altair before did not pay much attention, but those who had witnessed Altair fight would be amazed. They still remembered his unique way of fighting which was to stand still in place and destroy all the monsters around him. Their minds instantly recalled him as a powerful mysterious man.
Altair continued his journey until he reached the entrance of the dungeon under Babel.
This time, Altair didn't enter directly but stopped at the entrance.
The 18th floor was a safe zone where there was an adventurer's headquarters, while the previous 17 floors were the territory of level 1 and 2 adventurers. Some level 3 or even level 5 adventurers also often descended to these floors to simply show off their strength.
Altair was currently at level 1, but his stats were already strong enough to advance to level 2. However, he wanted to make sure all his stats were perfect before leveling up. As someone with a slight obsession, he wanted to make sure his attributes reached his ideal standard.
For that, he needed a lot of magic stones dropped by the monsters in the dungeon. However, Altair was worried that he would not be able to carry them all by himself. Therefore, he needed a supporter.
Supporters were one of the professions in the dungeon. They were in charge of helping adventurers, such as carrying equipment, supplies, and collecting magic stones.
Altair needed such a supporter.
"Adventurer, need a supporter?"
Having just arrived at the gathering place of the supporters, Altair was already greeted by one of them.
"I need a supporter."
"Adventurer, please choose me. I can do it."
The supporter before Altair was a person of the Pallum race. Although their bodies were small, their strength in carrying goods exceeded that of ordinary humans.
"Alright, you will accompany me into the dungeon."
After choosing without hesitation, Altair and the supporter immediately rushed into the dungeon. Altair carried his backpack in front, while the supporter carried a large bag behind her.
Once inside the dungeon, Altair immediately raised his AK-47, opened the safety, and prepared to clear the monsters blocking the way. The small supporter behind him couldn't help but be curious, looking at the strange weapon in Altair's hand with wide eyes.
"Fine, we'll work together in the dungeon. Introduce, my name is Altair."
Since they would be working together for several hours, Altair decided to introduce himself.
"Your name?"
"Adventurer, my name is Lili."
"Hm?"
Altair was surprised and turned to the small supporter behind him.
Lili? That name, could it be the famous Lili?
