Naruto wasn't fazed. He quickly formed seals, activating Windstorm Emblem to amplify his wind-based techniques, and in a blink, he hurled a Phantom Mirage Shuriken toward the mercenary. The shuriken split the air with an eerie hum, creating multiple illusory copies of itself as they homed in on the target.
The mercenary dodged the first few, but one hit him in the shoulder, and the others overwhelmed him with illusions, making it impossible for him to track the real Naruto. The rogue ninja's vision blurred as he struggled to comprehend what was happening.
Taking advantage of the opening, Naruto activated Dynamic Entry, his body hurtling forward with immense force. With a powerful kick, he sent the mercenary crashing into the ground, the air knocked from his lungs.
Naruto: "That's enough."

The mercenary, now unsure of his own purpose and deeply confused, turned and fled, disappearing into the night.
Naruto turned to Hinata, who had been watching the entire battle with wide eyes. Her tear-streaked face held a mixture of awe and uncertainty. Naruto, noticing her quiet gaze, smiled warmly.
Naruto: "You're safe now."
Hinata didn't speak at first, her mind racing with thoughts. After a few moments of silence, she stood up from the boulder, her body still trembling from the cold and the intensity of the moment.
Hinata: "Th-thank you… Who are you?"
Naruto scratched the back of his head, looking a little sheepish.
Naruto: "I'm Naruto Uzumaki. You're… Hinata Hyuga, right?"
Hinata's eyes widened. "H-how did you know?"
Naruto gave a casual shrug, pretending to be clueless but subtly glancing at her clan insignia.
Naruto: "I guessed. So, uh… are you alright now? The snow is beautiful tonight, don't you think?"
Hinata hesitated, but then a soft smile appeared on her face as she nodded.
Hinata: "Yes, it's very peaceful…"
Naruto, sensing a shift in the air, knew it was time to leave.
Naruto: "I have to go now. Take care, okay?"
With that, he began to walk away, but not before turning back and throwing a casual wave toward her.
Naruto: "Maybe we'll meet again, Hinata."
Hinata watched him leave, her thoughts still whirling. She had been saved, and by someone who seemed so kind, yet mysterious. She hadn't seen him before, but something about him felt familiar.
