Lin Feng awakens in a lush forest, realizing he's in a new body. Confused, he inspects himself and discovers a strange mark on his hand that glows intermittently. As he tries to gather his thoughts, a talking cat named Yao appears, yawning lazily.
"Congrats, you're in a cultivation world now, and I'm your guide," Yao says, flicking its tail. Lin Feng struggles to comprehend what's happening, but excitement brews within him. He attempts to channel energy, only to trip over a root and faceplant into the ground.
