From what intel he gained from getting the map of this village, the map is free in the library. The country is around 200 km2 and housing around 1 million people. This is not that dense, but still habitable, having 700 people per square kilometre, this is only his analysis, not an official document as there is none. From what he knows this village can consider itself a country but would they want war with others if they break away from the country that it's under?
This village is divided into 12 sections, 3/12 of which are share amount to each powerful clan, which was during the creation of the village or even country. They are known as the strongest clan or the founder of the village. They are mostly housing for the respective clans. The section he belongs to on the right is a commercial area and is quite big.
The layout has a road straight until the end of the village, and each road is connected, to avoid creating a traffic jam, they invented the traffic light that is controlled by mechanical gear that is set at a specific time. A road can also never be close on alter to allow the people to pass through.
The building is not that tall, only around 2 stories high. This can be because they don't want to block the sunlight as it is already quite dense.
'Money, I need money' he needed those and he got a job on what to do, even though it was unethical.
