Elysium Citadel, First Cosmos
___________________________________________________________________________
I continued to observe the First Cosmos, the aspirants that are like stars all over the First Firmament continued with their role of creation however, in these aspirants there were some other multi-coloured beings.
These beings believed that life should experience growth change mortality and even death, so galaxies should die, planets should die, stars should die so too sentient life and even the first universe should die and eventually be reborn into something else.
Because of their different ideologies they effectively split from off from the aspirants and started creating life and things of their own design without seeking the first firmaments approval, they also changed their physical instead of being monochrome which is black and white in this instance they made themselves multi-coloured and started to calling themselves Celestials.
In their game of playing gods, they created countless forms of life and let them evolve, reveling in the beauty of creation. Yet, they craved balance—destruction to counter life, death to match creation. So, from the primordial void, they drew forth the living abyss, a sentient eldritch substance, and used it to forge the Exterminators.
The Exterminators are entities of pure darkness, able to consume and absorb energy, even that of powerful Celestials and interdimensional portals. With each energy source they devour, they grow larger and more powerful, evolving with every life they extinguish.
While they were creating all these things in the Universe without seeking the approval of First Firmament, they were considered heretics by First Firmament and branded them traitors which led to a war.
A rainbow of rebel angels with rebellious, unsanctioned desires, the Celestials. Those who wished to crush them the Aspirants--the great tyrants of the status quo. The Celestial rebellion to bring forth change for even the universe to die and reborn again against the First Firmament and its loyal Aspirants.
Change versus stagnation, evolution versus stasis, this war is The Celestial war.
However, this wasn't the Celestials' only concern—they now had to contend with the Exterminators themselves. The inevitable had happened: the Exterminators had absorbed several Celestials and, in doing so, gained physical forms of their own.
The Celestials created Cal-Horra learning from their previous they made him so that he is unable to hurt them. They imbued him with most of their powers and a mysterious being is helping them in the process to power Cal-Horra, with their power Cal-Horra become Near-Omnipotent.
Cal-Horra's creation was a momentous event, as his form emerged from the blending of cosmic energies, swirling nebulae, and the very essence of change. His presence was both awe-inspiring and terrifying.
Cal-Horra helped the celestials change the direction of the war however the almost omnipotent First Firmament wasn't going to lose he restrained Cal-Horra.
The war came to a stalemate, both the Aspirants and Celestials were desperately searching for an opportunity to win.
Seeing an opportunity, I decided to descend into the First Cosmos while both sides were locked in battle. Rising from my throne, I said to Zenith and Elys, "I will be back soon."
"We'll go with you," they both replied in unison.
"No, it's too dangerous. You can't leave the Origin. If we're killed—or worse, captured—they'll gain access to the Origin and destroy everything we've built here," I warned Elys.
"I'm shielded from their cosmic awareness and won't be detected by them, plus I can be reborn with the sin," I added.
"I can also be reborn,. Zenith interjected. "That's why I need you both here. If anything happens to me, it's your responsibility to help me come back."
Elys and Zenith understood my reasoning but were still concerned. "Don't worry; I won't fight the First Firmament or Cal-Horra," I reassured them, which eased their worries. They knew how powerful those beings were, possessing near-omnipotent abilities.
"Okay, but you must promise not to engage them and to take us with you next time," Zenith insisted, with Elys nodding in agreement.
"I promise, and I will bring you both to the next cosmos," I vowed before immediately descending into the First Cosmos.
…
First Cosmos
After descending into the First Cosmos as an energy body, I immediately floated toward the universe's core, where the first Earth should be. But something was off with the earth—my Dimensional Sight was blocked. It was like trying to peer through fog, and I couldn't see Earth clearly.
As I drifted closer, a sharp instinct for danger ignited within me. I halted, hovering above the unseen Earth, and cast my awareness outward. 'There's… something here.' I realized, struck by the heavy, venomous aura permeating the cosmos. My senses locked onto the source: a horrifying entity radiating pure hatred, its presence infecting the cosmos like a toxin. Every instinct screamed at me to avoid it. 'Better not engage, not without understanding what I'm dealing with.'
I turned, opting to investigate the Exterminators instead. I drifted toward their planet, hoping to spot a group of them. Before long, I found a small party of Exterminators floating towards somewhere, likely in search of life and energy. 'There they are,' I noted, and then paused. 'I've got to approach carefully. If they detect my presence and manage to absorb me… that would be game over.'
Deciding to strike first, I called forth my Sin Essence, surrounding them in its poisonous, green haze. The Exterminators halted, confused. I could sense their frustration, their arrogant confidence quickly turning to alarm as they tried—and failed—to absorb my essence. 'You thought you could devour anything, didn't you?' I mused, watching as their forms struggled, corroded, and finally collapsed into lifeless black goo that they originally were.
I collected the remnants into my inventory, a wave of satisfaction washing over me. Without hesitation, I returned back to origin.
