" Boys and girls of every age won't you like to see something strange? Come with us and you will see this our town of halloween. This is halloween, this is halloween, pumpkin screaming dead of night...." The song is being played in every corner of New York because Dragon Entertainment released the movie " The nightmare before Christmas" by Henry Selick a day before halloween.
I mean the irony that a universe which exists because Disney created the script for it doesn't have Disney itself but has the people necessary to create the movies and shows all you need is just knowledge of Disney lore which can be purchased at the store.
I was checking the production progress of various movies and TV shows of Dragon Entertainment and at that moment I saw Haley dressed up as a princess preparing to go out trick or treating. I went to her and asked," Going trick or treating sweetie?" " Yes, daddy. Wish me luck and pray that I don't get any apples." Replied Haley.
" If you do end up getting a few apples bring them for me." I said. " While I believe that I will not get any apples but if I do I will bring them back for you daddy because I love you." Replied Haley.
Isle of Draco:
Councillor Kulde, Councilor Andam and Councillor Chang are currently on break and they are reviewing the results of their surprise inspection. " It appears that only the American dragon's evaluation is the only one left." Said Kulde.
" I believe Lao Shi's student is doing something stupid as we speak." Said Chang. " Now, now no need to be so harsh on the American dragon after all he is not too bad compared to some other dragons out there." Said Andam.
" Hey, at least he isn't like the Swiss dragon who literally sleeps on a pile of gold and eats US dollars." Said Kulde and all three of them shivered due to remembering the money they were given to eat and of course they took away his dragon power which he in all honesty wasn't using for anything. " Well, enough talk about unpleasant things let's go to New York." Said Andam.
Canal Street Electronics, New York:
Jake was testing his mastery over the fire ring on Spud and Gramps was preparing to accompany Haley going trick or treating. Lao Shi said," Young dragon why aren't you training?"
" Yo, G this is halloween and I'm just having fun." Gramps wanted to say something but at that moment Jonathan entered holding Halloween decorations along with the 3 flesh and blood employees who work alongside the 4 robotic employees. Jonathan said," Ah, Jakearoo it's good that you're here. Listen son, they are preparing the shop for an employee party but due to the lack of people I have decided that you can invite your friends to the employee appreciation Halloween party and the biological employees don't actually have any family around here so try to give them a good time. Now chop chop and the invited people can't exceed 100 people. Love the dragon costume son."
Jonathan goes out of the shop and finally Jake realises that he was still in his dragon form. Jake said," Thank god for halloween. Spud and Trix set up a kickass sound system. I'm going to invite my classmates and my special friends." Jake gave a wink. A indication his two best friends and one dog friend understood perfectly. The party starts and what ensues can be described as insane amount of property damage.
A dirty alley in New York:
Three winged beasts descend from the skies and transform into a white old man, a black man and an ugly Chinese woman with diminished stature. They started discussing profound bullshit and a creep wearing a purple dress and mask with a dragon skull and a black fur cape and a glowing death stick was drooling inside his mask thinking about various dragon meat dishes thinking that it would increase his lifespan. ( Here I thought Chinese traditional medicine was extreme.)
The huntsmaster like the creep he is calls his brainwashed henchmen and a poor girl clad in a stupid purple ninja uniform waiting for a bunch of overgrown lizards beside a dumpster. Truly a halloween to be remembered.
Canal Street Electronics:
The councillors made way towards Lao Shi's shop. " Ah, the traditional Christian holiday known as Halloween. Where they dress up as things considered unholy by their religion. So, fascinating." Said Andam. " Enough, admiring the pointless holidays of these mortals. I want to be done with the evaluation of the American dragon and end my night." Said Chang grumpily.
They finally reached the front of Canal Street Electronics and they saw humans and magical creatures partying in full volume. Kulde said," Perhaps sound sensitivity training?" " Oh, I can see that irresponsible dragon creating a mess of his grandfather's shop." Said Chang in a sarcastic voice.
Inside the shop goblins were feasting on electronic parts, harpies were flying wantonly among mortals, mortals were flirting with elves. In other words it was pure unfiltered chaos and at the centre of all that chaos was a long red Chinese dragon with western dragon style wings and his name is Jacob Luke Long. Jake saw them, came to them and said," Hey, councillors what's up?"
" Not only are you not training but you are participating in active tomfoolery which shows extreme neglect to your duties. I had such high hopes for you American dragon." Said Andam. " But councillors this party is my dad's annual employee appreciation party where due to the lack of people dad told me to invite some friends and enjoy the night, yo. Also, I'm technically a employee here." Replied Jake.
" Sorry American Dragon but according to the rules you will be suspended indefinitely from the dragon council." The three of them put their hands together and sucked the dragon powers from Jake's very soul turning him into a normal person. Everyone is flabbergasted and the dragon council simply leaves.
Jake dejectedly goes out to get some fresh air. " I told you all that he is not worthy of being the American dragon." Said Chang as they made way towards the same alley they landed on and they felt something eerie. All three of them transformed into dragons but suddenly a net infused with sphinx hair fell upon them de powering them. " Let us go huntsclan." Snarled Chang.
" Let you all go? But I wanted to spend some time with you and get to know you all better." Said the Huntsmaster. " You'll not get away with this. The entire Order of the Dragon will come after you." Said Kulde. The huntsmaster replied," I'm expecting them. After all it's incredibly hard to lure out dragons nowadays. Ha ha hahahaha eh hahahaha." He let out a typical evil laugh.
Jake Pov:
Jake is aimlessly walking at the streets of New York thinking why it's so wrong to be a teenager but his thoughts are interrupted by the harsh noise of a turbofan engine and he saw the three councillors caught in a net being loaded in a huntsclan VTOL aircraft. I mean how the heck do these guys pay for these sci fi stuff?( Abducting genius minds for researching their technologies, looting, money laundering, ransom, illegal trades of magical ingredients with evil wizards and witches, mining minerals at African mines, scam call centres, illicit material trade, human and magical animal trafficking, selling fake dragon bone powder as aphrodisiac, providing Private military service as a Private military corporation, illegal hunting of elephants, pangolins and rhinos, deforesting the Amazon etc. For an organisation that claims to protect humanity from magical creatures they do more bad to humanity than good. Also, the ones with the dragon birthmark were meant to keep the magical world in check not utterly exterminate them and cause an ecological catastrophe.)
Jake tried to activate his dragon powers but he didn't have them. He saw 2 harpies who were guests at his party and he asked them for help and help they did. They reached the cemetery where the huntsmaster had tied them up to three dead trees. Jake thought how to save the councillors and then he had an idea.
Canal Street Electronics:
Fu dog gave a speech emphasising how Jake helped all of them and it was their turn to help Jake by repairing the things they broke. Honestly all products of Long Technologies always stayed in retractable titanium showcases which resulted in only Lao Shi's junk being destroyed and fairies, goblins and elves were using their magic or teamwork to clean up and fix the mess.
At that moment Jake burst in and said," Where's the party y'all?" " Uh, kid we're cleaning up? What's wrong?" Asked Fu. " The dragon council has been kidnapped by the huntsclan and the only way to save them is by throwing a party." Replied Jake. " Tell us kid what we need to do." Jake explained his plan to all the one's who were on present.
Canal Street Graveyard:
" All three of you should be honoured for today the huntsgirl perform the ancient huntsclan slaying rite by slaying her first dragon and be promoted from squire to full huntsclan. While two of you will be the witness of this historic moment one of you will have the honour of being the first to be killed by her." Declared the huntsmaster. " Are you ready huntsgirl?" Asked the huntsmaster.
" I was born ready huntsmaster." Replied Rose. " Choose the one you wish to slay huntsgirl." Said Huntsmaster while handing over the ceremonial axe to Rose. Rose like the original timeline chose Chang but this time she felt something bad from Chang and genuinely wanted to kill her.
At that moment a literal sonic boom happened which knocked off all the huntsclan present and unfortunately the Rose hit her head on a tombstone knocking her out. After a party bash beatdown the huntsmaster was finally able to sever the connection to the sound system but the councillors were already free and attacked the huntsclan with their breaths.
But unlike the original timeline Rose was not dragged away by a member of the huntsclan but she was abandoned. Chang came in front of her and said," Looks like it's me who will get a pelt of the huntsclan." Jake yelled," Noooo." But before Chang could create the fireblast in order to hit Rose with a fireball her snout was suddenly bound by thick tree roots. She could hear the words," Wood style : Silent strangle Jutsu." A man clad in old armour with designs indicating very advanced technology while wearing a half Oni mask which covers the lower half of his mouth and has long brown hair fluttering in the wind. He came in front of Rose and simply raised a palm which started glowing green and in a few moments she regained her senses and at that moment Jake came running and hugged Rose and Rose instinctively hugged Jake back.
Sage let go of the bindings of Chang. Chang snarled the word," SAGE." " While killing is forbidden by the order of dragons but why did you save her Mr. Sage?" Asked Kulde. " Because she has a pure heart plus she didn't kill Jake despite knowing his true identity and she still loves Jake very much." Replied Sage.
" Is this true American Dragon?" Asked Andam. " Yes, councillors. During my annual ski trip I discovered her identity as the huntsgirl and after a brief period of battle she let out a high pitched war cry which caused an avalanche resulting in her being swept by the avalanche. I couldn't stop myself and saved her. I revealed my identity to her and told her to do whatever she wanted to do to me. She accepted me and accepted my feelings for her." Replied Jake.
" Well, as touching as a story it is we still need to put her in Ellis island prison." Said Chang. At that moment Sage was standing arms crossed over his chest and he just simply lifted his index finger which released a terrifying aura and cracks started forming on the ground." Kulde yelled," We understand. She will not be put in Ellis island prison or any other form of scrutiny." Sage put down his finger and the aura receded.
Sage finally said," Very well, I shall take my leave." He simply disappeared as if he became one with nature. Everyone breathed a sigh of relief. " Jacob Luke Long though it was your indisciplined behaviour that got you expelled from the order it is the same indiscipline that saved all of our lives. So, we will reinstate you as the American dragon."
Though Chang wanted to protest she didn't have the stamina and she complied and returned Jake's dragon powers. Kulde said," I believe we still have a party going on." Everyone except Chang and Rose starts dancing. Jake suddenly came and took Rose to a secluded part of the cemetery and took out a box. He opened the box and gave Rose a rugged looking watch.

They finally got let go of each other and it was one hell of a party where everyone partied so hard that everyone hand joint ache.
Meanwhile, entirety of New York was filled with trick or treaters dressed as a wise old and short Chinese man.
