Chapter 64 - Rob Lucci

---

Lucci's expression was dark, his eyes narrowed as he assessed the situation. All his allies had been defeated, yet he was a World Government agent, bound to complete his mission—even if he had to face these Uchiha alone.

"Uchiha Akira, do you really intend to defy the World Government?"

Akira's gaze was calm, almost amused. "We've crossed that line already. You always speak of going against the World Government, but have you ever considered what it means to go against us, the Uchiha clan?"

Lucci's eyes narrowed, catching sight of Akira's and Shisui's blood-red eyes. Thinking "So, it's a special clan, I have to inform the world Government of this"

"Don't think having a Logia Devil Fruit user in your team makes you untouchable. I can't handle that one with the Thunder Fruit, but if I bring you down, the leader, my mission is complete."

Without further warning, Lucci transformed, his body shifting into a massive leopard hybrid.

"He also has a Devil Fruit ability?!" Luffy exclaimed, taken aback by the sudden transformation.

With a quick "Shave," Lucci vanished, reappearing in front of Akira in a blur. His strategy was simple: take out the leader, and the rest would fall apart.

"Finger Pistol!" he snarled, driving a finger toward Akira's neck.

In a split second, Akira's index finger met Lucci's.

Bang!

The sheer force from the clash sent shockwaves rippling outward.

Luffy and his crew watched in disbelief as Akira mirrored Lucci's move flawlessly.

"What?!" Lucci's eyes widened.

Then, without missing a beat, they both unleashed Tempest Kick at the same time, sending waves of slashing energy toward each other. The two slashes collided mid-air, shattering nearby walls and spraying debris everywhere.

"This… this can't be happening," Lucci stammered, realizing that his techniques were being used perfectly. "How can you use the Six Styles? Those techniques are the product of grueling training, and you're not even part of the government!"

Akira just smirked. "Where did I learn it? From watching you."

Lucci's face twisted in anger. "Ridiculous! Years of training—impossible to copy at a glance!"

Not wasting a second, Lucci launched into his next technique: Tempest Kick - Leopard Tail, a spiraling slash mimicking a leopard's strike. Almost simultaneously, Akira mirrored the attack, creating another devastating clash.

"No!" Lucci's mind was reeling. His special move—copied and canceled out again. "This has to be coincidence!"

Desperate, he shot a bird-like slashing wave, Tempest Kick - Victory Bird , only for Akira to mirror it perfectly. The impact of their clash split the tower of Justice in half, sending it toppling into the waterfall below Enies Lobby's main Gate.

Everyone watched in awe as Akira proved his words true, copying every technique Lucci threw at him in real-time. Akira grinned, seemingly entertained. "Anything else? I'm learning some useful moves here."

Lucci felt his composure slipping. How could this man possess such skill?

Shisui chuckled from the side. "You thought you could take on Brother Akira? Now you know why he's the president of Uchiha Security."

Shisui's words hit Lucci like a hammer. Gritting his teeth, Lucci's face twisted in defiance. "I don't believe it!"

He surged forward with a blinding flurry of Finger Pistol strikes, a relentless barrage aimed to overwhelm.

"Finger Pistol - Madara!" he shouted.

Shisui and Itachi was stunned hearing this name thinking it's must be a powerful skill.

But Akira met every one of his attacks, matching him blow for blow, finger strike for finger strike, perfectly blocking each of Lucci's attacks. Showing them it's another normal move.

Finally, Lucci vanished in a flash using Razor, a combination of Shave and Moonwalk, to appear behind Akira and aiming a kick at his neck.

But Akira disappeared in response, mirroring the Razor technique and appearing behind Lucci, mimicking his every move.

Lucci's confidence was beginning to falter. "How… how is this even possible?!"

With a powerful blow, Akira struck, sending Lucci's body flying like a cannonball. He smashed into a building on the island, the impact obliterating it and leaving him sprawled in the rubble.

As the dust settled, the overwhelming gap in strength between Lucci and Akira became painfully clear.

---

Lucci staggered, his vision blurry, but he forced himself to stay conscious. He was Rob Lucci, the strongest agent in history, in Enies Lobby for 800 years under the World Government's rule. If he fell, so did the justice he stood for.

In the name of "Dark Justice"—he would not allow that.

Boom!

He rose from the rubble, determination blazing in his eyes. In front of him, Akira stood calmly, his form appearing to blur in and out with the drifting leaves around him.

"How… how did you learn my moves?" Lucci demanded, glaring at Akira.

"Careful about staring into my eyes. It can be dangerous." Akira smirked. "But, since you're curious, I'll tell you. This is called the Sharingan—a unique power of my Uchiha clan that lets me instantly copy others' techniques."

Lucci felt an odd relief wash over him. It wasn't just talent or some unnatural skill. There was a reason. It couldn't be helped.

Lucci scoffed, confidence flaring back into his voice. "Kid, you may have copied my techniques, but people are different. Even if you know the moves, the power lies in the skill behind them, not in the imitation."

With that, Lucci activated Life Return Paper Art Fighting Form, reducing his leopard form to a lean, powerful shape while retaining his enhanced abilities. "This brat may be fast, but he can't beat me in pure physical prowess," he thought.

"Flying Finger Pistol Sting - Bachi!" Lucci fired an air bullet with a flick of his nail, aiming for Akira's head. He then vanished with a Razor move, closing in at lightning speed. But as he swung for Akira's head, the latter dodged as if he'd seen it coming, effortlessly avoiding the blow.

'What?' Lucci's shock turned to fury as Akira grabbed his arm and hurled him into a nearby building. "No one's ever kept up with me like this!"

"Hateful!" Lucci hissed, leaping out of the rubble and darting into the air.

"Tempest Kick!!" He launched a flurry of slicing waves at Akira. Each slash carved into the ground, but Akira nimbly danced through the onslaught, avoiding every strike.

"Tempest Kick - Victory Bird!" Lucci charged, unleashing a massive, bird-shaped slashing wave toward Akira.

But Akira calmly raised his hand, catching the energy blade mid-air. With a single squeeze, he shattered the slashing wave, the impact shaking the area and shattering nearby windows. Lucci's face paled, realizing his slashes had been deflected so effortlessly.

"You're mistaken," Akira said, his voice steady. "Even with the same move, different people wield different power."

Fire crackled around Akira's form as he vanished with Shave, reappearing behind Lucci.

"What?! I didn't even see it!" Lucci rolled forward just in time to dodge, but Akira's response was swift.

"Tempest Kick - Flame Bird!" Akira's leg swept through the air, unleashing a fiery bird-shaped slash that blazed toward Lucci.

Boom!

The massive flaming slash exploded, demolishing the trial center in a single stroke. Lucci's eyes widened. The attack was a Tempest Kick, yet it carried flames and a force far beyond anything he'd seen.

"This… isn't possible! My Tempest Kick doesn't have this kind of power!"

Akira's gaze glinted with satisfaction. "A new move, integrating Tempest Kick with Breath of Fire. I've been using breathing techniques to enhance slashes, and it seems to work well here too."

To him, Lucci was practically a treasure trove of inspiration. The original Six Styles were potent, but Akira's additions had turned them into something even deadlier.

"You… who are you?" Lucci's disbelief was evident as he stared at this unpredictable warrior.

Akira's lips curved into a smirk. "Me? I am Uchiha Akira, president of the Uchiha Security Company. I may not be known worldwide yet, but I believe that will change after today."
