(this is kinda a cracked fic, since bro Talion low-key very op π. But yeah, be prepared for shit writing, a bit of laziness (I don't have much time anymore), and contradictions.)
Percy walked around campus with bags under his eyes from lack of sleep. The other voice in his head was somewhat helpful.
Mainly translating what was on the papers in a way that he could understand. That was really his only use.
So far that was proving to be it's only use. It didn't give him the answer to his homework or test.
So it was basically living rent free in his head, though it did have a better... Tool.
See Percy was able to do this thing he called "vision". For Percy, everything would turn black and he would only be able to see white outlines of people.
Though for monsters they were red, their actual form was present for him to see uninhibited, though only a ghost of it, and not the human body.
(Author note. I'm low-key bored so I'ma skip a bit).
Percy was driving the Impala like a mad man. His mother in the passenger seat looking out the back window at the monster.
"Ah yes, the minotaur. Quite a forgeable monster when you think about it. At least compared to what's to come," chaos said inside percy's head.
Percy had his eyes on the road and mirrors since the minotaur continued to throw items.
"Turn right to the strawberry fields." Sally said as she grabbed the roof of the car.
Percy hit the brakes causing the car to spin out, but Percy switched to reverse before spinning the car once more and began driving backwards.
Just in time as a piece of earth crashed into where he once was. Percy was able to get some distance on the minotaur but not even a mile away from the "camp" my mother talked about when a figure was visible.
The body was greyish, like a ghost, but the aura was green. The figure wore a helmet of sorts and shoulder armor-
*Bam*
Unable to control the vehicle due to the sudden stop Percy rammed the ghostly figure and crashed into a tree.
His vision went black for a second, before his wounds healed.
"You need to get your mother and leave, NOW. what you saw right now was order, and trust me this isn't good news," chaos voice said to Percy.
Percy groaned before looking over as his unconscious mother. Adrenaline coursed through his veins, and the rain gave him a power boost.
With a devastating kick, the driver's door flung open and flew a good distance. Percy jumped over the roof and ripped the passenger door off, since it couldn't be opened.
"Come on," Percy pleaded as he lifted his mother out of the destroyed car, which now was lit aflame.
*Roar*
In the distance the minotaurs roar was heard, but now instead of just the minotaur it sounded like more...
Percy enabled his vision, and saw 12 more red souls through the trees around 50 yards away.
*Howl*
The sound of hellhounds now joined the hunt, and now Percy sprinted.
As Percy ran he arrived at the barrier of the camp, but as he tried to walk past it he couldn't... Or more specifically his mother couldn't.
"She doesn't have permission to enter the camp, she's mortal," chaos said.
"So give her permission," came a growl from Percy as he began thinking of other solutions.
"Lay her by the barrier, you're going to have to fight. She will be fine, the monsters won't go for mortals. You meanwhile are bleeding, your blood is causing monsters to go into a frenzy. The rain is washing it away, but it's only a matter of time," chaos said as the monsters had indeed found him.
"FUCK," Percy shouted. He leaned his unconscious mother against the barrier.
The ghostly figure stood in front of the monster horde, holding his hand to stop the charge, and the monsters listened.
"Order huh... Found us quicker than I would have liked. Be careful kid, this is going to be a fight for our lives," chaos said with a chuckle that lacked any humor.
The ring on percy's finger glowed with a white light, and percy's body felt light.
In his hands stood two weapons, both made of light. A sword and a hammer.
Percy charged, and fought... And fought.. and fought..
But the monsters were resurrected over and over again. The shadow was now feet away from Percy and he knew his demise was near... But if he could at least save his mother he could die happy.
The minotaur rammed Percy into a tree causing his body to collapse, and unable to move. His body felt broken, and the blood dripped from his face causing his vision to become blurry
"I'm sorry for this young Perseus," chaos said.
"Wh...what?" Percy said before coughing out a mouthful of blood. He soon felt his body not listening to him.
It felt like someone else was in control at that moment. It was like he was unstoppable, but with the monsters being killed they stayed dead. his hand was raised and he felt chaos pulling for order.
"So you take on another host. He too will perish like your last. In screams, crying for mercy," the ghastly figure finally said.
*Pop*.
"I always come back," the voice lingered.
Percy felt he was finally in control of his body, and immediately doubled over.
"I'm fading for now. But I'll be back. In that time be safe, and find Hestia, she's the only one you can trust here. Do not tell her about our arrangement," came the echo of chaos voice.
"Who-" but Percy's body collapsed right next to his mother's body.
...
"I'm telling you, there is no way he can be alive. He can't even be moved without the Apollo children," Percy heard a voice, a kid if he had to guess.
"His mother's doing better at least, she's only suffering minor scratches, a sprained arm, and a minor concussion. him meanwhile...," there was a kid's voice this time... Male.
Percy's eye twitched open, taking note of the people in front of him. Mr Brunner, a blonde girl, and a blonde kid whose hands were hovering above Percy and were glowing.
"And what if he doesn't wake up? Have you thought of that? You know the extent of his injuries yourself Michael," the blonde girl said, placing a hand on her hip.
"Yes I know. A broken leg, two broken arms and hand, and a Sprained neck. The leg and hands were definitely from the fighting, and the neck was definitely from getting rammed by the minotaur," Micheal said.
"Let me see him," came a frantic voice from outside the room.
"Ma'am you can't, he's in a critical position right now," another voice said.
Percy's eyes looked through the door and saw his mother. Power coursed through his body allowing his body to heal.
The ring faintly glowed causing Percy to sit up startling the poor boy next to him.
"Mother?" Percy's hoarse voice called out.
The blonde girl on his stared agape at this person, as if he returned from the dead (highly likely).
"Percy?" Came a frantic cry as the door got pushed open and in came Sally and hugged her son.
"You're safe," Percy whispered.
"Yes... We are," she said before hugging her son.
Percy closed his eyes as he hugged his mother.
"How... You're perfectly healed" Micheal said as he stared agape at Percy.
"...I thought you said he wasn't injured," came Sally's voice breaking the silence as she looked at Brunner.
