Soon, the Earth's warriors clashed with the Galactic Prisoners. However, as long as the Earth's warriors weren't having their life energy absorbed, the Galactic prisoners were no match for them.
John scanned the battlefield, noting that the Earth's warriors and Galactic Patrol were dominating, with many Galactic prisoners being defeated and taken away by the Galactic Patrol to the spaceship.
John nodded in satisfaction; it seemed he didn't need to step in. The only battle to focus on was between Seven-Three and Gohan, Piccolo.
Upon arriving on the battlefield, Seven-Three first replicated Piccolo and Gohan's abilities and energy.
However, although Seven-Three replicated both Piccolo and Gohan's abilities, he couldn't use both at the same time and had to switch between them.
Seven-Three initially used Piccolo's ability, firing a Special Beam Cannon at Piccolo and Gohan.
Gohan stepped forward, deploying a shield to block Seven-Three's Special Beam Cannon, followed by Piccolo countering with his own Special Beam Cannon, which pierced through half of Seven-Three's body, destroying one of his arms.
Fortunately for Seven-Three, replicating Piccolo's ability allowed him to regenerate, growing a new arm.
Seeing that Piccolo's abilities couldn't defeat Gohan and Piccolo together, Seven-Three switched to Gohan's abilities.
They resumed their fight.
However, even with Gohan's abilities, Seven-Three could only fight Gohan to a draw, and Piccolo, familiar with Gohan's moves, joined the fight.
Gohan held off Seven-Three while Piccolo attacked from the side, quickly overwhelming Seven-Three.
Seven-Three touched his injured cheek and said, "Hmph, we won't lose to a fake."
"Curse you," Seven-Three snarled, refusing to accept defeat as he attacked Gohan and Piccolo again.
But outnumbered, Seven-Three was defeated again by Goku and Piccolo's combined efforts, and Gohan and Piccolo launched two energy waves at him.
With a thunderous explosion, Seven-Three's arm and leg were severed, and he lay in the crater.
Using Piccolo's ability, Seven-Three regenerated his limbs. Realizing he was about to lose, he switched to Moro's form, attempting to absorb Gohan and Piccolo's life energy.
Before he could act, he was kicked away by someone.
The attackers were Androids 17 and 18, whose energy was from an eternal power source and couldn't be absorbed by Seven-Three even in Moro's form.
Android 17 remarked, "This guy doesn't seem that strong."
Piccolo replied, "That's because he can't deal with you. If it were us, we'd already be defeated."
"But now we need you two to take him down. If we fought him again, we'd have our life energy absorbed."
Androids 17 and 18 nodded and attacked Seven-Three.
Unable to absorb any life energy, Seven-Three was quickly defeated by the combined efforts of Android 17 and 18, falling to the ground.
Seeing Seven-Three about to be destroyed, Moro could no longer wait in the spaceship.
If his trump card was destroyed, facing the three Saiyans would be dangerous.
Moro descended in front of Seven-Three, blocking Android 17 and 18's attacks.
Grabbing Seven-Three's head, Moro said, "I told you not to use my abilities unless absolutely necessary. Did you forget?"
Not waiting for a reply, Moro tossed Seven-Three to a subordinate, saying, "Take care of him. We might need his abilities later."
Moro then turned to the Earth's warriors, standing at the peak, and said, "These subordinates are useless. Looks like I need to step in myself."
One of Moro's subordinates stepped forward, saying, "Lord Moro, there's no need for you to fight yet. Let me handle them first."
Moro turned to see Saganbo, his loyal subordinate who had helped him escape the Galactic prison.
"Very well, Saganbo. Since you're so eager to fight for me, I'll give you a gift." Moro transferred powerful energy into Saganbo.
Saganbo's energy exploded, shredding his clothes as his power surged.
Goku, sensing Saganbo's immense energy, returned to Earth with Instant Transmission.
Saganbo, ready for a massacre, was surprised when Goku appeared and blocked his attack.
Still in his base form, Goku was knocked back by Saganbo's power but quickly recovered in mid-air, landing back on the ground.
Seeing Goku's return, John was overjoyed. With one spectator here, could the other be far behind?
John landed beside Goku, saying, "Goku, you're back."
Goku smiled, "Thanks, John, for buying me time to train."
John waved it off, "Fighting Moro was training for me. You'll see my power soon."
Goku was surprised by John's words, wondering what kind of training John had been doing.
