John pointed in another direction and said to Krillin, "I'll search over there. Be careful and don't venture into the forest below."
Krillin nodded, and they split up to continue the search.
At that moment, Dr. Gero was approaching his lab, looking up at the Z-Fighters above him. He smirked and said, "I'll make sure you die in this jungle. I'll make you pay for the humiliation I endured earlier."

As the lid of Android 17's chamber slowly opened, a young man with black hair and a red scarf around his neck slowly opened his eyes and stepped out.
Dr. Gero kept his finger on the controller's button, ready to stun Android 17 if he made any sudden moves.
Android 17, upon opening his eyes, immediately noticed the controller in Dr. Gero's hand. He smiled and greeted Dr. Gero, "Hello, Dr. Gero!"
"You... you're greeting me?!" Dr. Gero was overjoyed to hear Android 17's greeting. "It seems the repairs were successful. I've fixed you."
"If I'm fixed, then Android 18 should be fine too," Android 17 said. Dr. Gero quickly moved to open Android 18's chamber.
Soon, Android 18 opened her blue eyes and looked at Dr. Gero, immediately noticing the controller in his hand.
True to her reputation as Android 17's older sister, Android 18 had the same thought as her brother. She sweetly greeted Dr. Gero, "Hello, Dr. Gero!"
