After their discussion, John Doe and Goku teleported to Bulma's house, bringing Piccolo and Son Gohan with them.
"Bulma, we're here!" Goku shouted.
As they waited for Bulma to come out, they were surprised to see Vegeta emerge from the gravity training room.
Vegeta had sensed the presence of Goku and John Doe, which prompted him to come out.
"Vegeta, what are you doing at Bulma's house?" Goku asked in astonishment.
Vegeta's face turned red with embarrassment. "I had Bulma's father build me a gravity chamber with 300 times Earth's gravity. I've been training here ever since."
"300 times! Vegeta, you're truly amazing. I remember when I first used the gravity chamber, the maximum gravity was only 100 times Earth's gravity!" Goku exclaimed.
"Hmph, Kakarot, just you wait. I'll surpass you," Vegeta said, then turned to John Doe. "And you too. I won't be outdone by a mere artificial being."
John Doe blinked, speechless. Why was he being dragged into this competition with Goku?
At that moment, Bulma burst out of the house and asked, "John Doe, what's your final decision? Are you going to space?"
"Bulma, I was just about to tell you. I need your help to prepare a spaceship. I want to save my friend. After all, it's because of me that he's in trouble. Otherwise, the Frieza Force wouldn't have targeted him," John Doe explained.
"The Frieza Force?" Vegeta asked, intrigued. "I've been looking for them. Do you know where they are?"
John Doe nodded and proceeded to tell Vegeta about the distress signal from space.
Upon hearing this, Vegeta declared, "I'll come with you this time. I'll wipe out every last member of the Frieza Force. Now I understand why I couldn't find them; they've been hiding so far away."
Vegeta's words were met with agreement from Goku and Piccolo, who believed that John Doe's safety would be guaranteed with Vegeta accompanying them.
Bulma, left with no choice, could only advise, "Then you must be careful. If we don't hear from you, we'll use the Dragon Balls to bring you back in a year's time."
After Bulma's warning, she saw John Doe and Vegeta nod in agreement and went to prepare the spaceship, satisfied.
Vegeta, now with some free time, turned to Goku and John Doe. "What's going on with you two? Why are you maintaining your Super Saiyan forms?"
Goku, noticing his golden hair, replied, "Oh, it's like this. Recently, John Doe and I have been trying to surpass the Super Saiyan form. We're practicing to maintain the Super Saiyan state."
"After all, Super Saiyan 2 is an advancement from the Super Saiyan form."
Although Goku was merely stating a fact, Vegeta became furious.
"Super Saiyan 2? I haven't even mastered the Super Saiyan form yet, and these two are already thinking about becoming Super Saiyan 2!"
Noticing Vegeta's darkening expression, Goku asked with concern, "Hey, Vegeta, you don't look well. Is something wrong? Are you feeling sick?"
Just then, Bulma entered and asked, "Sick? Who's sick? Vegeta, are you ill?"
Vegeta took a deep breath to control his emotions and said, "I'm not sick. Is the spaceship ready? Let's depart immediately."
Bulma nodded. "It's all set. You can leave whenever you're ready."
Hearing Bulma's confirmation, Vegeta immediately headed towards the spaceship, eager to leave.
Goku watched Vegeta storm off, feeling perplexed and unsure of what he had said wrong.
Piccolo sighed, patted Goku's shoulder, and said, "Goku, if you can't say something right, it's better to stay silent."
After saying this, Piccolo followed John Doe out, leaving Goku standing there, bewildered and unsure of what to do.
John Doe and Vegeta boarded the spaceship and set off towards the planet that had sent the distress signal.
On the spaceship, John Doe and Vegeta sat across from each other, the atmosphere slightly awkward, as they were once mortal enemies but now shared a hint of friendship.
Vegeta spoke first, "Thank you for suggesting that Shenron revive us three Saiyans."
"Did I just hear Vegeta express gratitude?!" John Doe was shocked, thinking he had misheard.
"It's nothing. You're Goku's kin, and with Planet Vegeta destroyed, you only have a few family members left," John Doe replied.
"I know Goku wanted to revive you, but he had to consider the feelings of his other companions since you were invaders of Earth."
"Fortunately, you didn't massacre the Earthlings, which is why everyone accepted my suggestion."
As John Doe finished explaining, the awkwardness between them returned.
After a while, John Doe asked, "Can you transform into a Super Saiyan now?"
Vegeta's face darkened, thinking John Doe was mocking him. "Are you making fun of me?" he asked, his voice cold.
Realizing Vegeta had misunderstood, John Doe quickly clarified, "No, I just meant that if you haven't transformed into a Super Saiyan yet, I can teach you."
"What?!" Vegeta exclaimed in surprise. "Is there a technique to transform into a Super Saiyan?"
John Doe nodded. "You could say there is, or there isn't. It mainly depends on yourself."
Vegeta's inability to transform into a Super Saiyan was a source of great frustration for him. Hearing that John Doe could teach him, he became eager to learn.
"Tell me more," Vegeta requested.
John Doe then explained the conditions for transforming into a Super Saiyan in detail, concluding, "Vegeta, you already have the strength, but your emotions aren't there yet. Your anger isn't intense enough."
"Imagine the scene of Planet Vegeta being destroyed by Frieza, the slaughter of your people. It's painful, but I believe that after experiencing this pain, you'll be able to transform into a Super Saiyan."
