As we drive away from Mount Rushmore grandpa told us about the last time he seen Vilgax and about his time as a Plummer.
But we didn't even make it to far down the road before firefighters flew by us.
Grandpa: "Go. I know you want to help."
I smiled and hoped out in my suit. I hitch a ride on a fire truck.
When we got there I snuck inside.
'Okay. Let's go Four Arms.'
Fuse: "Watch malfunctioning. I Can repair it enough to transform… complete. I recommended to repair manually soon. I'm going to sleep for now."
'Come on. Now I have to Fix the Omnitrix.'
"Let's go Four arms."
I sighed. 'This guy can work for now.'
I walked further inside and found a little red alien.
I jumped at it, but it jumped away.
I hit the Badge to try and turn into
'Worse then I thought. Whatever.'
I continued the hunt until I ran into a human.
I jumped into I realized who he was and where I seen him. 'Phil. Grandpa's, now evil past partner.'
Without thinking.. I.. ate his head. We don't speak of this.
I went back to the hunt and trapped the red devil in a box then I finished Phil off.
Now I know I killed someone. But he was bound to be killed in the Void. I did it sooner. Plus he was bad.
It didn't take long for Grandpa and Gwen to come in and that's when I told him about rest I caught.
Grandpa: "Thats weird. I haven't seen one of those in ages. I'm sorry guys. We have to make a quick pit stop."
Gwen: "Where?" - "To get something to put him where he belongs."
We found a safe and put it in there then drove to another plumbers base to get a null void projector. Then out the creature in it.
Once that was done we moved on.
And the whole ride to the next stop I felt horrible for what I did.
When we got to Yellowstone I tried to turn into
Gwen: "Ben. Stop that. You'll make it worse." - "I know what I'm doing. That and I wanted some speed so I could go and get some burgers." - "We are at Yellowstone. Food can wait."
Grandpa: "Gwen is right. And anyway. We can live off the land." He moved a log and worns were under it. "Umm. Grub worms. Full of protein." He picked it up and at it.
Gwen: "Maybe I can help. I will take my burger with chili."
"Hey stop it. You don't know the watch like."
"Now look. Whoah."
I lost balance and started to fall to the left.
Grandpa and Gwen helped me up.
"I can't believe I'm a hero I didn't scan."
Grandpa: "Yeah, and when there's one more.. who know.. there could be hundred more."
'Or a million.'
"Well. I hope to get them. That'd me cool."
I rolled up into a ball and I tried to control it but lost control.
But hey. At least I'm heading in the direction of the Meteor that flew over us.
When I hit it. It started to crunch and sprout legs then busted out of the shell to reveal a huge tick.
I heard something so I looked up and behind us to see three aliens come out of a ship.
Tall one: "Rejoice. he has arrived in all of his glorious glory."
The tree separate from the big disk and flew down.
The one with Six arms flew up to the Great one. "I await his proclamation."
Grandpa: "Who you guys?"
Tall one: "Relax. We come in peace."
Gwen: "That's what they always say. Right before they blew you a bit!"
Four eyes: "Umm. A earthing with attitude. I heard they exist here in large numbers, Or should I say did."
Tall one: "And a Anubis. petorota to boot."
Gwen: "At least we know what you are now."
Tall one: "Him being here must be a sign provided by the great one.
Is he not tremendous?"
All three chanted then four eyes told me the planet of my alien was purified last week.
I ignored them and sat there and waited for my opportunity.
When grandpa and Gwen were distracting the tree with questions I balked up and went inside the creature.
I bounced and punctured anything and everything I ran into.
I shot out of the tick as if exploded.
"That's was quick. I think that's a new record for world ending threats."
Six arms: "He's silent. Silent forever."
Tall one: "You destroyed the great one… All hail the new great one.
The two of the three started to repeatedly bow to me.
"I think I could get used to them."
The watch timed out and I tuned back.
Tall one: "That's right. I forgot you're just a undeveloped human Specimen. Enjoy your day.
They rose into the sky and to there ship.
"Well. That's mean."
I started to shake the goo off me. "This is disgusting."

Later that night when we all were asleep I got woken up by a light.
I went to turn over to see what time it was to see… Azmuth?
Azmuth: "I'm confused. Care to explain how this is my watch, but not the one I sent out. It Seems to be the one I'm currently creating."
Gwen must of woke up because she screamed which woke grandpa up and he immediately pointed a gun at Azmuth.
Azmuth: "Put your gun down Max. I'm just here to look at the watch."
Gwen: "You know this guy?" - "He's the creator of the Omnitrix."
Azmuth: "Exactly. I heard some interesting rumors and when I got the notification that the watch is malfunctioning, I decided to come and look myself."
"What rumors?" - "That the Watch you have isn't the one I created. Which from the looks of it is partially correct. It's not my prototype it's the complete version. I have been working on." - "I honestly can't tell you what happened. But I'll tell you what happened when I got it."
He put the core back in and it turned green. "There. Fixed. Now explain."
Everyone now up we turned on the lights and moved to the table.
"Okay. I already Told Grandpa most of this, but I'll say it again.
I was walking through the woods when I saw a shooting star went over me, but it suddenly changed direction and landed at my feet.
When I went to investigate, it opened up and showed a thick black watch."
Azmuth: "My Prototype. What happened to it?" - "That's the thing. I don't know. I blinked and this watch was in its place, then it jumped on my wrist.
The AI that's in the watch says it was created by me. But, well. I'm smart. But I haven't created one yet."
Azmuth scratched his chin and paced while mumbling. "Interesting. It has to be a older version of you. I wander why you sent my completed version back to you." He stopped moving and looked at me. "Well, it looks like I gave it to you originally anyways so.. I guess you can keep it just don't ruin it or blow up the universe." Then he vanished.
Gwen: "What was that about?"
Grandpa: "That was Azmuth, as we've established. He's from a race who are known for their intelligence. He for some reason came to fix the watch from when Vilgax Messed it up.
But the whole older Ben thing and finished watch. I have no clue."
"I think I got a good Idea of what's going on on that.
Apparently, somehow in the future, I gained the ability to travel through time, and I brought a completed version of the Omnitrix back to my current self, for some reason."
Gwen: "It's 1 in the morning. I'm going back to bed. We can deal with this tomorrow."
Grandpa: "Gwen's right. It's time to sleep."
I looked at my watch. "You there Fuse?" - "Yes. First thinker Azmuth has brought me back to fully operational." - "Great."
Gwen: "Fuse?"
"The AI."
She nooded. "Got it. Okay, it's to early for this. I'm going back to sleep."
