Odeta froze in her steps when she realized that Cedric was the CEO of Magnifico Corporation and she was supposed to speak with him alone.
"Is something the matter, Miss Williams? Please, take a seat," he said, pointing to the seat across from him. Odeta felt as if her ears were not working properly due to his formal address.
'What was he up to? Has he switched into business mode because they were about to discuss business? Not mixing business with pleasure, I see...' Odeta thought inwardly.
Nodding in acknowledgment, she walked to the chair and sat down. Compared to his usual dress-up in jeans and a black shirt, he was dressed in a tailored suit that seemed to be custom-made just for him.
