Mr Fern was once part of the WPCC which means 'world population control council'. It was a council formed for the control of the world's population, to make sure the population of each country and continent is neither too much nor too little.
Mr Fern was once a high ranking official but he had greater aspirations. He wanted to control the entire WPCC because he thought that their goals were not big enough.
He wanted to create a world where each and every individual contributes in one way or another in the growth and development of the world. But his ideas were seen as too far fetched and unreasonable by his colleagues, so he decided to prove them wrong. His first step was to eliminate the unimportant people first and then build a better world with the remaining people.
He decided to use Valbaxium. It was not a very harmful chemical but when it comes in contact with synthetic fur it becomes really dangerous. If it then comes in contact with the huma skin it would start by penetrating the skin and eating it up from the inside little by little and before you know it the person dies. It takes about two weeks for a person who comes in contact with the harmful Valbaxium to die.
— this guy is a maniac, what does he think he is doing— Gina was shocked when she learned of Mr Fern's plan to kill people using the dangerous Valbaxium that was on the stuffed animals
— I should stop him — she thought, but just as she was about to activate stealth mode and try to go into the building she was stopped
« no need to go» Glitch said
— why, didn't you hear what that guy said. A lot of people are going to die if I don't do something— she argued
« what I mean is there is no need to trouble yourself, because someone else is going to stop them ». Glitch explained
— what, who —
« we were not the only ones eavesdropping on their conversation. There was someone else there »
— but I didn't see any one — Gina was confused, she didn't even notice that someone else was there.
— can you show me who that person is— she asked
« sure»
A silhouette of a man was then shown on the screen but Gina could not clearly see who it was because the man was in a very dark and secluded place.
After observing the man for some time, gina continued spying of the two bad people.
Ten minutes later Gina was getting impatient.
— Glitch, nothing is happening. I thought you said that the mystery man would stop them, but he hasn't done anything yet. —
« wait for a little while »
Gina waited for another 2 minutes and then she heard police sirens.
— is that the police — she asked questioningly
« yes, the police are coming »
Gina wasn't the only one who heard the sirens, the bodyguards heard the sirens too and were alarmed. One of them went into the building to report to their employers.
" sir, the police is heading this way, I'm not sure if they are coming here but I just wanted to inform you" the bodyguard reported
" no need to worry, I'm sure that they are just passing, no one knows about us and what we are doing" Mr Walter said, and sent the guard away.
Their operation was highly secretive, so there is no way that the police would have found them. And even if they were found, they would still get away because Mr Fern had many connections.
After some time the police sirens stopped blaring completely.
— are the police gone, I thought they were coming to arrest those bad people — Gina was confused

After another two minutes Gina heard multiple gunshots. She reflexly held her breath and activated stealth mode while still watching the screen toake sure Mr Walter and Mr Fern don't get away.
It turns out that the police had found a way into the back of the arcade and were confronting the body guards. While the gunshots were going on, Mr Fern and Mr Walter were shocked at first, but they quickly came back to their senses and started running. They wanted to use the back door of the building they were currently in. They planned to use the commotion outside as a smokescreen and then run away, but just as they reached the door, they were blocked by a figure in black. It was the same guy that was eavesdropping on them, and he was aso th same person who called the police and informed them about what was going.
" hey, who are you and how did you get in" mr Walter asked in a loud voice, they Did not see or hear the main door opening, so how did this person get in.
" you are not qualified to know who I am " the figure in black said with a voice that could give people goosebumps and send shivers down their spine.
" you better move out of our way, or else.." Mr Walter threatened.
" or else what " the figure in black asked emotionlessly.
" Mr Walter, brought out a pistol which was hidden at his back, inside his trousers. He aimed it at the black figure
" if you do not move out of the way, I'll put a bullet through your heart " Mr Walter said while clutching the gun tightly.
" go ahead and give it a try " the figure in black said while slowly but confidently walking towards Mr Walter.
He walked towards Mr Walter till the pistol was directly against his chest. Mr Walter was trembling a little but he still moved his fingers to pull the trigger. Before he could pull the trigger the gun was skillfully snatched from him and thrown far away by the figure in black.
" now just sit on the ground and wait for the police to take you away" the figure in black said in a calm but domineering voice.
All along Mr Fern was quiet. When they were stopped by the figure in black he knew that everything was over. All his plans had gone to waste and there was no way they could escape, because he could feel it that the person in front of them was not ordinary.
Meanwhile, when the black figure finally came out of the dark, Gina was stunned. The black figure was wearing a mask that covered half of his face and only his eyes were visible.
Gina looked intently at the man, especially his eyes. She felt that she had seen those eyes somewhere.
— those blue eyes, I feel like I've seen them before , but where.— she asked herself
