The young geniuses of Eryndor walked through the labyrinth with confidence. Despite being separated, each one seemed to face the challenges as if they had already memorized the patterns of the place. The synergy between strength and intelligence was evident.
Kael walked through a corridor full of plaques on the floor. Each step seemed to activate traps: poison darts, hidden blades and energy beams. He quickly realized that the plaques had inscriptions that represented coordinates.
"It's a three-dimensional puzzle," he muttered.
He stopped and analyzed the sequence of numbers, mentally drawing a map. Each inscription seemed to correspond to a point on an invisible cube. After a few seconds of thinking, Kael jumped to a plaque on his right.
Nothing happened.
"It worked."
He continued forward, jumping between the plaques with precision. In less than two minutes, he was on the other side, where a door opened.
