Marta opened her eyes to a frozen expanse. The horizon stretched out with mountains of ice and glistening snow, the bitter cold permeating the air.
She frowned and sighed. "So this is what fate has in store for me..."
Without hesitation, she activated her illusion ability, and thousands of perfect copies of herself formed in an instant. With a mental command, the illusions dispersed in all directions, scanning the area.
Closing her eyes, Marta felt her consciousness spread through the illusions. She waited for a few minutes, until a smile appeared on her lips. "Interesting..."
2 kilometers away from where she was, one of her copies stood before a huge mountain of ice. At the top, a colossal tree rose, its silver leaves swaying gently in the wind. On its branches, a single golden fruit shone brightly.
"A gold-class soul fruit..." Marta muttered, her eyes shining with desire.
