Tien Shinhan was one of the strongest and still is among the Strongest non-Saiyan Humans on Earth.
He was one of the two people who defeated Goku in a one-on-one fight while relying only on his skills.
In the past, Tien was the one who always stepped up whenever the earth was in danger, but now he couldn't as he had people to protect.
Which is why he is far away from the place where the chaos was occurring.
But Cell arriving here would threaten his family and his friend who is also like a family to him.
"Well, well. Isn't it Tien Shinhan?" Cell said.
Tien's power level is high. But it still is not comparable to Cell.
And even that power is not accessible at the current moment because of the wave machine.
While the Cell's power is not limited by it.
Although Cell does have the disadvantage of getting most of its energy absorbed by 21.
But even then he is still capable of defeating a nerfed Tien.
And not only that, Tien also didn't have any new transformations or techniques.
Tien quickly attacked Cell as soon as he saw him but Cell quickly dodged his attack and jumped backwards.
"Dondonpa." He yelled as he launched a powerful ki blast from his finger at Cell.
It pierced through Cell's heart. But it healed immediately.
He could have dodged it. But he didn't because he knows he can heal from it. I feel like he was mocking me. Tien thought in his mind.
This feels humiliating but If I can use that to my advantage I could be able to defeat him.
Tien devised a plan. He doesn't know whether or not it will work but he has to try at least.
Tien Split into four clones using a multiform technique and Surrounded Cell.
"Kikoho." Tien used a weaker version of Kikoho from all of his clones to force Cell to avoid it.
Cell had a terrible experience with Tien's kikoho.
Although it was not he who suffered directly, he had the memory of how his former incarnation was harmed by that attack.
Cell flew in the air to dodge the attack.
But he immediately realized that they were just baits that Tien used to force him to move into the sky.
"Take this. Shin-Kikoho." Tien said as he used the same attack that he used on semi-perfect cell in the past on Cell.
Launching him far away in exchange for the majority of his lifespan.
Since Kikoho was a technique that used the user's life force to increase its power the wave machine had little to no effect on it.
Meaning Cell was hit by the full power of the Strongest Shin-Kikoho that Tien has ever used and was launched flying away.

"Tien. You did it." Chaiotzu said as he got out of hiding.
Along with Blue Lunch and his daughter.
"Lauch. Quickly take Pinyin and hide. Cell is going to come back." Tien said to the two.
"But Tien didn't you need to rest more? You used most of your life force." Chaiotzu asked Tien.
"Chaiotzu. Go and find that item." Tien said as he looked at Chaiotzu.
"That item?" Chaiotzu asked.
"The bottle. And that seal." Tien said before flying after Cell.

"Damnit. That Tripclopus is giving me trouble even in my new and improved body." Cell said as he got up.
After he was hit by the Shin-Kikoho he was sent flying away and landed on a mountain.
If most of his powers were not absorbed by 21, he would not be sent flying away.
But he got up without any injuries. But now with a serious demeanour.
"Super Dondonray," Tien said as he launched a powerful version of Dondon Ray at Cell.
Cell who started to take Tien seriously easily dodged the attack by moving his body slightly.
"I already have enough of you getting in my way time after time." Cell said as he teleported in front of Tien and punched him in the face.
"Multi-force." Tien grabbed Cell's hands after he had taken the punch and increased his strength by seven times before punching him back with a left hook.
My vision is fading. Tien thought as he saw Cell who looked like he was going to attack him again.
"Tien dodge," Chaiotzu yelled out as he used his telekinesis to pull him away from Cell.
"What now?" Cell seemed like he was starting to get irritated as looked at Chaiotzu.
Then suddenly he was hit by a rocket launcher.
"Don't tell me." Tien looked to see the launch on the ground.
Launch was on the ground while carrying a machine gun and rocket launcher.
"Now do it." She said as she put down a bottle that had a lit open.
Tien nodded and landed on the ground.
"Enough of this foolishness. There is no way I, the perfect being is going to lose to a nobody like you people." Cell said as he looked at Chaiotzu who was near him.
"Solar flare," Chaiotzu yelled out as he blinded Cell for one last time.
"Mafuba," Tien said as he attacked Cell with an attack although it would not be lethal but would be enough to put him down for a long time.
Tien knows he could not beat Cell but that does not mean that he cannot seal him away.
Cell was hit by the sealing technique that Tien learned from Master Roshi in the past.
Cell was blinded by Chaiotzu's solar flare at that time so he was taken off by surprise when Tien used Mafuba on him.
So he was not able to properly defend himself from getting sealed away.
When he realized that it was too late he was sealed inside the bottle that Launch and Cabiotzu brought.
Tien closed the bottle immediately with a bottle lit and a seal that Master Roshi made.
