'Let's do this'
In Tristan's mind, a risky venture was thought up that was just so absurd that it may work.
Since the God eyes as he would call them now despite officially being called Godly circulators, had the characteristics of the best weaver in this planet.
This meant that no matter the quality of the material initially given, at the least they would become one grade higher than the previous expected product.
For example, if given absolute garbage, at the least the God eyes could weave the garbage together to make something that's relatively normal.
Like those life hack videos that repurpose cheap items into something useful using expensive items.
And by using his engineering knowledge, the God eyes could be likened to a transformer that somehow is able to defy the laws of physics and create more energy than what was inputted.
And using that same knowledge, the Trinity could be likened to a paradox.
A trinity in essence was supposed to store mana threads within it like a spool, using the spine as its metaphorical spool and the trinity itself as the input and output area.
The problem was that the trinity that Tristan himself had was fragmented.
This meant that the Trinity needed Mana Threads to support itself otherwise it would implode in on itself.
In essence, he had to feed it mana threads to maintain itself so that it could store more mana threads which it would then feed on again to maintain itself.
An eternally consuming machine that ate what it was supposed to store so that it could store it.
A paradox so to speak.
And Tristan was thinking of jailbreaking it.
Since the God eyes were theoretically this world's version of a perpetual motion machine, able to convert energy into a higher form of itself so that it could be used to convert more energy.
Didn't it make sense that it should be able to reinforce his trinity and make them stronger than they're supposed to?
And theoretically, Tristan should be able to just keep the perpetual motion turned on forever as all excess products would be stored away in his spine, making it the strongest part of his body.
And although it constantly leaked as well to keep its shape, if the God eyes generated more than it lost, it was a net profit wasn't it?
The essence of business that was, use money to create more money.
Just imagining it caused would've caused Tristan's mother to spasm from the overdose of joy although that was an image that Tristan would like to solemnly seal forever away from his mind.
'...But therein lies the problem, how am I supposed to even use this energy?'
'Hell, what does it even feel like?'
Thinking about that fact, Tristan turned his head to Era who had just finished their reminiscing.
Why are you looking at me like that?
"Then can I ask you a question?"
Do I have a choice?
"How do you use the threads?"
It seems not.
Era stared at Tristan with a touch of nostalgia despite not having eyes to stare with in the first place.
Do you really want me to teach you?
"Yes...?"
Well... to teach you how to use mana you need tools... and in addition to tools, you also need to know the various types...
Era tapped their fingers against their arms as they fell into deep thought, recalling the past and the best way on how to explain things.
Because evidently, despite the knowledge resting within his mind, hearing someone else explain it would always be more beneficial than just knowing as it would clarify things and clear up the jumbled thoughts in Tristan's head.
Hell, because of how abrupt the knowledge transfer was, Tristan needed help to sort out the mess of information that had no rhyme or order to it.
'Like, what does Tethering the stars in the sky even mean?'
It's an advanced technique used in sewing that involves dragons and since It's not like we have any other options...
Era let out a small sigh before speaking
Ahem, please leave the captain's quarters, I'm going to be guiding you so take the soul lantern.
'The soul Lantern?'
Absentmindedly thinking about how absurd of a name that was, Tristan grabbed it before turning to the doorway that was mostly way.
He glanced back at the headless skeleton still sitting embedded to the chair with a sword ran straight through their chest.
It was most likely the body of the spirit of freedom now locked away in his mind.
And she called herself a minor deity.
'Well since Gods in this world usually just mean super powerful beings I wonder who killed her.'
Wondering that, Tristan bowed to the skeleton before swimming towards the doorway.
That reminded Tristan, he still didn't know how to swim.
In fact, he could genuinely brag that outside of his bath, he had never been fully submerged in water in the slightest.
'But no better time to learn though right?'
Entertaining those thoughts, Tristan spent a few awkwardly spent minutes flailing in water as he tried to keep up with Era directions.
And more than once, he had collided against the homes of several crustaceans, turning the fragile skeletons into dust while also being unwillingly sucked into doorways filled with more skeletons that turned into dust upon contact.
Hell, even the inhabitants living in the skeletons weren't happy about the disrespect although he made sure to try and bow to them as they nipped at his flailing toes.
Thankfully his skin was durable enough to not tear although it did feel as if several people were pinching his toes.
'And I found some nice relatively intact clothes to aid my nakedness.'
Smoothing out the greyish red pair of pants that had tried to expose him again in an attempt to kill him socially, the shirt on his body also attempted to suffocate him as he slowly swam towards a room under Era's directions.
Not after slamming his head into the doorframe, but it is what it is.
I am honestly doubting whether you are the one able to help me now.
Rubbing his forehead, he looked at Era with puppy eyes "Well maybe if you tell me what it is I can work towards it?"
You aren't ready yet.
'Well when will I be ready?' Rolling his eyes Tristan slowly made his way into the room and observed.
It was an armoury to say the least.
Rusted swords and spears hung on the wall in rows with a few missing pieces that triggered OCD as pieces of armor encased in coral lay scattered on the ground.
Hell, it seemed as if the armor pieces were now small homes as Tristan just saw a hermit crab scuttling away with a relatively intact helmet on it's back.
Touching a skeleton that was buried under a pile of gigantic metal cannonballs, Era looked over the entire armory with his eyes.
Hopefully it's still here...
Scanning the room, Tristan slowly swam around the room, touching the items and making sure to not touch the rusted edges for the very real fear of Tetanus
"Gah!"
It seemed the inhabitants were less than happy that he was intruding however as they skittered away
Over here!
'oki'
Looking towards a pile of weapons that were located in the middle of the room amongst a wooden pillar that had keeled over, he swam towards it.
And bonked his head into the ceiling.
He really should've agreed to his parents choice to send him swimming.
Move this, this and this
'Thankfully I can breath underwater or I would've drowned by now.'
Mulling over that thought, Tristan placed his hands underneath the pillar and hefted it up, causing the pile of weapons to kick up rust red dust all over the place.
'On second thought, that might just be blood'
Waiting for a few seconds for the rusty red blood crust to settle, it revealed...
More rusty weapons.
At the least they threw in some variety this time since they were all guns.
Without hesitating to toss them to the side where they gently crashed into the house of an unsuspecting hermit crab, the one with the helmet for a shell, Tristan saw a small case underneath the pile.
Wonderful! It's still here!
"What is?"
Open it and find out.
Giddily bouncing around above him, Era looked incredibly excited for a literal blue ball with a spider imprint on it.
But then again, anything could be cute if you put your mind to it.

That includes the readers, yes, including the aesthetically dubious ones.

Having those random thoughts, Tristan opened the case.

This world was called Atraxia in the name of the almighty mother Goddess.
Born out of chaos and emptiness, the mother Goddess wandered the void on the first day, blind and naive to the world as she was alone in the beginning, becoming a wanderer that walked in the void forever more.
On the second day wandering the endless chaotic void, the Mother Goddess gave herself a name, Atraxia, the name that is now known as the first ever word to be spoken and served as the birth of a new language, the language of the Divine.
On the third day, the Mother Goddess felt lonely in the endlessness in her wanderings and used the chaos and emptiness that she was born from to sculpt and mold countless new divine beings that would serve as her companions.
Forming countless feathers on their bodies, she carefully weaved each strand of fur, forging scales on their backs, she molded the void into her very liking, creating the courageous scaled dragons, the Kind Phoenixes, the Intelligent Titans, the Mighty colossi.
Many divine beasts were born from her hands, all in images different from her own.
On the the fourth day, the Mother Goddess felt even more lonely than before as she watched her creations wander the endless plains with her and craved for the companionship of others in her image, and thus began to create.
Fingers carving a place out of the void to create a world, when she found there wasn't enough space, she supplemented it all with her own flesh and body.
Using her blood to fill the world's oceans, her every sigh permeated the world with her breath moving the world on an axis as her very heart morphed into the heart fire that warmed the world, every heart beat thunderously roaring in the skies and reminding the world of her presence.
And on the fifth and final day, overjoyed from finally finishing her creation, her tears and laughter formed the first ever beings in her image.
Giving rise to several beings made in her image, her many divine beasts proliferated into her world and spread their lineage into the world of Atraxia, teaching countless knowledges to the unknowing.
Fixing her Divine Creations into the sky, the Phoenixes lay in the sun as the Titans roamed the moon giving rise to the Garuda that craved to reach the sun and the elves that were transfixed by the moon.
The dragons lit the heavenly pyres, lighting the world in the absence of the phoenix and giving rise to the reptilian Kobolds who worshipped the stars as they themselves became the stars.
Great Leviathan's swam in her oceans birthing the merfolk as the Colossus became fixated on the earth and its many creations giving rise to the Dwarves.
Many other divine beasts created by the mother Goddess spread across the earth, spreading the word of the mother goddess Atraxia and gave birth to more and more races.
Harpies who followed the grand Roc, Dryads following Yggdrasil, Djinn's following the Genie's and so on and so forth
Thus ended the five days.
These five days were known as the days of creation that appeared whenever they pleased as they were outside of time during the creation of Atraxia.
They could be after the 30 days of the 12 months or they could occur during them.
Two of these days of creation in a row could be regarded as a minor blessing of the divine, but five of these in a row could be regarded as a major boon or bane, but no matter what it was, it was destined in the strings of fate for the times to change the world significantly.
But unknown to many, there was an additional sixth day that only appeared every four years, the day of rest.
The day when the Mother Goddess closed her eyes and allowed her children and creations to do as they pleased, not caring nor dismissing any chaos that would happen on this day.
Today, was that sixth day of creation in a row thus calling for a gathering.
The Pope of the sunseekers clad in floaty feathery attire as a golden circle floated behind them.
The Sage of the Moonwatchers wearing grey and the Astrologist of the Stargazers wearing black in long flowing robes as rings and stars appeared around them respectively.
The Head admiral of the Seven Seas wearing a thin captain's jacket revealing a thick scaled and muscular chest covered in scars.
The Mountain King of the ten peaks in Silvery black armor standing just short of the round table they sat around.
And finally, the Saint of the heart fire in similarly flowing robes to the Sunseekers but with a furred pelt instead.
These six figures stared at each other with a subtle tension in them as they stared at the opposing religions, that to their eyes were the ones undeserving of their mother's attention.
Completely ignoring the seat of the wanderer of the Goddess's sigh as a matter of course.
But then again, it had been a while since they've last seen him attend a meeting if the wanderer was still a him.
Subtle whispers darted here and there in the wide hall as the leaders of the various religions interacted with each other, subtly gathering in their respective factions.
As the representatives of the divine beasts, it was strange that the divine beasts themselves weren't attending this important meeting.
But before they could mull over that fact some more, their attention was attracted by a hand covered in a layer of black skin that had slapped the round table loudly.
It was the Judge of the Voidkeepers.
Inverted eyes shining like a star as the white pupil stared at all six figures, lingering on the empty seat, the Judge wore a grave expression on their taut face.
Pure white clothes contrasting to their skin, the Judge opened his mouth.
"Our Mother has awakened."
Instantly silencing the crowd, the Voidkeeper continued unperturbed by the crowd that had acted as if cold water had poured onto them.
"The Anomaly, the Aberration, the Mutation and the Divergence have all awakened as well."
He scanned the crowd with a cold gaze.
"And do note, an irregularity has slipped past our borders once again, do what you will with that information."
"Now let's begin the 97th hall meeting of the Orphaned Era."
