Phoenix sighed as if she was losing her patience, ''I don't know what kind of fear stems from your trauma but if it gets too much we will stop, I wouldn't want to receive an earful from the council for traumatising their precious defender.''
George carefully nodded his head, and with a gulp, he put on the blindfold. His entire world was dark now.
His breath ragged, becoming heavier as time went by. Then suddenly, a slight hit on his shoulder followed by a familiar voice, ''I am going to throw small, thin sticks or branches at you. Your only job is to avoid them, keep your ears open, and focus on the sound.''
George nodded as panic surged inside him. However, as the small twigs kept coming towards him, he had no choice but to focus on the sounds in his environment. Soon, his panic turned into focus as he kept getting better at avoiding the obstacles thrown at him.
