Jae-Hyun couldn't shake off the feeling that Yoon-Ah was hiding something. He decided to investigate discreetly.
During a break, Jae-Hyun approached Yoon-Ah, who was reviewing footage.
"Yoon-Ah, can I ask you something?" Jae-Hyun said.
Yoon-Ah looked up, her eyes guarded. "What is it?"
"I couldn't help but notice your phone call earlier. Everything okay?" Jae-Hyun asked.
Yoon-Ah's expression faltered for a moment before she regained composure.
"Just family drama," Yoon-Ah said, forcing a smile.
Jae-Hyun sensed she wasn't telling the truth.
Just then, Ji-An approached, followed by a tall, handsome man.
"Guys, this is Seung-Ho, my friend from theater school," Ji-An said.
Seung-Ho greeted everyone warmly. "Honored to meet you all."
As they chatted, Jae-Hyun noticed Yoon-Ah's unease around Seung-Ho.
"Yoon-Ah, do you know Seung-Ho?" Jae-Hyun asked.
Yoon-Ah's eyes darted between Seung-Ho and Ji-An. "We've met before."
Seung-Ho's smile faltered. "Yoon-Ah and I... we have history."
Ji-An's eyes widened. "What kind of history?"
Seung-Ho hesitated. "We dated briefly. But Yoon-Ah ended it abruptly."
Yoon-Ah's face flushed. "Seung-Ho, please."
Jae-Hyun realized Yoon-Ah's secret phone call might be connected to Seung-Ho.
Director Min-Soo called out, "Alright, everyone! Let's get back to filming."
As filming resumed, Jae-Hyun observed Yoon-Ah's tension.
During a scene, Ji-Hoon accidentally knocked over a light stand, causing chaos.
Yoon-Ah rushed to fix the equipment, her hands shaking.
Seung-Ho assisted, their hands touching.
The spark between them was undeniable.
"Cut!" Director Min-Soo shouted. "Let's take a break."
As the cast dispersed, Jae-Hyun approached Yoon-Ah.
"Yoon-Ah, I think I understand," Jae-Hyun said gently. "You're still in love with Seung-Ho."
Yoon-Ah's eyes welled up. "How did you know?"
Jae-Hyun smiled. "I've been there too. But sometimes, love requires a second chance."
