"Who are you? What are you doing here?" The Princess who was despairing at the fact she doomed her people cried while looking towards me.
"You are mistaken, I was traveling the void when I locked onto this unstable time, so I connected to it. We are not here with the other dragons." I said calmly, stunning the princess, but before she could speak, I cut her off.
"You and everyone else can deal with this, it's not my place to step in with something you all can handle.," I said while waving my hand, and closing the gate behind me.
"Put yourself back together and start fighting. You're all stronger than you think." With my words, Great Red shot into the sky, a portal appearing in its path which we entered, disappearing from everyone's sight...
This world was large, larger than my world. For example, the countries alone in this world were as big as the continent back on earth. That was impressive, and of course, the gravity here was crazy, being about 25 times greater than Earth's gravity.
Things didn't end there, back home, the strongest beings like gods or even Sirzechs should have the power to destroy islands and such things. But even for them, that would be a hard task, beings like Great Red could destroy the planet... there was a sea of people in this empire with the power level needed to greatly damage islands, which back on earth would equal above island level. There were more with the power to erase islands, or the potential to do such a thing. Remember, destroying an island in this world would be at least 25 times harder compared to Earth.
This world was far larger than my world, but things didn't stop there were many dimensions in this world. Many within each dimension held lifeforms with the power to destroy Earth many times over. Just in this dimension alone, a few dozen of such lifeforms, many caused Great Red to grow unease as he realized he was no match for them.
"I've never seen such a dragon." A scarlet-haired woman who had on revealing clothing said while holding her staff, looking at the huge red dragon leaving a portal. She smirked lightly, she had seen many things in her lifetime, but for a dragon to be so huge yet so weak, surprised her.
She jumped into the sky, turning into a pinkish-red dragon which flew at speed far above light, quickly arriving before me.
"Irene... I believe that was your name." I asked with a smile, not bothered by her speed. In many stories out there, people moving at light speed was all too common. But it was impossible to go at the speed of light. From what I found, they manipulate space, allowing them to show the illusion of that speed.
To reach light speed, everything would stop. No matter what, Light speed was the fastest thing out there. Anything that moves remotely slower than light, would stop. Time would stop for you... keyword stop for you.
[A/N: I will make light speed be some truly overpowered level of speed to reach upon. As they say, to reach light speed, you would gain infinite mass, meaning you would need infinite energy. In other words, sand moving at 100% the speed of light would destroy everything in its path... at a universal level.]
"You know me?" Irene asked her eyes narrowed as she sized me up, not knowing who I was.
"I know a thing or two. I know you were once a Queen who fought for humanity, you created Dragon Slayer magic, you got pregnant, your husband feared you would turn into a dragon, he locked you up, and you were tortured for years until you transformed into a dragon to protect your unborn child. I know you gave birth to a daughter, I know you tried to take her body to regain your humanity... I know you couldn't go through it because you loved her too much, so you tricked yourself into thinking you failed to take her body and left her at an orphanage and ran away." I said with a smile, Irene paused at my words, her eyes twitching as she faced the truth of the past.
Irene Belserion, the Queen of the Dragons. She was once a heroic queen. 400 years ago, dragons ruled the world, when dragons war with each other, one side said that humans and dragons could unite, and the other side saw humans as sheep waiting to be eaten. Irene went on to create Dragon Slayer magic to give humans a fighting chance against dragons.
But Dragon Slayer magic had a huge flaw, those who overused the magic turned into a dragon, twisting their minds in the process. Irene tried her best, but the best she could do was abandon her child, scared that she wouldn't be able to control herself and want to take over that body.
So... she was angry. Angry that I dared to tell her the lie she told herself, the lie she told herself to protect her daughter. Now what was she going to do when thoughts of taking her daughter's body began to fill her head? She wanted to be human again, she missed sleeping, she missed tasting meals, she missed having human senses.
She roared, shooting towards me with overwhelming levels of killing intent. But I stepped forward, tapping her forehead. Irene's world froze for some time, as her unstable soul began stabilizing, becoming whole.
"With this, you can now be human, and dragon whenever you want," I said calmly, Irene slowly took on a human form, her eyes wide as the ability that came with being a dragon had disappeared. Tears fell down her face, she was truly a human.
"Who are you?" She said removing her tears, looking at me with grateful eyes. She wanted to rush to her daughter's side right now, she could now be a mother without worries.
"I'm Anos Voidigoad. I want your support... not just your support, but this whole empire. As payment, I can not only help you, but Zeref himself." I said with a smile, stunning Irene who looked at me in confusion.
"You're strong, stronger than me. What do you need my support for?" Irene asked,
"I wish to learn more about the gods of this world, I wish to locate a god of destruction, that's all," I said with a smile.
"You would need to speak with August," Irene said lightly, August was the one who had the most power in this empire, second only to Zeref.
I nodded at her words, before following her down to the castle. There I met an army that had gathered, thinking I was an enemy. But Irene quickly explained that I was there to speak with them, this allowed me to speak with the elites of this kingdom, the Spriggan 12.
"So, what do you wish to speak about?" August, an old man with a thick white beard asked while sizing me up.
"I'm searching for a god of destruction, I'm sure you guys here would have the most knowledge on the topic of the gods. I wish to enter their home world," I said with a relaxed smile,
"Oh? What do you want to do with the gods?" A blonde-haired buxom young woman with a slender figure asked with a raised eyebrow.
"I will kill him," I said as if it was obvious. Anos wouldn't do something like that, that guy was too kind... I could be selfish at times.
"You think you could kill a god?" Everyone was shocked by my words, not believing my words... and of course, there were a few hotheads amongst them, amongst them was a dark-skinned man who stepped forward, wanting to test my powers.
"I'm Ajeel Raml, the Desert King. You talk like you have such great power, prove it." He said while waving at me to come at him... but I ignored him, not interested in someone so weak. But this enraged him, and before August could stop him, a sea of sand shot towards me, turning into beasts that opened their mouth to swallow me.
"Don't blink, I don't want you to question how I defeated you." He said... but a scene that followed was the sand, along with Ajeel being sent rocketing away, slamming hard into a wall.
"What happened!?" Ajeel cried not knowing what happened.
"My bad, I blinked. Was I not supposed to do that?" I said with a smirk, and the air went quiet, everyone being too shocked to say or do anything after such a show of power.
"Don't mock me!" Ajeel roared before he shot towards me, his sand turning into a huge monster that punched towards me... but I blinked once more, and the sand was destroyed. Ajeel however appeared at my side, punching me, but I just looked over and blinked. Ajeel was sent rocketing away once more, this time he was sent shooting through the walls, and far far away.
"It's been a while since someone could force me to blink so many times. You guys are strong." I said lightly, and to that, no one knew what to say. Should they be proud or enraged?
"By the way, I wish to speak with your father. I could remove his curse, but I mainly want to know if he has any useful tips." I said calmly, leaving August stunned as the topic around who his father was something he alone knew.
"Y-You can do that?" August asked, leaving everyone confused about who August's father was. With how old August was, shouldn't his parents be long dead?
"Sure, take it as me paying you guys for your help. Just to avoid you all facing some side effect from my actions, I don't mind giving you all some tips to improving your magic." I said calmly, August thought for some time, before looking toward Irene, wanting to hear her thoughts.
"I say we help him," Irene said lightly, to which I nodded at her with a faint smile. But August sighed as he was hoping for her to say something more.
"Let's speak with lord Zeref first," August said lightly, to which I nodded, not minding much. I snapped my finger, and a magic circle appeared in front of me, followed by Zeref coming out of the magic circle, a confused look on his face... and this of course was another shock to everyone...
