*Shit… why must I continue getting dragged into these situations…* In a cage in an unknown area a monstrous scaley creature with four large wings lay on the floor complaining about his unfortunate situation before… *Oh? 20% eh? I can make this work…*
Riku's eyes shot open, his once grey eyes were now an incandescent white and the sclera were almost completely bloodshot.
Ibiki Morino and the Konoha interrogation along with Danzo Shimura and the Hokage looked over into the cell where a young boy wearing ragged burlap clothing began to rise from his feet with fury evident in his now changed aura.
Kokuenryū, now in control of Riku's body, rose to his feet.
His reptilian white eyes staring at the group of shinobi as smoke began to pour out of his nose as he growled *You lowly beings… why can't you just allow the child a bit of respite.* his eyes, the sclera now blood red and his glowing white irises began to burn with white flame, his mostly black hair began to flow upwards as it was evenly distributed between black and white. The child's teeth became sharp and his body twitched all over.
"What is this?" The Hokage's eyes widened.
"Hmm?" Danzo's covered eye began to twitch uncontrollably as he saw the horrifying otherworldly chakra of the Black and White Flame Dragon that began emitting from the scrawny child's body.
Kokuenryū stared at the shinobi with pure rage in his eyes, the smoke coming from his nose was now seeping from his mouth as he roared with ferocity. The walls and bars encasing him began to crack and almost seemed to melt at the child's roar. The devilish roar became so intense that it even began to make even the Hokage's ears bleed.
Danzo, thinking quickly, nearly used kotoamatsukami. But hiruzen gripped his wrist as Danzo was about to pull off the bandages covering Shisui's mangekyõ sharingan, "Not now, Danzo." Hiruzen said while gritting his teeth.
*BURN, FOOLISH HUMANS!* This was the last thing that was heard before Konoha's interrogation and torture division base was engulfed in a hellscape of black and white flames.
The Hokage, thinking quickly he then began using Tiger,Hare,Boar and then Dog hand seals before slamming his hands on the ground and shouting "Earth release, earth style dome protective jutsu!" Which surrounded the group of shinobi in a protective dome. Despite this jutsu, the heat from the child's flame was still taxing as the shinobi began to sweat profusely and even felt as if they were being cooked alive.
Taking this opportunity, Kokuenryū tried to run away, but not being used to the human body, he fell right on his face. Luckily, however, he forced Riku awake.
Riku, who had watched the whole thing within his soul space needed no time to gather himself.
He leaped down from the burning hellscape of pure flames, he began to run through the village. Thankfully the flames raged on, keeping the Hokage at bay as he tried to escape.
"Fuck it" Riku thought, pushing his luck as he saw what looked to be the Hokage building in the distance. Riku's pace quickened as he poured chakra into his legs, punching some random old lady in the street and stealing her shopping bag.
Riku didn't know if the building would have a book containing any jutsu just laying around, but he would give it a shot.
Right before entering the Hokage building, Riku used the Boar, Dog, Bird, Monkey and the Ram hand seals, bit his thumb, and slammed the ground as a large cloud of smoke appeared.
"Riku?" Asked Nariko, who looked at his contractor, his complexion pale and his eyes extremely bloodshot.
"Protect me while I steal some stuff please." Riku said while continuing running, Nariko trailed him and said "Sure."
Riku ran through the school part as he passed by many familiar faces he knew from watching Naruto when he was younger.
Many children screamed seeing the large bear, some even tried to fight it but was pushed out of their way almost instantly.
Riku used the horse, then the tiger hand seal as he threw two claw projections at the wall infront of him.
As the wall separating the academy and the Hokage building was destroyed, Riku suddenly came to a halt. He turned around and locked eyes with two children of similar age.
One had spiky black hair and the other had spiky blonde hair. One looked at Riku with determination and the other with curiosity.
Kurama.
The nine tailed fox, Kurama was renowned throughout the entire world for being a terrifying and dangerously powerful being, was being looked down upon by a similarly powerful being. The slit pupils stared down at the orange demonic fox with discerning eyes. Unlike the one tails, this creature held his gaze for a moment before Riku turned back around and continued his search for mainly a scroll containing the shadow clone jutsu which would grant him a chance of becoming even stronger.
As multiple anbu shinobi appeared and tried to stop the child that was rummaging through the Hokage's many scrolls and books, the large and intimidating Nariko held them back with ease, the white lightning dancing around his body as he swiftly slaughtered shinobi after shinobi.
Here! Riku found a scroll titled "Art of shadow body splitting."
He grinned before shoving that, and a few other random scrolls into the old ladies bag before hopping on Nariko's back and crashing through the window of the Hokage building while laughing.
As much as Riku wanted to be friendly with Konoha, they had attacked and kidnapped him so… they pretty much asked for this.
Right at that moment, Riku turned around and saw the burning maelstrom of monochrome flames slowly diminishing. "We need to leave fast!" Riku told Nariko "The Hokage will catch us if we don't leave quickly!"
Hearing those words, the Kumarai's pace almost doubled. Like hell he was going to get caught by the HOKAGE??

…
Sasuke Uchiha, the sole survivor of the Uchiha massacre. For the first time in two years since his clan was slaughtered, he felt an emotion other than fury. The emotion was familiaraty? He felt a sense of kinship with the child that had caused havoc in the academy and even infiltrated the Hokage building. He didn't know how, but he could tell that their goals were the same. They were birds of a feather. Two lone members of a clan trying to avenge their lost family.
As for Naruto, "Who the heck was that!? How could someone that looked to be our age be so strong?!" He asked the youth next to him, sasuke only replied with a simple "I don't know." Before watching Naruto run after the child that had stirred all of this chaos.
Meanwhile, within Naruto's soul space; Kurama was thinking the same as Naruto. "What the hell was that…? Certainly was no tailed beast, yet it's chakra energy seemed more like that of a tailed beast than anything beast I have ever seen? Hmm. Curious." Kurama, now finding something interesting was unusually riled up.

Hiruzen, looking at the slaughter and mess in his office was left speechless, most of the Anbu assigned to defend his office were at least high chūnin or above, so how the hell could that child do all of this?
Then it hit him. The terrifying beast that could even hold back Enma, of course; why didn't he think of this… Hiruzen's head began to throb as he massaged his forehead with his palm "I should've just killed him. I should've just allowed Danzo to use kotoamatsukami." He thought over and over, the fact that Hiruzen had allowed all of this just shows how much greed can affect the human mind. He had allowed many of his shinobi to get slaughtered and even have some of his personal scrolls stolen too not only this, but he had endangered the academy students that even included Naruto Uzumaki, the Jinchuriki of the nine tails and son of the fourth Hokage and Sasuke Uchiha, the last remaining member of the Uchiha clan and the one person he had vowed to Itachi to protect. It was a miracle that the young Kuroshiro hadn't attacked any academy students.

After days and days on end of running with Nariko's white spark cloak which slightly resembled the Raikage's lightning chakra mode which increased his speed drastically, Riku ended up outside of the land of fire. That was certain, as for where? He didn't know; but that didn't matter as he was no longer in danger of the Hokage.
Releasing the summoning jutsu, Riku lay down on the floor. It had been a month since he had been reincarnated into the world of shinobi and to say the least, he was not loving it.
Almost immediately after being reincarnated he was attacked by bandits and encountered the Jinchuriki of the one tails, was then attacked by konoha ninja and severely wounded. After living peacefully for two weeks he was found and attacked by one of the strongest ninja in the entire world, the Hokage and was then kidnapped by him and had to escape konoha without being killed.
Riku let out a long sigh as he looked into the bag of scrolls he had stolen. He wasn't tired as he had slept for a whole day while Nariko ran with Riku on his back.
Riku examined the 7 scrolls in front of him; one obviously being the shadow clone jutsu. And the others were…
1. Contained hundreds of shuriken and kunai, which he was probably not going to use as throwing weapons didn't appeal to him since he was a swordsman. But it did however come with some soldier pills and some nutritional cereal bars? Oh well he could use some food anyways.
2. Was a sensing technique that Riku again didn't really need as Kokuenryū's sensing was top of the market.
3. The third scroll contained the Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique which was a C rank jutsu that was a jutsu that belonged to the now deceased Uchiha clan, which Riku remembered pretty well as he really liked the fire related jutsu. So he knew it required the user to knead chakra in their body and turn it into fire, which they then can expel from their mouth in the form of a flaming sphere that maintains its shape until it makes contact with the target, which it then explodes into a large field of flames. The impact is strong enough to even make craters In the ground, so for the first time, Riku was excited.
4. Was the Fire Release: Fire Dragon Flame Bullet Jutsu which was a B rank jutsu that Riku knew quite well also as this was another one of his favourite jutsu which worked when the user kneaded chakra once again in their mouth then, the user breathes fire from their mouth. The flames are manipulated into the shape of a dragon and divided to strike the target from the left, right, and front all at once. Unlike the Great Fireball, which covers a wide area, the Fire Dragon Flame Bullet makes focused strikes, quickly reducing targets to ash upon contact.
5. The fifth scroll held the body flicker technique, which was a D rank jutsu used by almost every shinobi. It allowed them to instantly move from one place to another whithin the peripheral vision of the user. The more chakra used, the further and faster they move. Riku was also really happy to see this one, it was a jutsu he knew from watching Shisui Uchiha use it seamlessly all the time and look cool as hell doing it during his very little screen time.
6. Was the Wind Release: Whirlwind Fist, which Riku had no idea what that even was, but he assumed it was something related to taijutsu as it had fist in the name, which he wouldn't mind having.
7. And the seventh scroll held… a corpse? It was a body in extremely bad shape and burnt to the bone but it gave off a familiar vibe, oh well Riku didn't think too much about it and put the scrolls back into the bag as he began to walk once more.
…
…
Hiruzen had a lot on his plate, but the one thing that kept appearing in his mind was that fire. How could that child, not only expel such a terrifying chakra, but be completely okay after using it. And the air he gave off while he was talking was certainly not the same as the child he saw In the forest, he seemed much more… prideful? And arrogant? Hiruzen didn't know but he felt as if he'd seen this before.
That's when it hit him, "A perfect Jinchuriki?" Hiruzen stood up and shouted, his sudden outburst shocking Shikaku as Hiruzen immediately sat back down and stroked his chin, as if nothing had happened.
"A perfect Jinchuriki? What are you talking about?" Shikaku asked Hiruzen with a dumbfounded expression.
"The child that caused that fire and stole Osamu's corpse along with some other jutsu after killing almost 15% of my anbu forces." Hiruzen said with a calm tone despite his racing mind "We absolutely cannot allow this child to get any more powerful or else we could suffer dire consequences. For all he knows, he was attacked for no reason and then kidnapped. He no doubt has a hatred for our village now…" Hiruzen said while rubbing his temples, all he wanted was to recruit the kid and due to his greed many had suffered.
"But… all of the 9 Jinchuriki have been identified so how could this be?" Hiruzen's head began throbbing even harder.
"Why not just make a bounty? Surely the kid couldn't have gone far." Shikaku suggested, it would solve the issue atleast.
Heaving a heavy sigh, Hiruzen agreed.
