The car pulled up in front of a beautiful, upscale restaurant. As soon as I stepped out, my eyes widened in awe. The exterior was sleek and modern, with soft, warm lights glowing through large glass windows. A small fountain bubbled in the front, and the smell of freshly baked bread wafted through the air. It looked like something out of a fairytale.
Magnus came around the car and stood next to me, watching my reaction with a satisfied smile. "Do you like it?" he asked, his voice soft.
I turned to him, my lips curving into a wide smile. "It's beautiful, Magnus." For a moment, I forgot that I was supposed to be mad at him. The thought of my first day at school and all the drama from earlier in the day seemed to melt away.
