Mary Davis' hands and feet were breaking out in cold sweats as she stared at the diagnostic room in front of her.
Keira Olsen didn't soothe her, just left enough space for her.
"Number 13, Mary Davis, has Mary Davis arrived?"
The nurse suddenly called out her name, startling Mary Davis as she sprang to her feet, "I'm here!"
Mary Davis followed the nurse, glancing back at Keira Olsen.
Keira Olsen gave her an encouraging look, "Go on!"
Mary Davis swallowed hard and followed the nurse into the room.
After a series of tests and examinations, it was confirmed that Mary Davis was pregnant, the doctor asked, "Are you sure you don't want it?"
Mary Davis clenched her jaw, squeezing her fingers tightly, and after a long pause, she nodded.
