Just as Kiera Olsen was about to answer, Madeleine Davis suddenly coughed on the hospital bed, and then her body started to contort!
"Not good! Blood has gotten into the trachea! Arrange for a thoracotomy immediately!"
Madeleine Davis was issued her fifth critical condition notice.
Lewis Horton's attention was immediately diverted as he once again stared intently at the hospital bed.
Kiera Olsen also lost the mood to talk about the past.
It was unclear how much time had passed—it seemed like three hours, or maybe five—Madeleine Davis was finally rescued.
When Kiera heard the doctor say there was no immediate danger to her life, she let out a big sigh of relief.
