The citizens wore sad faces when he said he was from Verneau Town. They were even sadder when he told them about his family.
Ren was still young, yet he had lost everything, including his family.
Ren felt connected to them when he saw their sad expressions.
He suddenly felt glad choosing Nightshire City as his new hometown because the citizens were kind and had empathy for each other.
"My Warrior class is at Master rank and my Mage class is at 3-star." Ren kept introducing himself. "I may not be a very powerful awakener, but I promise I won't betray Nightshire City and help Nightshire City become a stronger city."
The entire area suddenly turned into a dead silence.
