Chapter 15 - Making Health Potion

"You are already awake?" Ren stopped what he was doing and smiled at Evelyn. "I'm going to make Health Potion for you. However, I don't know whether I will be successful or not because it's my first time making a potion."

"Health Potion? Weren't you awakened the Warrior class?" she was taken aback by his words because only mages could make potions.

"It's true that I awakened the Warrior class, but I also awakened the Mage class." He told her the reason why he tried to make Health Potion.

"You are an Aeris?!" she said in surprise.

"Aeris? What is that?" there was no word Aeris in all books he read, so he did not know what Aeris was.

"Aeris is the title for people who awaken both the Warrior class and the Mage class." She told him what Aeris was.

"Then I'm Aeris." Ren still acted normally because that title meant nothing to him.

Evelyn did not say anything anymore and stared at him.

'I did not expect him to be an Aeris.'

It was really hard to meet an Aeris because only very few people were able to awaken the Mage class and Warrior class together.

People said Aeris was someone who was loved by the heavens because they could use mana and spiritual energy at the same time.

Of course, they also knew that Aeris needed to work twice as hard as a normal awakener because they needed to level up both their Mage class and Warrior class.

'If only my organization is not a female organization…'

Ren was an Aeris and a good young man, so she suddenly wanted to recruit him.

However, she dismissed the idea when she remembered that her organization was a female organization.

As Evelyn was looking at Ren, he infused his magic into the formation.

The magic circle started to glow and the bowl slowly floated in mid-air. Ren was thrilled when he saw it because that meant he did not fail.

*Crack…Crack…

As the bowl glowed, crack lines appeared on the beast cores.

The brighter the bowl shone, the more crack lines appeared on the beast cores because the energy in the beast cores was used to turn the ordinary water into Health Potion.

"Succeed!" he rose to his feet and grabbed the bowl.

Evelyn, who sat on the stone platform, covered her mouth in shock.

'Didn't he say it was his first time making a potion?'

Creating potions was very hard, and normally, mages who could make potions were over one hundred years old.

But here, not only was Ren still young, but he also managed to make a potion on his first try, as if making potions was as easy as turning the palm of his hand.

'No wonder people say an Aeris is someone loved by the heavens. It's because their abilities can't be measured by standard rules, and they can do difficult things easily.'

The shock in her heart lessened drastically when she remembered who he was.

"Hmm? The color of the water turned red?" Ren mused.

[It's normal, Host.]

'I see.'

There was no Health Potion in his previous life, so he thought the color of the water would remain the same.

[Host, even though you managed to make Health Potion, its quality is only at a low grade.]

His system told him that the quality of potions had three grades: low, middle, and high.

Ren could only make low-grade Heath Potion because the light elements in the beast cores were not enough to make middle-grade or high-grade Heath Potion.

But even so, Ren was satisfied because he managed to create Health Potion on his first try.

"Evelyn, drink this." he gave the bowl to her. "The light element in the beast cores are only enough to make this potion at a low grade, but a Health Potion is still a Health Potion."

He did not make another Health Potion because it consumed a lot of mana.

And he no longer had a beast core with a light element, so it was impossible for him to make another Health Potion.

"Thank you." After saying that, Evelyn drank the Health Potion.

A warm and pleasant feeling entered her body as the water passed through her throat.

Her body suddenly got better because Health Potion could accelerate the healing process in her body.

'My body suddenly feels much better, and my right ankle no longer hurts.'

Even though it was only a low-grade Health Potion, the effect was not bad.

"How is it?" he asked curiously.

"My body feels much better, and the pain in my right ankle is gone." She gave an honest answer.

"I'm glad hearing it." He smiled happily because his efforts in creating Health Potion was not in vain.

"Ren, can you tell me the grade of your talent?" she was curious about this because rumors said all Aeris had high grade talent.

"My talent is grade S." he gave an honest answer. "Why do you suddenly want to know about it?"

"Grade S?" she had guessed that he had high grade talent, but she did not expect it to be grade S talent.

Awakeners had nine grades for talents.

From the lowest to highest, it was H, G, F, E, D, C, B, A, and S.

Awakeners with grades C, B, and A were considered genius.

Those with grade S talent were labeled as unparalleled geniuses because they could master any skill or spell book much faster than ordinary awakeners.

It could be said their status was higher than those of ordinary awakeners.

Of course, it was below an Aeris.

However, many big organizations or families were willing to fight to recruit them because their chances of becoming powerful awakeners were much higher than ordinary awakeners.

Ren was an Aeris, and his talent was grade S.

This showed her one meaning.

The heaven loved him too much!

With grade S talent alone, he could become a powerful awakener, so added with his identity as an Aeris, the chances of him standing at the top of the hierarchy were almost one hundred percent.

There was even a possibility that he would become the Ruler of the world because he met the criteria to rule the world.

All he needed to do was stay alive and keep cultivating because the path to becoming a powerful awakener was already wide open for him.

'I, who have A-grade talent, am considered a child of heaven by the people in my organization. What will they say if they know he has grade S talent? God's son? Or a candidate to be the Ruler?'

None of the members of her organization had grade S talent.

The highest was grade A talent, and there were only two people in their organization who had grade A talent.

They were her master and her.

'I suddenly wonder how fast he can master magic.'

She could not suppress the curiosity in her heart, so she retrieved a spell book from her space ring.

"Ren, what is your current magic affinity?" she did not give him the spell book immediately because she needed to know his affinity first.

"My current affinities are ice and lightning." He gave an honest answer.

"I have Ice Needle magic in my space ring. It's Tier 5 magic. Do you want to learn it?" she inquired.
