Chapter 64 - Epilogue - Part 2: Be careful what you ask for

It was quite close to the main land, barely twenty minutes by boat, and was well lit.

They had to walk a kilometer to reach the resort. By the time they reached it, they were both drenched, they they did have their umbrellas

Saka realised, that this place wasn't actually a resort. There were no servers, or maids, nothing.

"This isn't a resort, is it?"

Vira shrugged. "This was built by my grandfather for my grandmother. I borrowed it for your birthday. I thought the card would give it a birthday feel, but it didn't excite you."

Saka gaped at him. He was still fixated on the first point. "You own an island?"

"My grandmother does," Vira mumbled.

Saka ignored him.

The house, mansion, call it whatever, was small, considering its size. The ground floor was made of marble, but the first floor was completely built of glass, giving the feel of living right under the sky. This is where their bedroom was. It was constructed so well no one from outside could actually see what was inside.

Saka dumped his bag on the sofa in the bedroom and ran towards the window. "I can see the rain!" Saka squealed in excitement.

"If it stops by morning, you'll be able to catch the sunrise as well."

Saka stood staring out the window for some time, while Vira set the room temperature and turned on the bath.

"Did you eat?" Vira asked him gently.

Saka shook his head.

"I'll be your room service, then. Go get a wash. We have hot water. Fill the tub after you are done. I'll get a wash as well."

Saka nodded. While he washed, Vira quickly finished cooking, changing into his bathrobe, as an adhol solution to staying dry.

Vira had his bath after dinner. Saka insisted they eat together. He washed the dishes and prepared their beds.

Vira walked out, looking fresh, water dripping from him, with a towel around his waist.

Saka looked at him, and blushing deeply, turned away.

Vira smiled to himself. He loved to see Saka shy.

Though they had been dating for the last two years, Saka still blushed whenever Vira kissed him.

"You chose a bad day to challenge me," Vira whispered as he walked towards Saka.

"I d-didn't challenge you."

He stood as still as a statue. "You should wear something, Sen; you'll catch a cold."

Vira smiled. Saka was getting nervous. Good. He called him sen only when he felt intimidated.

He stood behind Saka. Saka took a step backward, which gave Vira space to move further until Saka was sandwiched between Vira and the glass.

The sound of the rain only elevated the tension between them. Saka felt like a mouse caught by a cat.

Vira gently bit his ear. Saka squealed and turned. "Wh-what are you doing?"

Vira's smile widened. Saka was pressing against Vira's bare body. He was nervous and shy.

Vira stroked Saka's neck with his nose, before placing a gentle kiss on his Adam's apple.

"You said something about a promise two years ago."

Saka could not speak. That kiss had arrested his voice.

Vira whispered near his ears, "Did I not tell you I'd punish you if you called me 'Sen' when it's just the two of us?"

Saka's breath caught in his throat. "V-v-vira, sorry about t-t-that."

Vira smiled as he kissed him on the other side of his neck. Saka let out a gasp. Vira was getting difficult to handle again.

"But crimes should never go unpunished, right?" He asked softly.

Before Saka could respond, Vira planted a kiss on Saka's lips.

Saka, taken aback, parted his lips, which was more than enough for Vira to conquer.

Saka, totally embarrassed, tried to stop Vira, but it was too late. He was trapped.
