Synopsis
This is a book not for the faint of heart. Be wary as you read. It contains graphic depictions of different experiences meant for mature audiences; I have not been through most of them (as most were/are made up to prove a point), but I am trying to write as if I were that character. Bear with me. ---------------------------- This novel has more than one character. In every chapter, there is a new story. I may be a coward and fear continuing a story past a point, but I believe stories were made to teach, not solely for your enjoyment. These stories should be deeply emotional and might bring up some traumas.

Chapter 1 - Evil

I was a kid gifted with special abilities. I could control the world and shape it to how I saw fit, but I couldn't change the people. God, I wish I could change those vicious monsters...

Let me explain. I didn't always see people like this. When I saw people, I saw my parents. I saw my friends. I saw only the good things. I wish I could have seen their horrible ways at the time so I might have been able to get rid of them sooner.

When I was little--I think when I was 12--I constructed a town by raising my hand. It wasn't perfect, since I couldn't hold the image of a building for more than two seconds, but the people still got homes.

Word spread. Sound travels at 295 m/s (660 mph), which is quite fast, but it still takes from 30-40 hours for it to fly around the entire world. I must ask, how did it take less than a day for people to find out about my power?

Don't look at me like I'm crazy. I'm not. I was just a naive kid, but now I'm well-informed about the evils of humanity and fixing my previous mistakes. I wish I could inform my past self about this.

There are no good people in this world. The best we are going to get is your neighbor. Maybe your parent if you're lucky. Good is all about perspective. Nobody sees me as good because I have power; they don't. I wish I could change their views.

I was young and didn't know how people ticked. I wasn't informed that we were creatures with endless greed and curiosity, making our souls look more like bottomless pits that had the potential to cause sorrow beyond what any savage animal could accomplish.

I'll ask you a question. Comment as you will. What do you think those who found out did? Did they run in fear, perhaps shoot missiles at my head, or run a background check? I'm sure you know the answer, being the human you are.

After humans embraced their humanity, I was left without anyone. They've used me how they saw fit and tried to keep me in a box, filled with lies covered with opaque wrapping paper.

I'm not sure what I've seen that changed me. Maybe it was their smug faces, or the piles of riches that I "gifted" them. Maybe it was my parents who began treating me as a sub-servient human. Every human becomes unhinged when given power.

I now look at the destruction before me. The crumbled pieces of archetecture I summoned from the ground now crumbled into dust. The businesses that have used me have been swallowed by the magma-filled planet. Is this what they call joy in chaos?

I grin, knowing that I finally got my revenge. After six years of being tortured by humanity, I finally decide to break out of the shakles that have bound me, and "remove the waste."

The ground is splattered with the rotten blood of my kin. I'm sure their heads are somewhere within a mile, but they're probably deformed beyond visable recognition. I have finally removed every last pest--

"Hey, what the hell are you doing out here?! Don't you see what's happening!" I feel a firm grasp on my arm. I turn to see an elderly gentleman, wearing a worn, ragged shirt with black pants. There were drops of blood streaked accross his face.

Once this concerned fellow saw my face, his breathing became caught in his throat. His eyes dilated. "Oh, so one survived?" I ask myself, confused.

"Y-you're that man, the one who could do anything? The one who caused..." His eyes glanced at the wreckage I have caused and the corpses I have made. He fell down, unable to breathe properly. It's obvious he feared me; I don't see why.

"Tell me, why do you fear me? Have I wronged you?" I was truly confused, unable to comprehend why he backs away from me and chatters his teeth while talking.

He looked at me, unable to think clearly. As he gathered his thoughts, he looked at the ground. He sees a crimson pulp on the ground, so he closes his eyes.

"My daughter... My grandchild... You've made me lose them!" Despite his fear, his anger takes hold, his breathing becoming ragged, his voice becoming horse.

"I've only done you a favor. They'd end up hurting you." I mumble, almost silently, "they end up hurting everyone."

"THE FUCK DO YOU KNOW?!" He yelled. This takes me aback, my expression one of shock. "DO YOU KNOW WHAT I'VE GONE THROUGH?! I had a daughter. You took her away. She was one of the few lights left in my life; one that was still strong and unflickering. I had a grandson. He was the only one I could relate to... They were my purpose. You took them away."

My countenance slowly shifted from shock to a warm smile. "I was once like you. I thought people were good. I thought I could trust them. Join me, and we'll rid the world of all of them."

The man looked at me, dumbfounded and furious. Their eyes showed a primal desire to kill, yet their intellect held them back. "You are only seeing the bad! There are go--"

I impaled him with a metal rod from a nearby building. It entered through the back of his neck, and exited through the front. All I could hear from him was a gargling sound as he fell, his blood adding to the pools of others.

"Another humanist... Tsk," I said in frustration. I keep trying to find those like me, who see that humans are horrible, evil creatures who use others...

I listen to the sounds surrounding me. I could faintly hear fire crackling as my creations are burned down. The birds were too afraid of chirping. The bugs were hiding. No life, human nor beast, could look at me.

I finally did it; I rid the world of the worst evil: Humanity.

Tears started to well in my eyes, as I burst out, sobbing. Only a human would know why.
