Tiffany called Reb's house and Reb and Tiffany talked about Amanda, the classroom princess, and about how she maybe kind of wanted to come over with Tiffany to Reb's house, like right now? They all wrote in Amanda's book. That was the end of that good story! It was 492 pages long as well! And not one was written without checking the dictionary first! This was wrong, as they had studied it consistently awesomely in classrooms around the continent, they supposed, as it was the most current edition, dated that year and they had poured through it looking for a good word for advice. It became advisement, because the King needed advisement, not advice, which was what he gave his mother last week when she asked him how to quell her corns. He told her about scrubbing them with lemon juice and seashells from the nearby ocean retreat, Northampton's own Midgery Beach! North Hampthonshire was a big city. It had stores, the mall, and even a McDonald's or two! They ate McDonald's and talked about Alexander leaving for college soon. He was going quite soon, very soon in fact, and he would be offered a job almost immediately, they decided. He was recruited into the book writing team! The WB person had offered them and immediately rescinded a similar job offer, which had amazed Mr. Dudley, as he considered them the best authors in the world! He said they were perfect. But the executive told them it needed to be more than perfect, it had to be the best ever, and he was not concerned with how or when, it had to be now! He left and told them there was money on the table if and when it was done! He told them he had to go back to WB headquarters to get a contract signed up. He left and would be back sometime soon. They had started a new book to be the best, and it was called Laughing Stock of Brackenbill Hallow, which was about Alexander leaving for school quite soon. He was completely embarrassed to be included. They told him he was to be the main character once again. They told him he needed to write the dedication page. He chose for it to be to his mother, who had gotten him into this mess, once again, like it was a jamboree page he even gave it a little artistic touch and now it was finished! They glanced at it more than once. It was completely perfect! But this had to be more than perfect. So they all signed their names beneath his! Amanda's, Tiffany's and even now Rebecca's, who went by her full name for once, they giggled and laughed and finished it with one page left to go! This one would be the epilogue. This was the first time they used the skill. It was like a magic touch! This made it official. It was beyond perfect! They ate chocolate covered hamburg noodles and watched TV at Reb's. She told them it was all dinnertime! Her parents had to content themselves with her making the meals from now on. Her teacher had taught her everything, so of course, this meant she hadn't learned how not to cook, indeed it had taught her exactly what she needed to do, what, where and when. And that was when it was finished. Not when the timer went off. But when the door handle was almost touching the floor. Because that meant the appetizers were now done with being eaten, and the main dish was on the way! She said she had forgotten the appetizers, which were supposed to be frogs legs and prawny oysters, but the meal was exquisite! She told everyone to dig in! And dig in they hadn't, before it was noticed that a pot was about to explode! She found the appetizers they were looking for. She didn't have frog legs or prawny oysters, but she did have frozen meatballs, so they ate the appetizers and they were scrumptious, delicious, and perfect! She told her mother how delighted she was to have her over for dinner. Her mother was gracious to the occasion. And the others in the room finished their plates without anything being thrown in the trash can. She asked them if it was alright to open the new carton of ice cream from the freezer, which was the second door in their fridge unit, the one up top, and her mom said yes. She was delighted to help if Reb wanted. But she said she was alright, she knew just what to do! She scooped out three huge spoonful's for everyone. But Reb only had one white bowl left, which was a cereal bowl that Alexander was using, and everyone else had to use what they had. Reb ate out of the carton. She replaced it but had eaten some of it so used it to make molasses pie for everyone in class the next day after this delicious day.
The next day, she told her fans that she was the chef. And her teacher graded her a big fat A for the hard work she had done. The molasses pie with shoe crumb topping was deemed out of this world. The shoe crumb came from the fact that the chocolate topping she had used looked like crumbs from the shoe board in her home. It was a plastic mat they used to store their shoes at when they got inside from outside, she explained. It wasn't hard to get the dish home, because it was completely clean! Except for the weird mess on it. She cleaned it in the sink and then placed it into the drying rack for it to be dried. She went to her room and got out her homework and her book, the new one which they had just finished writing together just the other night. Not this one, the one before this one. She created a new front page for it which would be its cover. She took it to Mr. Dudley's over the weekend and he painstakingly edited it into a book for later. It was now on the shelf, in the front window, and online as well. He did all of this for only 92 cents per order! He was getting all the money in the world for their good deeds! He was happy and obliged them as they left.
Back home, Reb and Tiffany ate chips and salsa as they did their homework and watched TV. They then took a bath, one after the other, and had Reb's mom do their hair and nails, and even got to watch a late-night movie! It was Garfield and they had a great experience when they left the house! Reb's dad was taking them to school! He drove them there and Reb got to sit in the front, as Tiffany had planned all along. She sang "The Wheels On The Bus" with Tiffany and Reb's dad even got into it with them, singing it the whole way 'round the world and back on to school, where they were delivered at the drop-off point in no time flat. Reb's mom had even tucked away the ketchup in a little baggy for her hamburger! She had a hamburger and french fries for lunch instead of the other kids, who had soggy old potato moose cake or whatever. The pizza was something Reb hadn't expected to be there. She was glad they didn't notice her stomach growling. The hamburger and french fries were exquisite, but the pizza, oh man, the pizza.
The night afterwards, which was the pizza's night, she did her homework and took a bath, then lounged in the living room. Her parents were out at a friends house for a meeting or whatever. She had the whole place to herself! She wrote in her new book, which was the old book still, and something amazing happened!
