All Told's Been Foretold All Too Well

The Spire

It appeared in the coming of the morning. Three devil's on the horizon. No story's told all too well to hide it. Pinkerton's would be here any moment. I was safe. Government against Government agent. Like I knew it was said before, I was safe and brother vs. brother would be had out here today! I was Sheriff of the Cores Town over yonder! And I likes it that way. Not you all, not too fierce! Not for me anyway! I called them out here to show them this! And off to the side, my Pinkerton's would set them ablaze! Now, what's this then!?. I yelled for gunfire! All three laid dead before noon! A-hahaha, a real trial-by-fire! Bunkerbuster mayhem! The Sheriff win's again!

Down in Hell, three horsemen rise! Colonel Wilkinson, Disease! Colonel Nightingale, Famine! And Ol' Colonel Vanderbilt, with his mustache high and mighty! You are now christened DEATH! The destroyer of worlds! Now GO FORTH! My gentleman and raize hell on Earth! Once more the disease stake's chaos in town and the fire's of Famine rage! Reign terror 'o Death on wheelz! Carrying a cart, Col. Vanderbilt stepped out, now christened a Corporal! He had been demoted a forthnight ago to the Sheriff's eyes! But it said Colonel, plain as day and the three of them seemed a Death ago less heavenly! Indians stayed put. It was tense as all get-out! But they relapsed into merryment! "Ah, good Colonel's! Do you like the town this way that badly?" the Sheriff bemused himself playing smart! "Not really. Sheriff, what is this?" The three motioned to the opened treasure chest's! Empty! "Ahahahaha! I thought you'd noticed while you were gone that your men were in another fort for life?" "And terror?" "Behold, what treasure is this? They're all empty, Sheriff! Now what do we do?" "With cornery old men like you!?" The three colonel's shot the Sheriff a glance that said DEATH! and be off! "Guys, I know how it seems! Doesn't it seem odd? That I'm standin' here barefoot to show you these three chests?" One for you, one for YOU!!! and one for YOU ALL. "Three diseased little rodent's don't stand a chance in Hell of understandin' this sheriff!" Death said! Col. Vanderbilt continued, high on cahoot's: "But anyway, where's the treasure? You dig it out, pillage it and invite us here to taunt us after all that?" "Yeah, and?" Famine stated high on boot's! Col. Nightingale said amidst flame-eyes, "Stoically response!" for all the Sheriff heard! "Ain't nonuvva that!" he extolled! Virtueless, they sought a glory-stare! Down at them. The indians relapsed and arrows fired! "Shit, here they are! Ain't you cowed lot gonna do something!?" The Sheriff fired back gold gleaming star nothing to these Injuns! "Shit, like I cared for it after all of this, shooting's my bad aim of a chance to find out after all Sheriff!" Vanderbilt reigned in a terror! Taking a barrel over to stop the Gunfire from hitting him, he sighted in and went a-blastin'! "Shit! Cahoots is these fellows! Riding in like ghost's or zombies or something Captain!" Famine shouted in the glare! Who was he!? Even no-one knowed it all of a ghost's of a chance in Hell to say the least!

When the gunfire settled and the dust's made it hard to breath, the Sheriff was there, lying in a pool of blood! "Oh, sod off!" Vanderbilt said with a grin! "Now how we gonna find out now where the treasure is!?" "Guess we like the town something stiff!" Vanderbilt finished and walked off, the team captain! "Captain Wilkinson, you're back!" "What!?" he yondered to the boy that was his steelcrow, a boy of about's 13-14 who walked in one day and wanted a job as the Captain's servants! "I'm only a Colonel I thought'd!?" he bemoaned in glory! "Did it come!?" "YEAH, it did Colonel-I mean, Captain Wilkinson, if I may call you that sir?" "BY YOURSELF AND YOU ALONE, MY JOHNNY!" Wilkinson had just received a letter of recommendation from his Father, General Lee S. Grant himself! Now, if that name doesn't sound familiar, check your history book's! "Thumbing it to Page 4 should work, or three or four year's later and I'd be by myself!" It was that kinda day! The boy walked off with a silver pence to his name he needn't chomp! The Army's money was good for it! Gov't work paid well, he sundered and surrendered his arm's to the Colonel at bay! Capt. Wilinson needed a new one and he knew, Johnny Boy, who the Colonel-now-Captain didn't know his real name WAS JOHNNY BOY, how hilarous he got a commendation like that! On his own name he was nothing, but as he was now JOHNNY BOY, STEWARDESS OF THE ARMY! he was ECSTATIC to be serving here and a high-horsepaunch himself like that Captain Wilkinson now who he'd be sure to remember the name of!

Johnny boy walked off the set and scene end's. Now, how you see it? Three colonel's all welt up and wept in peace! No treasure, a town and another's sheriff dead and all laid down to despair! But their live's are rich and colorful, and that town, with a final farewell, is FUCKING GONE to someone!
