Mark woke up as early as 6 am, it was the main day, he knew he has to pass the interview and get the job.

Mark had a lot of debts, amounting to thousands of dollars, ever since his father abandoned him and his family.

In search of a job which he has been blabbering about its interview, he overslept that day!

Anna, his mum, woke him up....."wake up"...."wake up"....."your job interview is today!!!" As soon as he heard that, he jolted to his feet.

"Oh sh*t!!!"....."I'm gonna be late for the interview!!!"

He quickly took a shower and dashed out of the bathroom. He glanced at the clock in his room only to realize it wasn't there!....."d*mn it!!"..."I forgot to buy the clock yersterday!"

They had just moved into this house two days ago. His bedroom wasn't really furnished as it still looked a bit scanty due to lack of money, so they could only buy necessities such as; a bed, wardrobe and a few others.

He combed his hair which were neatly trimmed and stood in front of the mirror dressed in a black suit with white inner wear and a long black tie, he looked down at his well polished shoes as they shone, smiling at him which made him smile also. He knew he was really going to get the job, but that is if he doesn't go late. Shit! He's late!

Just then, Anna's voice came from downstairs, "Mark! Come down or else your food will get cold!", her voice rang out as she yelled for Mark to hurry up.

He grabbed his suitcase and ran downstairs...
