I stepped into a room that should never have existed. It was a nightmare come to life. The treatment of demi-humans here was nothing short of barbaric. Elves were crammed into cages, beastkin were locked away, dryads were imprisoned, lizardmen were trapped, and there were others I couldn't even recognize. Some were shackled to the walls, and a collection of whips and grotesque tools hung ominously nearby.
In the middle of the room stood a long chair equipped with straps, the floor stained with blood that was still drying. Next to it, a table displayed filthy instruments in one bowl, while another bowl held severed beastkin ears. The stench was overwhelming, a nauseating mix of decaying flesh, unwashed bodies, and the unmistakable scent of death. Flies buzzed incessantly, and the air felt thick and suffocating.
