In recent days we gave false practitioners, ignorant being who have never lived un the way and we have new standards that chastise ideas and ideologies.

First we need to ask ourself what is healthy.

Some say its what people can accept as right others say that it's a personality type or set of ideals that will benefit you but mostly the people around you, and the group outside of that say it's any ideal or trait that was born from no delusion and no disease. When promopted to give the definition Googles's Gemini said a lot but at heart I understood "Mental health is a state of well-being that allows people to function in their daily lives and cope with stress. It's characterized by a person's ability to:

Learn and work well

Contribute to their community

Realize their potential

Manage a range of emotions

Form and maintain relationships

Cope with change and uncertainty"

The idea of healthy is rooted in society. If we took it in a selfish way then healthy would be someone doesn't shut down when they are challenged and responds correctly.

When dealing with Buddhism a lot of focus is on suffering and how to overcome it. Fools become scared because they say this person's child just died and they didn't blink. Yes, but the funny thing is that this is the most healthy thing. It ticks all boxes. One thing people should realise about stoics and Buddhists is that a stoic feels but doesn't listen and a Buddhists feels and listens deeply. Stoicism was created by a fellow, a merchant that was down on their luck, Zeno of citrium and Buddhism by Siddhartha Gautama a person born into a wealthy family.

The most noble root is to understand suffering, to accept loss is a way through suffering and to remind ourselves that people are just people and objects just objects is the way to the truth.

Some say religion is great comfort to some people, I say that when you instead say "I look forward to reuniting" and then do your best in life, you are either not very religious or you think they will wind up in hell. Most people misuse things because if it was easy or wanted it wouldn't need to be written down. It's hard and even harder to follow everything. Religion is a way of life and many follow the path without seeing the road and few follow the path yet as I said dieties are the way but following them doesn't lead straight to it. Infact that's a quote from an ancient Japanese person probably living around year 1300-1800. It's something like the one I wrote and if your intreseted I found it in Training the Samurai Mind: A Bushido Sourcebook by Thomas Clearly.

Let's be clear religion is a guidebook to the way, to health and therapy is a direct approach that teaches skills. Understand that religion and philosophy are very close and understand therapy and psychology deviates from philosophy. It's ultimately just another section in a scientific format. Loom there are alot of people who do not understand things because they have never lived in it and even those who do become so focused on teachings that their views pervert into something that is an ungodly mix especially with their culture. Detachment has benefits and people who don't seem to have any real beliefs will always disagree with it.
