In the gloomy part of the world. There is a man chained up in the darkest prison of the demon castle. His hair is brown and long and ears of a wolf kin poking out.
His ear twitch as someone enters.
"Hmm... Raden, I have some mission to give you." The one talking is Lucifer, the demon king that rules the underworld.
The one he's talking to is a wolf kin who is chained up.
"What is it?" Raden spoke.
Lucifer just smiled.
He takes him to his throne room. And there are many demons that serve him. One of them have a hood on and didn't look like a young one, Raden Noticed.
"I have a job for you." Lucifer said.
"What is it?..."
Lucifer show him an video orb and shows a certain beast kin that looks totally like him.
"That's..." Raden seems to know who he was.
"Yes, you have to kill him."
"That's my son? He's alive? So... Where is Olivia?!" He was relieved at first but panicked as there is no sign of Olivia being presence.
"And you'll have to unalive your own son." Lucifer spoke with cold tone.
And it pisses Raden off. Killing his own son? A father would never do that. "I object."
Of course Lucifer knows that he'll say that.
"You'll have to–" before Lucifer can continue he was intercepted with a punch from Raden which sends him flying to the ceiling. The shockwave from the punch nearly destroyed the building, scaring other demons.
Raden then took out a crimson colored scythe and aim at Lucifer's head but he was stopped by a hooded demoness.
She is fast that Raden couldn't predict.
"Mino, what are you doing?" Raden shouted.
"Whatever I do is not your problem." Mino replied.
And Espiri chimed in with her thread skill to try neutralizing Raden. But Raden isn't falling for a simple trick, he frees himself from the threads.
"What do you think you are?!!" He groans.
"What?" Espiri was shocked. "I'm an ancient demon and still can't beat you?"
Raden swings his scythe and aim at Mino but in instant she switched places with another demon, slicing his head off.
"Hmph, switcher skill huh? As expected from an ancient primordial Demon." Raden complimented her.
Mino, without a second thought, used her full strength and pin Raden down and in a hit, she made him unconscious.
"Mino, you're pretty damned strong, are you?" Espiri was amazed.
"Always had been." Mino replied coldly before walking away while dragging Raden.
Lucifer stood up with blood falling out from his mouth.
"That dude is strong. And I wonder what his son will be like..."
"You can't even beat shit, you're invaluable." Espiri just laughed at his face and left.
He was left with humiliation from his elders.
On the other hand, Raden who was dragged woke up.
"Heh... Mino... What are you..."
Mino doesn't Reply but keep walking.
"You're a good servant for the demon king."
With that word, Mino stopped and glares at him.
"I'm nobody's servant."
"Huh?"
"I'm just doing the mission what my old master told me before dying."
"Hmmm... I see."
Mino sighs and continued dragging him.

It's been a month since I confronted that crown prince. Gardaven submitted to our kingdom and became a puppet state. They demanded that for no reason.
Is that demon's doing? I thought wondering.
I am now sitting and enjoying tea of the royal maid gave me. In the royal garden of course.
"So, what do think about going to the Knight training session?" Cherry who's beside me asked.
"Well yeah, why not?" I agreed without a second thought.
After some walking, we gone to the school for new recruits. They're training, really hard like they're sweating a lot.
One that caught my attention is the instructor. He have bandage around his eye... Like he's blind?
I went to him and asked.
"Umm sir, may I know your name?"
He snapped from something.
"Ah... It's Steinn Alzerber." he replies.
Alzerber family huh?... "I see, I'm Raiden Gleanford."
"Ah, you're the body guard of the princess Cherry?"
"Yeah..."
"Very well."
... I was quiet for a while and thought of analysing him.

Mage and swords man is a rare combo but yeah... And he's the one I better not start a fight with.
But why is he blind. But is he really is blind?
"Young man, I have interest in you." He spoke.
"Huh?" I was surprised at his words.
"I want to have a duel with you." That's the word I hate to hear especially from an A-plus ranker.
"I don't think I can beat you..." I spoke.
Steinn chuckles. "Alright then."
I give a sigh of relief. Aw man I have to deal with lots of fights... Just give me a break... I groans.
When I look around I saw Leon. So, he wants to become a knight now?
Well whatever.
After a while,
"Hey, Raiden let's go out!" Cherry energetically requested.
"Well, why not?" Cherry is so happy that she might jump.
We both went around everywhere and buying stuff and more. After strolling for about 3 hours she went back to castle while I goes back to Granbell Estate.
With that I'll call it... A day.

"Wh-what is going on?!!" A guard shouted in the middle of the night. They were attacked by unknown man.
Intruder stands top of beaten guards and his eyes are glowing gold.
"Well done Raden." It's Mino who spoke.
"Remember, I'm only here to see my son." Said Raden
Mino just smiled.
